We had a very poor experience at this hotel. We would not stay again. No bar service or towels at the pool 5:00 pm on Friday. No hot water Saturday morning for the shower. Poor air conditioning in the room. We ordered the "signature" drink at the lobby bar Saturday evening at 7:00 pm and we were told they were out of basil to make the drink! Gorgeous hotel. Our room was on the 14th floor looking out over the ocean. The service is impeccable. The Ritz Carlton is always the best. The bathroom had a huge tub, separate shower with two shower heads, and a water closet. There was also a TV in the bathrom. The restaurant was awesome. Food and wine was delicious. Had a three night getaway with my husband and purchased a package deal that included a partial ocean view and view of intercoastal waterway on the 9th floor. The view was great. Our package included breakfast and our service in the restaurant was always great as was the service throughout the hotel. Pool service also very good. Our room was very clean […] and comfortable, but just a few things were off. A lamp switch was broken, our privacy notice button was broken, and our alarm clock was broken---no batteries. The location of the hotel is unique....next to a CVS Pharmacy and several bars., but also on the main drag with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was only about half full during our stay, but I can't imagine what it would be like to pay for a room during spring break and be next to the pharmacy and a bunch of bars with drunk spring breakers. The hotel is beautifully situated with lovely views from our guest room, but the staff makes the stay. From check-in through check-out including the use of hotel amenities, the staff was extremely attentive and anticipated our needs. How refreshing!

Fabulous facility.

Luxurious! My wife and I felt pampered the entire time. Sara at the front desk was great and got us the perfect room. The view of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular. There was always someone near with a towel, a cold bottle of water or whatever you needed. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

If you want to stay in the best hotel there is in Fort Lauderdale, this is it. Take it from me, I live in Fort Lauderdale for the last 15 years and this one tops all of them.

Fabulous hotel directly across the street from the beach, there was on overhead walkway(with elevator if necessary) from the pool area across to the beach. Staff was great, very attentive! Room was wonderful with a great ocean view. Would absolutely stay here again!

On Saturday night, we went to have dinner at the restaurant downstairs, only to be overwhlemed by the noise coming from the Bar. We also heard all other conversations from our hotel balcony. There was also a HUGE gap under our door to the hallway. So much for peace and quiet.

Excellent all around; Great location, gorgeous building, beautiful interior design, stylish rooms, excellent service. It was by far the best hotel of a 7-night trip.

this hotel treats you like your royalty. they almost treat you too nice! stay here if you want a good experience at a nice hotel.

Everything was perfect. Everyone was professional, and tended to all our needs. Sean and David at the front desk were the best ever, they helped coordinate a surprise BDAY get away for my girlfriend and I, and no detail was overlooked. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Best service I have ever experienced. Great beach access and within walking distance to restaurants and some limited shopping. Beautiful hotel. Would recommend highly. Say hello to Pat (on the beach) and to Paul (at the pool bar) and Gerrard (bartender). they will bend over backwards to assure you a great experience.

The Ritz in Ft. Lauderdale was amazing. From the TV's in every room, to the comfy bed, to the space, to the personal touch of knowing my name and having the TV programmed with it. View was nice, everything was wonderful. Room Service (Alejandro) was wonderful. He was very professional and sweet. Best Hotel ever!

We loved the Ritz - we only booked for one night though - its well worth the experience if affordable, not a hotel that the average person could afford to stay for a week though - pricey...but we would go again and stay an odd night. Rooms are gorgeous even a T.V. in the bathroom - and the bed/covers were fantastic..this is a hotel where you would go […] maybe on a romantic night/weekend - come on guys get that reservation made, its luxury...mmm. The customer service at the Ritz in Fort Lauderdale is great!! The hotel was quite full with a wedding party and the service was not jeopardized in any way. All hotel employees were professional and very polite. I will definitely return on my next trip.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a get away and it was amazing. The service is fantastic as well as the hotel being immacualte. The location is close to everything and very convienient. We loved it here and will be back.

We had a very lovely king room with an oceanfront balcony. The service was amazing. The hotel is located directly across the street from Fort Lauderdale Beach. We made this reservation using a free night earned after 10 Hotels.com stays before leaving on a cruise out of Port Everglades. Thank you Hotels.com, it was great!!

The staff at this hotel is the best staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. They will go above and beyond with their service and the exceptional way they help you out with everything.

The hotel is beautiful. We had a few minor complaints, but we are being picky. The pool closes too early, you have to pay for internet service, even in the business center and it is slightly annoying that amenities like ice are not readily available. I understand that the hotel does not want to disturb its guests with loud ice makers in the hall, but […] having to call downstairs and wait 30 minutes and then tip the person bringing the ice is a little much. You get what you pay for here. Pricey but excellent, wonderful views of the ocean and beach

From the moment you get there you are treated very nicely and respectufully. Great location, views and rooms.Definetly proved that this is a 5* hotel :)

すべてにおいて文句なしです。 今まで３つ星くらいのホテルしか泊まった事がないからかもしれませんが、とにかくサービスが行きとどいていて、文句のつけようがありませんでした。 部屋も広くてきれいだったし、お風呂もおしゃれでゆっくりできました。 夜でも繁華街？がすぐ近くなので、食事に困ることもありませんし、ちょっとバーで遅くなっても大丈夫です。 ただ、12時過ぎまでバーの重低音がベランダまで聞こえてるのは気になる人は気になるかも。。私は全くきになりませんでしたが。 機会があれば是非行ってみてください。

Great hotel and extremely friendly staff. The hotel has a very nice pool, and a private area at the beach. The hotel is located in walking distance to restaurants, nightclubs and various shops. The area is a bit "touristy", but still very nice. Try to get a room as far from the Beach Place-area as possible, as they have very loud fans on top of their […] buildings that makes it annoying to use the balcony if you live too close. The valet-parking is expensive, but very professional. The training-facilities are excellent and highly recommended. During our stay we tried the hotel restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner - each time with great satisfaction. Our only complaints was that we once found our door open and unattended after the housekeeping, and that we found adult material under our bed from the previous guests. リッツカールトン、フォートローダデールに12／18に泊まった感想を下記します。 スイーツとは書かれていないのでスイーツでは無いと思いますが、通常の部屋が前面にしか窓がないのにこの部屋は角部屋のため横にも窓があり前と横からきれいなサウスビーチの海岸が十二分に見えました。リッツカールトンはほかのホテルより張り出した位置にありもっとも良く見えるよい位置にあります。プールは３階にあり素晴らしい眺めです。 それ程豪華という感じではないのですが、清潔感がありデザインも素晴らしくリゾートに相応しいものでした。 ネットでコピーして持って行った予約表にはSand & Sun Package リゾート利用特典付きと書かれていて何のことかわかりませんでした。ホテルでは最初朝食なしと言われたのですがこの予約表 […] を見せたら朝食付きであることが判り朝食が付きました（朝食付きで申し込んだかどうか忘れていた）。リゾート利用特典付きの内容については未だにわかりません。英語で書かれていないのでホテルにもうまく説明できませんでした。最初宿泊代も別途請求されたのですが、予約表を見せて支払い済みであることが判り、最終的に問題ありませんでした。 メインのレストランでの朝食のビュッフェはおいしく満足できるものでした。しかし前夜同じレストランで頼んだアラカルトのパスタと牛肉は量は多いのですが塩気が強くあまりおいしいものではなく、リッツカールトンの食事としては期待外れでした。 Continua a leggere
