My stay was excellent , and as I had stayed there before I was able to book there again with confidence as it was a special occasion this time for my son's 50th birthday treat.

Great location 1 minute from station, 10 minutes nice walk to Old Town Square. More a luxury hostel than hotel and has basic self catering facilities in the room. Very secure and very friendly and courteous reception staff. Excellent value for money

Pleasant staff, walking distance from train station and Old Town Square, comfortable rooms. A perfect spot for a solo traveler or someone passing through on business. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is located very close to the train station and also a short walk to the old city (one route more attractive than the others). It is a simple and unassuming place, basic but clean and comfortable. The only downside was a slightly unpleasant odour from the bathroom. Breakfast in a nearby cafe not up to much, a nearby cafe in town would have been better, or even breakfast made in the room (fridge, cooker, basic pan and plates etc. provided). The staff were very friendly, and great location. My only criticism is that it was very hot and humid whilst I was in Krakow and there was no fan or air conditioning in the room.

Helpful reception staff Very close to trains, buses and Old Town but a little hard to find. Local delicatessen appears to have deliveries nearby at about 0500 which woke us. Room small. Adequate breakfast at nearby bar.

Great stay staff helpful except one, good location shame room wasn't cleaned more often and you had to ask but overall good value for money.

Having booked this hotel on line, I was not sure what to expect but was very pleased with how close it was to both the train station and the centre of Krakow. It is just a two minute walk from Krakow Railway Station and the adjacent very nice shopping mall, and is only a 5 to 7 minute walk to the Market Square. There are bus and tram stops very close […] by also. The only negative about the hotel was that the room we had was not serviced at all during our stay. No clean towels or sheets, and the bathroom was not cleaned either. Because the room was rather small, it got a bit grubby by the end of our stay and we would have liked some clean sheets and to have the bathroom freshened and the floor hoovered. BUT I cannot say enough about how good the reception staff were. All young girls and all SO helpful. Really friendly with good to excellent English. One ever lent me her personal laptop so that I could check my Facebook and email! The room has a cook top and kettle etc which is handy and it was quiet despite being next to a church with loud bells. Our stay was very affordable too. this hotel is very convenient to statioon, staff at reception really very helpful in every way. Our bedroom was really small and did not even have a chair to sit on, well the room was nearly too small to have one in it. For this reason my husband would not return. Breakfast in nearby restaurant was extremely basic.

My stay at the Aparthotel Maly Krakow was short but I would recommend this hotel for anyone arriving and departing by train from Krakow because it is very close to the station. All you have to do is walk half a block to and then through the large shopping mall which is connected to the train station. Excellent location in Krakow that is very close to the main shopping centre, 5 mins walk to the central train station an 10 mins walk to old town centre. Room was very basic but that is all that you will need as Krakow is a wonderful place and you shouldnt be in the room anyway. The hotel was very well located within easy walking distance of the railway station and the Old Town. It was very convenient for the departure points for the public transport and excursions to the Salt Mine and Auschwitz.

This hotel was ideal for me. I arrived into the city by bus, the hotel was really nearby and easy to find. The receptionist was fantastic, and spoke perfect english, very warm welcome. My room was what I wanted, simple and clean. It also had a fridge, hob, and kitchen utensils! I traveled as a solo female. This hotel is right across the street from the Main Krakow train station as well as the major shopping mall, Galeria Krakow and only 5 minutes walking from the old centre. I felt completely safe and comfortable at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with all the basics needed […] in a room, plus a kitchenette. The only thing missing was that the room didn't have basic toiletries (e.g. soap), which would have been nice, especially if you're traveling at the last minute. Great place with great people - nice safe neighborhood. if you are taking the train this is the place you want.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The ladies at the check-in counter were incredibly helpful. Any question that we had (about location of a sight, hours of sights, etc) was answered very promptly with accurate information. Our room was clean; however, it did not have air conditioning. The hotel was located very near the train station. The hotel is within walking distance of the old part of town. This is an excellent hotel. Well managed, serviced, with great comfort.

A very pleasant venue in an ideal location for having a look around a really beautiful city. Situated by the train station from the airport and with helpful staff at the hotel all fluent with their English, made an enjoyable visit for me , the first time in a new country. Yes, I recommend it !

We stayed here for 4 nights. The location is fantastic- right nextdoor to the train station, a huge shopping centre with a large supermarket, and a 10 mins walk into the old town. The staff were all extremely friendly, spoke very good English and made 110% effort to help us when we required help navigating to Wieliczka and Auschwitz, and back to the […] airport (checking train times we needed etc). The room was extremely clean, the beds are pretty basic but a great place to put your head at night (considering spending 90% of the time out in the city being tourists!). My only issue is that we had to request clean towels etc and the room wasn't cleaned every day like most hotels- but we paid very little for our visit so shouldn't complain!! The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, meat, cheese, cereal and polish breakfast sausages- no complaints, again for the amount we paid you very rarely get any complimentary breakfast anywhere else! Within 3-4 minutes walk of the old centre and 150 yards from the pick-up point for tours run by "Krakow City Tours" this is an ideally located apartment. The room itself is basic yet comfortable with cooking facilities. We did, however, find the bed particularly hard and uncomfortable. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. För att börja med det positiva så var det rent och snyggt och trevlig personal. Det negativa var att trots att elementet var på full värme så var det kallt på rummet, för att inte tala om toaletten. Frukosten på Bistron var väl inte den bästa, men man fick det man behövde.

Bra hotell med tanke på vad man betalar. Sängarna är hårda men i övrigt städad och personal finns tillgänglig 24h om dygnet. Hotellet ligger grymt bra placerat, nära till den stora gallerian med massa shopping. De som jobber i resepsjonen er super hyggelige og hjelpsomme! Lurer du på noe hjelper de til med å anbefale steder å spise, barer, diskoteker, hjelper deg med buss/tog tider. Hotellet ligger også veldig sentralt. Rommene er helt ok.

Egy apróság: a szoba fűtése számomra kicsit kevés volt.

Ett väldigt prisvärt hotel som ligger hyfsat mitt emellan platserna man som turist förmodligen besöker mest.. Nämligen Det stora moderna köpcentrat och den gamla stadskärnan m. alla restauranger o sevärdheter.. Bra läge, trevlig personal med bra service och väldigt prisvärt..

Muy buen hotel, las recepcionistas son muy amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar en todo lo que puedan. Disponen de habitaciones con cocina, por lo que dado el caso te puedes cocinar para ahorrar. Y la situación no podría ser mejor, en frente de la estación de trenes y autobuses, para que no tengas que cargar mucho con las maletas por la ciudad =D. Et lite koselig hotel med en meget hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening samt veldig god beligenhet. Alt i alt meget fornøyd med hotelet . Litt harde senger , men sov alikevell som en stein. Hotellet lå veldig sentralt bare et par minutter til gamlebyen, og nærmeste turistinformasjon.Badene var nylig pusset opp,så nå gjenstår bare resten av rommene. Det var derimot en liten nedtur at hotellet ikke hadde egen frokostsal, men det befant seg rett rundt hjørnet for hotell Malay. Enkel frokost, ingen buffet slik vi er vant med på norske hot […] ell. Trevligt litet hotell, det bästa är läget - nära både till gamla staden och centralstationen.

Vi var meget positivt overrasket over hotellejligheden. Den lå lige ved siden af et kæmpe shoppingcenter, og kun en 10 min gåtur til centrum. Personalet var gode til engelsk og var meget behjælpelige. Værelset var pænt, rent og nydeligt. Madrasserne en smule hårde. Vil helt sikkert booke der igen, hvis vi skal til Krakow igen.
