La colazione era poco varia e scarsa. Poco attenti alla pulizia dei tavoli nei cambi degli ospiti durante la colazione. La camera confortevole e pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola a giorni alterni.

L'hotel 17 è un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a New York, con un eccellente rapporto qualità rapporto/prezzo. La posizione è tra i suoi pregi migliori, logisticamente comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi sia verso il nord che verso il sud di manhattan, e il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti e locali per cene e colazioni. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite, il bagno condiviso non lo abbiamo praticamente mai trovato occupato e sempre pulito.

L'hotel è nuovo e si trova in una buona posizione, a due passi dal Madison Square Garden e da Times square. La camera era grande ed i letti molto comodi. Uniche due pecche significative sono state, la wifi in camera funziona molto male (meglio nella lobby) e il pavimento che non è mai stato lavato (i calzini antiscivolo delle bambine erano neri dopo 5 minuti). Inoltre non vengono forniti accessori da bagno tipo le cuffie per fare la doccia.

Bellissima permanenza, punto ideale per visitare la città collegatissimo e a due passi dalla 5th. Camera non enorme ma comfortevole, sempre pulita e molto curata nell'arredamento. Albergo ad altissimo livello, se avete qualche soldino da spendere andateci. Enjoy NYC

"grandezza camere"
la posizione dell' hotel è strategica ance se quando si entrare sembra di essere a Starbucks più che in un hotel (non c'è una hall ma solo desk di accetttazione minuscolo che comunica con Stabucks) descrizione di camera grande è relativa alle foto (ingannatorie) e non alle misure quindi aspettatevi una camera SENZA ARMADIO - IMPOSSIBILITA DI LASCIARE […] VALIGIE APERTE - NESSUN POSTO DOVE METTERE I VESTITI. i letti sono QUEEN size , io non sono un gigante ma con 1.80 non ci sto !!! se cheidete per un KING size sono 10 cm in più in larghezza ma la camera diventa più piccola in quanto sempre stesse dimensioni. Ottimale per la posizione mentre la pulizia è quasi sufficiente. se la vendessero per quella che è posizione e prezzo sono ottimali ;) Continua a leggere
"piccolo ed essenziale ma ottima posizione"
Siamo stati in questo hotel 7 notti. L'hotel è essenziale le le camere sono piccole ma comode, calde e pulite, noi avevamo 4 valigie e non abbiamo avuto problemi. Noi avevamo il letto queen e abbiamo dormito benissimo. La posizione è eccezionale proprio accanto all'empire state building e a due passi da time square e da tutto. This is a great option for travelers who want to be close to shopping or want a clean and reasonably priced room.
"convenient but tiny"
Smallest hotel room I ever booked. No lobby, had to use employee restroom while waiting, but the room was clean and adequate, with big air conditioner blocking half the window. Very dim and minimal lighting. Front desk employees were friendly and polite. Just blocks from Penn Station, so great for a quick dash to the train.

"a Hidden Gem"
I've walked by this building before and never knew it was a hotel. At the rate I paid through hotels.com I can't recommend it enough. It has decent sized rooms for new york, very very clean with high end modern fixtures.

you coudnt wish for a better location.Right across from Empire State.Staff very helpful and willing to book anything.rooms not very big but comfortable and very clean.Coffee maker in room but not many teabags! Would stay again.
"Excellent for the Money!"
Basic hotel, but adequate sized rooms, clean, nicely appointed. No frills, but for a night or three this is a great place in a great area, if you plan to spend your time in manhattan and not a hotel room. If you want to spend all of your time in bed, choose a hotel that is three times the price.

"The Hotel 373 Fifth Avenue in NYC"
The location is really good, near from Empire State Building, Madison Square Garde, Time square and Central parc. But for the price the room is really small with a lot of internal (doors) and external (cars) noises during our 2 night.

This hotel was fairly affordable compared with many other hotels in the same area. Great location a block from Empire State Building and easy walking distance from Times Square and Madison Square Garden. The room was small but very clean. Nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. I would easily stay here again on my next visit to NYC.

"Hotel 373 in NYC - excellent value"
Very reasonable price considering the location. Parking garage nearby which the hotel will validate for a price break. There is valet but front desk says it's not quick so we parked ourselves. Pleasant helpful staff. Small, but clean rooms. Fairly quiet too.

"NYC Love"
This hotel was clean! Tiny, yes. But the location, staff, cleanliness, & did I mention the location; was AMAZING! Who wants to be in their hotel when they can be in NYC?! So it was a perfect spot. The only thing this hotel has going for itself is it's location. Other then that the rooms and the staff were embarrassing. Absolutely terrible. Do research before booking.

Nice hotel in a very central location. Rooms are a bit small (…NYC) but very clean and comfortable. I was a bit afraid that it might be a bit too noisy (5th Ave) but it was really OK. I stayed for four days and would certainly consider going there again.

We needed an affordable hotel between Grand Central Station and Union Square---no small task in NYC. We stumbled upon this little gem. Perfect neighborhood at a great price. "Empire State"
This hotel is in a great spot, mid-town, right beside the Empire State Building... Starbucks is next door if you need a coffee fix besides the complimentary that is in your room and room service from an Italian restaurant on the same block.... Ear plugs are a requirement if you are a light sleeper....it is NYC after all, but jackhammering on the street […] until midnight and a noisy HVAC make them useful for a restful night sleep. Great deal for the price. So practical, quiet, comfortable and the perfect location. 1 block from the Empire State Blds, and Manhattan Mall. Loved it!

"just like being on the street"
great location - the only problem is the airconditioning unit is open to the outside, so you get every bit of the street noise in your room. I couldn't get any sleep.

VERY happily surprised at how nice this hotel is. Very clean, very safe, very comfortable... I was surprised at how small the room was. I had a double bed, and there was 2' of space on 2 sides of the bed, and 3' on the door side! Perfect for 1 person, too small for 2. That's NY, though...

We thought hotel 373 was a great value. Other reviewers had complained about the small rooms, but we thought the room size was quite adequate. We were only there 1 night had very little luggage, but I would go back again for a longer stay with more gear. It was a convenient location.

Nice new hotel. Good location and friendly staff. Parking was very close to the hotel if you are driving and reasonably priced for New York.
Our room was perfectly comfortable. It was small but I knew it would be. I was most impressed that the hotel contacted us the day after we left to let us know that we had left something in our room and did we want them to ship it. Excellent service.

"Small Boutique Hotel Close to Koreatown"
2 blocks to Koreatown; adjacent to Starbucks on the ground floor; free Wi-Fi; long and thin building layout; no lobby; Philosophy toiletries; room views are largely blocked by neighboring high-rises; within walking distance to subway systems (especially 4, 6, B, D, F, & M trains).

"Not bad"
Nice rooms with everything included, notably wi-fi. Clean, but the lobby does not exist. Located in midtown, so in the very center of world chaos!

Room was extremely too small and should have been noted on the information for the hotel when booking. I had no room for my luggage and there was no closet to hang my things. My room was also right outside of the elevator and it was a bit noisy. I was not impressed!
