A meno di 10 minuti di cammino è possibile raggiungere Grand Place ed in soli 5 minuti la piazza di Santa Caterina. Durante il periodo natalizio i mercatini si sviluppano tt lì attorno. Le stanze sono piccole ma pulite e dotate di ogni confort. Wifi gratuito e personale cortese. Consigliato

"Buon prezzo"
Premetto che ho trascorso in questo hotel una sola notte con un paio di amici quindi il mio giudizio potrebbe risultare non del tutto esaustivo. La struttura è piuttosto vicina a Gare du Midi (circa 10 min in taxi a seconda del traffico) e ben collegata con il resto della città grazie ai mezzi pubblici (è presente una fermata del tram proprio di fronte […] all'hotel). L'arredamento è piuttosto datato ma non trascurato. Qualche problema con la camera che, pur essendo molto spaziosa (la tripla si sviluppa su 2 piani) risultava piuttosto fredda per il periodo. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera direi che è migliorabile ma accettabile. Disponibili servizio wifi gratuito e minibar a pagamento. Personale esperto e disponibile. Per quanto mi riguarda ho trovato l'albergo un buon compromesso qualita/prezzo. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del servizio offerto e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. Era presente anche un collegamento wi-fi gratuito, e la presenza di un computer in sala a disposizione dei clienti : unico neo di tutto cio' e' stata la tastiera del pc nella quale non corrispondevano […] i tasti. "Nice lobby, but not much else"
The front of the hotel is completely covered, undergoing construction I guess, so that was a bit strange to arrive to, but the lobby was nice and modern. The front desk was nice enough, but the rooms were not great. They were clean enough, but very small and felt cheap. Also, my room was separate from the hallway and in the fire escape access, with […] a strange entry room for storage. My familys first trip to Brussels. This hotel is a quick trip from Midi train station. We statyed two nights. The peopel at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were good. "Great hotel!"
I had to stay at the hotel just before, and after a small cosmetic operation on my ears. Very professional, clean and near lots of amenities. Although I never used it, there is a tram station just over the road, and coffee shops down the street, and a small supermarket pretty much next door. "A decent, basic hotel"
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is quite basic, but clean. On the plus side, my room had a large bathroom - a huge change from the cramped bathrooms you'd usually find in city hotels. The decor is rather tired; even the carpet pattern in the lifts had worn off, and there was some damp in corners around the window. That said, the […] thermostats on both radiators (one in the room, the other in the bathroom) are controllable, so no complicated air conditioning to bother with. With the wonderful Ixelles just around the corner, with its many restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, and several excellent patisseries and the Wednesday afternoon/evening market, it is in a great location. The city centre is around 45 minutes' walk away, up Avenue Louise, or alternatively you can hop on a bus or tram into the city. A good, basic hotel, but nothing fancy - perfect if you just want somewhere to sleep. (For me, the bonus was that BBC1, BBC2, BBC3 and BBC World were all available on the TV.) "Huge room, good location, worth it!"
The hotel is situated about an 8mins tram journey away from the louise metro station. This neighbourhood is very nice with plenty shops but can be around a 20mins walk so get the tram 94! The reception and entrance to the hotel looks very nice and new. The double/twin room we had was HUGE. The bed was comfy, there was heating, the towels and bedding […] were clean, there was a flat screen tv with about 4 english speaking channels (which i found) and lots of other language channels. The reception staff were polite, the hotel offers breakfast which i didnt take, they give you a city map and can help with other tourist info..the only thing i found was quite consistent throughout the room was that there seemed to be a lot of peeling of paint on doors, toilet wall had dirt marks on..the shower curtain was a little old, however these are all superficial things which did not affect my stay in any way, the comfort of the room and the facilities were much more important than a few marks or peeling doors. "The most depressing, unacceptable hotel in years"
This is billed as a 'four star' hotel. There is no way this is a four star hotel... Broken room furniture, broken bathroom fixtures, perfunctory staff (maybe they think this is chic), no hotel restaurant, no hotel bar, no nearby restaurants open mid-afternoon, small dirty elevators, no air conditioning, no in-room temperature control (bring a pullover), […] broken door handles on the fire escape, excessive room pricing during a recent rail strike, street walkers outside at night.... with a tram stop just outside the door the hotel is in a great location. The room however was a disaster -it stank of curry and was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was faded - flaking paint and mould on tiles. On the first night we we left short of towels 1 hand and 1 Bath for two people. As many people have said before, this is not a four star hotel. However, you will not pay four star prices. The staff were extrememly helpful and welcoming, and helped with everything we had to ask of them. The room was huge, (the biggest hotel room we have ever stayed in.) "Good hotel a little further out"
This is a good hotel if you have a car or like to walk. It's about a 40-minute walk from the main square. Overall, the hotel looked good, though aged. "A hotel that has seen better days"
This hotel might have been a 4 stars many years ago, but not today. Low budget solutions and lack of renovation everywhere. Bathroom looked as one in a dorm. Good news is that the staff seemed to remain the same: 4 stars attitude for low rate.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Good hotel"
When we got to the hotel the guy who was there was super nice to us, he helped us with everything we needed. Our room was amazing, we didnt pay a lot and it was really big, two floors. We had free wifi. Breakfast was not included and the place didnt look very clean, other than that is really nice. The tram stop is right infront of the hotel which helps […] a lot. Is not very close to the attractions but the public transportation is close. It was terribly hot and there was not AC. Not a 5 star hotel but its a nice place to stay though.
