I chose this hotel because it was close to the Baiyun airport in Guangzou. What a great choice. There is a designated walkway directly to the terminal from the airport. It was so easy and convenient. The hotel itself is nice and clean. It has a Western feel. It featured one of the few beds I slept on in China that was actually soft. I arrived late, […] and was surprised to find 24/7 room service. I ordered a simple, tasty meal after midnight which arrived quickly. I would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to China, especially if they want their last night to be convenient. I missed a connecting UA international flight because of a china air cancellation then a long delay. The dump of a hotel that china air offered me was clearly below standard, and was clearly not a 4 star hotel as touted by their clerk. Thanks but no thanks. I cabbed it back to Beijing national and found the Langham desk on the ground level just inside […] terminal E. I was relieved when I saw the elegant hip lobby and was delighted when I saw the room. Being first time staying in Pullman Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport was a very good experience. The hotel is very manificient and very clean. Although my stay was only one night, I'm very pleased with hotel staff and services they provide. Only one thing to bring up was that even though I had made booking for a super deluxe with king size bed, […] and confirmed my arrival to the hotel before arriving Guangzhou, the hotel could not fulfill my order upon checking in. They had sold my room and there are no more rooms with king size bed. Being tired from a my flight, I did not want to argue with the front desk staff. They had given me a replacement room with two single beds. I do hope the hotel can improve from this experience and i wish the best to them. Continua a leggere

Everything about this hotel is great except the restaurent is a bit spendy, which should be fine for business travellers but might not be very convenient for tourists since there is no other option nearby.

This hotel, as the name suggests, is close to the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. It is so close, you reach the hotel by walking out of Gate 13 in one of the departure halls! So if you want to be close to the airport, it is very convenient. If you want to get to the city itself, then of course you will have to go to the bus, taxi, shuttle and train stops […] that service the airport. The staff were helpful and welcoming. I was only here for one night, but the bed was wonderful. Not too hard, as many hotel beds in China are, and not too soft. The facilities are excellent, as was the breakfast. I arrived late and wanted a light meal, so I opted for soup in the "European" restaurant. It looked OK - good creamy consistency - but tasted like lightly flavoured water. The rolls that came with the soup were, on the other hand, very good. So if you stay here, opt for one of the other restaurants for dinner. The breakfast buffet redeemed the restaurant. The coffee - espresso machine coffee - was very good, as were the breakfast options. So all in all, this hotel is more like a resort than a normal hotel, and it is within the airport grounds. It is just a short walk away from your flights. I would stay here again, and would stay for more than one night. Continua a leggere

Got off my plane in Guangzhou and was in my room in under 25 mnutes. When i got to the front desk, they did not have my room. Got a suite instead for the length of my stay. Returned 2 days later and was put into a Deluxe room which was also super comfortable. Trip via the hotel shuttle to the fair was no longer than any of the other hotels I've been […] to. I reserved a king non smoking room. I ended up with a queen,very small room, only a tub, not the large shower like in other rooms there. The A/C didnt work enough to even cool off the room. I was very disappointed.

I'm not in the habit of taking the time to write reviews but I felt that in this case it was well worthy of the effort. I titled this review with the word Oasis because that is how it felt after the stress of traveling on Chinese carriers with relatively poor service and navigating through the confusion of lengthy and complicated transfers at Chinese […] airports with very little support and few acts of kindness, I was left with quite a negative impression of China until I entered the doors of the Pullman Hotel and all of that changed in an instant. The staff went out of their way look after us and were attentive to every aspect of our needs and in fact we were upgraded to a Deluxe room at no extra charge. The room was immaculate and the decor was very opulent and well facilitated. The facilities were also outstanding, especially the large pool, gym and massage rooms. The buffet breakfast was also superb and the service there was also top notch. We were only there overnight between flights but my partner didn't want to leave so next time we travel that way we will definitely be booking in there and if possible for more than one night. The hotel is literally attached to Guangzhou airport so it is perfect for people who have to catch an early flight or who are only in Guangzhou due to a flight transfer. We had to stay at the Pullman Guangzhou due to an overnight transfer from Beijing to Sydney. Our flight arrived very late in the evening at 10:30 pm and the hotel concierge was there […] to pick us up as arranged with our booking. It was our first time being picked up by someone holding our name with a card on it like in the movies, so it was a fun experience. She walked us for approx 5 mins to a cute golf buggy which drove us the 3 mins from the arrivals terminal to the hotel. Both the concierge and the golf driver were friendly and provided us with wonderful service. * The hotel is HUGEEE and the check-in process was quick enough. * Our rooms were well appointed with free in-room broadband, a flat screen T.V with premium cable channels and a large comfortable bed. * The room was well decorated, as was the entire hotel which featured a beautiful fusion between east and western interior design. * The only problem was the shower was clogged up so you'd have to close the water off every few mins and wait for it to drain out. *** The hotel has and absolutely AMAZING breakfast buffet which was included in our room rate. The food was delicious and the service amazing in the breakfast area. * The check out process was easy too and the airport departure terminal is located a 1 min buggy ride from the hotel lobby or a 5 min walk. Extremely convenient. * They are very slow however to release the security deposit from your credit card, which is annoying but it doesn't take away from the overall enjoyment of your stay too much. The Pulman hotel is excellent in every way. It is right at the airport with a gulf cart shuttle to take you to the lobby. The staff prides itself on customer care with attentiveness that was outstanding. The room was comfortable with a luxurious bath. This was my third stay at the Pullman Guangzhou Airport hotel. Without a doubt the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in

Bugs everywhere in the lobby. Got note in room that they were spraying for bugs as well. Restaurant and bar were out of most things on the menu. Tried to work with hotel staff on fixing problems but they could not understand English. The worst wifi system service in a hotel ever. Every person I talked too in the hotel had the same issues. I was happy with the rooms standard though I myself was feeling off before my arrival. I think it is almost as good as the Shangri-La GZ eventhough the rooms are smaller but cozier. It is a quiet place and I hope my stay could be better the next time. I think the menu for the room service should be improved. This would make a big difference.

Very comfortable and brightly litted. It is not far from town too by metro (took me 45 minutes). The ride by metro is not confusing. Hotel concierge give excellent advice. Very nice toiletries provided by hotel too.

Actually a quick walk from the terminal to the hotel if you have an early or a late flight this is the place to be. Great spa. Reasonable gym. Good breakfast buffet. Two down sides- Outdoor pool looks great but is not heated so you can't use it The food in the restaurant was extremely poor in spite of all the hype.

Very nice hotel located at Guang Zhou airport. Within walking distance of Terminal. Guang Zhou city (East train station) is about 40mins by taxi. Except at front desk very very hard to communicate with staff in English. On phone near imoposssible.

Very nice hotel. Convenient for domestic flight in China. You just walk to the airline counter from the hotel. Professional staff, Clean rooms, good service. Little far from the city center but anyway where ever you stay you will be far from someplace else. I would definitly stay there again.

空港内ということで翌朝の便に備えて前泊するのですが、素晴らし過ぎる。寝るだけなので、多少、質を落としても安い方が良いかも。ただし、フロントはいつも混雑して、待たされるのは難点。

何度か宿泊しましたが、値段も高いがゴージャスです。何も問題ありません。あえて文句言うなら、夜遅くても朝早くても、フロントが混雑して時間がかかることくらいですか！

空港直結のホテルとしては、かなりレベルが高い。 レストランがもうひとつで、残念。

飛行場から近いのは魅力です。ただ、連絡通路がわかりづらく、遠回りをしてしまいました。部屋は、とても清潔感があり、充実していました。また、セキュリティー面も安心できます。また利用したいと思います。

禁煙ル-ムを希望しましたが、残念ながら部屋の中はたばこのにおいがありました。　　灰皿はありませんでしたので、前のお客さんが吸ったものか、または当日だけ禁煙の部屋にしたものでしょうか。 　その他は、満足致しました。

初めて中国に渡航し、不安でしたがホテルの場所は分かりやすく、従業員も親切で安心して過ごせました。機会があればまた利用したいです。空港からすぐにホテルが見えるし、送迎してくれたのでとても助かりました。

Hotel de Lujo , con muy buena infraestructura y accesos. El Hotel esta muy bien mantenido y las áreas comunes son hermosas. FELICITACIONES !!!

空港至近のよいホテルです。１３番出口からアクセスします。少し歩きますが、道路をわたったところに、電動カートがいれば、運んでくれます。 ２階の中華料理店で、朝に、点心を食べることができますが、朝は土日のみ営業です。、以外にも、朝は、あまり英語が通じません（漢字メニューなので注文は可能）。 ホテルもきれいだし空港至近なので、便利です。

広州白雲国際空港が目の前で歩いていける。 深夜について、翌朝早い便だったので助かった。 立地が良く、しかも部屋は新しく、快適。

広州白雲空港は新しくなりましたが、ターミナル内から歩いてホテルまでいくことができます。トランジットの一泊の滞在には大変便利です。国際線の出発カウンターの近くからアクセス可能でした。 ただ、街まではかなり距離があるので、ご注意を。地下鉄よりも渋滞が無い時間帯であればタクシーが便利です。

朝早い便に乗るために夜遅くにチェックインし１泊しました。中国でビジネスで行き来して約10年(そのうち5年は駐在)、その中でも最高のホテルのひとつだと思います。 とにかく設備がいい。部屋はきれいですし、ベットの寝心地は最高。枕が6つもあり、低反発枕での寝心地には感動しました。ターミナルから出てすぐにあるので、ホテルをチェックアウトしてから5分後には空港のチェックインカウンターで手続きが出来る利便性は良いです。この値段でこのホテルに滞在できるのは素晴らしいですね。是非次回も帰国直前に宿泊を楽しみたいと思います。
