We arrived about 5 am and they cannot accommodate us to checked in a bit earlier even we were willing to have our room downgraded! They have us checked in pass 2 pm,!,,,,,!!,,,,

Had a one night stay over in guam. The rooms are a little run-down here and there, which is probably understandable in the tropics. Seems like a lot of money to pay for a less than 2 mile ride from the airport to the hotel, but there does not appear to be any free shuttles anywhere. The Hilton is a little far off the main Tumon strip. If you don't have a car or don't want to drive it's a little inconvient. You have to take a trolley everywhere. There is a nice "semi-private" beach attached. Also had amazing Christmas decorations up. Beautiful time of year to visit.

Hotel rooms need major updates. Bathroom had mold growing, toliet continued to run and is decorated from 1980's. Carpet needed replaced. Staff was great. Wasn't in room that much but loved the view when we were.

General upkeep could use some funding. I understand this a humid climate, but rust and mildew are something, one should have to tolerate. I have stayed at a number of Hiltons all over the world. This one is average I will go back but I would pay more if the issues were taken care of in a timely matter.

I go here on business but get to enjoy the beauty of Guam through this Hilton Hotel.

I don't usually wrote reveiws, but I wish I would have taken pictures... I have been to plenty of hotels. With theexception of one 3* in NYC this would probably rank among the worst as far as room quality. It's clear that ll attention had been given to the lobby and common places. Perhaps there are some decent rooms, but to give you a clue of how bad... […] mildew in bathroom, on blinds, chip tiles in bathroom, hair in tub on sink, and on floor, and last but not least the tub looked like it was purchased out of a junk yard. The hotel was nice and comfortable but the business center internet was down the whole day I needed to use it and they advertise they have the best buffets. I ate the Friday night seafood buffet and it was sad there was hardly any seafood and the crab they served was half rotten. It smelled bad and did not taste like crab, I told the waiter about it […] and when he came back you would not believe the answer I got. "He said the chef said it is from last week but it is still ok to eat, which I told him it smells bad and tastes funny but the chef said it is ok to eat and he replied yes the head chef said it is ok". The hotel is clean, tidy and beatiful. we had a great time. and it's good value for money!

We had 2 rooms for two weeks for our trip to visit family on the island. The view was beautiful, the pool was wonderful, the staff was very nice. The rooms themselves were in dire need of updating. It looks as though most of the hotel needed renovating, but instead of doing that, they just continue to slap a new coat of paint on and throw in a flat […] screen tv in every room. We stayed in one room for our first week and them moved to another room with a better view for our second week and both rooms were plagued with the same problems. There was a very serious problem with the plumbing in the hotel. The drains were very slow to drain and there were two occasions when the water in the hotel was shut off for a few hours each time. Once was in the middle of the night and the other was through the afternoon. Our shower in our first room was moldy and the glass doors around the shower were dirty. The shower leaked horribly and we complained several times and asked for extra towels to clean up the water that would flood the bathroom floor every time we used the shower, but our requests were largely ignored. There was no ventilation fans in the bathrooms in either room we stayed in so there is mold in a lot of places. The rest of the room was nice although I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't free wireless access in the rooms. Paying a charge for LAN access is pretty sad. The beds were clean and comfortable. We will be planning a trip back next year and will consider the Hilton again, but I will do some research to see if they have made any updates to the property and also be clear on exactly what my view will be when booking my room. This could go from being a nice hotel to an amazing hotel if they made some renovations and made the rest of the hotel look as nice as the lobby and surrounding areas. Continua a leggere

This is an older hotel that does it's best at customer service and friendliness from all of the staff. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel appreciated and that you are happy being there. The location did not bother us at all since we had a rental car but we did decide to do the healthy thing and walk to the touristy area whenever we […] could. We stayed in two rooms. Both were clean, comfortable. We were upgraded (at no additional cost to us) to the premier building which gave us a larger room and a few extra amenities. I stayed at the Hilton Guam Resort March 21-29, 2011. I arrived at 8 am hoping to check in early. My room was not available but they offered me a courtesy room until mine was ready. The grounds are gorgeous and the oceanfront rooms probably have the best view in Tumon. I was in a king suite that had a huge bathroom with 2 showers, 1 tub 2 separate vanities […] and a separate room for the toilet. Overall the hotel was in great shape but there were some normal signs of wear one would expect in a tropical climate. The staff was wonderful and courteous. My room rate included a buffet breakfast that was excellent. It included a wide range of food to select including fresh made omlettes, meats, veggies, fish, pasteries, cereal, fruit, waffles, pancakes, breadpudding, french toast, and various japanese foods as well. We had just come from Honolulu, so when we saw the price of the room, we expected nothing more than a standard Motel 6. We were VERY WRONG!! The hotel staff was motivated and helpful. The shower was lava HOT! In fact, I set off the smoke alarm with all the steam. Bed was comfortable. No Wi-Fi. My husband and I reached the hotel early in the morning at 5+am. The check in time is 2pm and hence we're not allow to check in to our room immediately. After making enquires on the extra room charges we have to pay to check in immediately.. my husband and I decided not to take it up. However, the kind reception staff seeing my husband and I looking […] so tired, agree to let us check in immediately without any cost. He decided to waive it off for us. Very nice touch. Once in the room, my husband and i were a bit surprise actually. We remembered making a reservation of a junior suite room, however the room that was given to us was the size of a standard room. This puzzled us. After a good rest, my husband and i went to the reception to double check on the room type. After a few rounds of enquiries, the hotel staff admit they made a mistake and immediately arrange the correct room for us. The junior suite was quite huge and clean. Ocean view with a small balcony, a king size bed with a separate sitting area with full set of sofa. The bathroom is huge. 2 washing areas in the bathroom, 1 bathtub and 1 shower area. Easy access to the pool and the sea. The tourist bus bus-stop is just a few steps away from the main entrance of the hotel. The not so good point about this hotel is the buffet breakfast. Somehow, management of this area seems to be lacking and in a mess. No refill of ran out food. Lack of utensils, no cups, sticky tables and etc. Variety of food was average. Quality of food was average too. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended stay. Continua a leggere

ホテルに着いて、最初に案内された部屋は本館でした。一番安い料金での予約だったので、多分それであっていると思ったのですが、予約確認書には「タシクラブ」と明記されていたので、念のためフロントに確認すると、Hotels.comとホテル側の予約記録が一致していなかったとのことでしたが、ダメもとできいたのに、すぐにタシクラブのお部屋に変えていただけました。お部屋はきれいでしたし、お湯もたっぷり、ベッドも私には寝心地が良く、周りも静で、スタッフも皆フレンドリーできちんとしていたので、非常に満足でした。

ヒルトンホテルの”たたずまい”と言いますか雰囲気はタモン地区では最高であると思います。ただし、一週間の比較的長期の滞在ですと、食べるところが限られてしまうのが残念です。（精々PROAまで徒歩では足を延ばす程度で）

今回止まった部屋は4階で海が見える部屋でした。　　　室内もきれいに清掃が行き届いてて、十分に満足しています。またタモンサンズやＤＦＳギャラリーまでは若干距離があり離れていますが、ホテル循環バスが走っていて買い物も便利にいけます。施設内のプールやインターネットラウンジは無料で使用できました。　ただ室内でインターネットを使うと別途ﾈｯﾄ接続料を加算されるみたいです。4泊宿泊しましたが十分満足できるすてきな旅行になりました。今後もヒルトンのホテルを海外渡航先にて利用したいと検討しています。帰りはフロント出口にてドアマンの方がタクシーを手配してくださり旅行客への対応もとても親切でしたよ。

グアムにて海で泳ぐことを楽しみにしていましたがヒルトンのビーチは岩場。ちょっと残念でしたがホテルプールは空いているしキレイにメンテナンスしているのでとっても満足でした。プールの監視員もとても愛想がよく気持ちよかったです。 ホテルの場所が繁華街から外れていますがホテル内の売店もそこそこ充実していますし安く泊まれるのでお勧めです。

음.. 일단 호텔리어들은 너무 친절해서 좋았어요 첫날밤은 워터프론트가 아닌쪽 방이였는데 투몬셔틀 소리때문에 밤까지 좀 시끄러웠어요.. (제가 시험치러 간거라 소리에 민감했음..) 둘쨋날은 워터프론트로 바꿨습니다. 에어컨을 트니 너무 추워서 에어컨을 꺼놨는데 바닷바람때문에 그런지 습기가 엄청나게 차더군요 몸에 진득진득 소금습기?가 달라붙는느낌... 이건 호텔의 문제가 아니니 뭐 어쩔수 없지만... 에어컨 끄면 카페트 곰팡이 냄새 나서... 결국 방 또 바꿔 달랬어요..... 전 놀러간게 아니라 시험보러 간거였는데 테이블은 앉아서 공부할 만하구요.. 스탠드는 한국에서 간이스탠드 가져가서 조명도 괜찮았어요. be honest, […] it didn't worth it to pay that much, but generally hotels in Guam are expensive. Thus i think it is worth to pay that much in Guam, it's not so luxury but it's not awful. The hoteliers are so nice and this might bring me to choose Hilton again. Continua a leggere

飯店設施充足且維護良好！距離DFS較遠！建議入住者租車會比較方便！

ただ一つ期待をしたいのは、歩いていける距離に日本レストランガないこと。ラーメン屋でもよいです。その他、ホテルの立地環境をはじめとても良い ホテルだと思います。昨年四回グアムヒルトンホテルに滞在しました。

투몬로드 끝자락이라 이동에 약간의 불편함이 있지만 객실의 청결함 인테리어 조명이 마음에 들었습니다.

이그제큐티브 프리미어 룸 5박했는데 괜찮은거같네요. 첨에는 방 위치가 별로 안좋아서 좀 시끄러웠는데 바꿔달라니깐 바로 바꿔주더군요. 아침식사 라운지 이용도 괜찮았고 저녁에 프리바 맘에 들더라구요. 차 렌트하고 돌아다녀서 이동하는데 불편함은 없었던거같습니다.

11년 10월11일부터 14일간 3일동안 사용했구요. 호텔스닷컴에서 다른 예약사이트보다 싸게 이용했습니다. 일단 호텔은 만족스럽구 조식,방상태,에어컨 등등,,, 대부분 만족스러웠습니다. 괌여행을 생각하시는분들 참고가 되시면 좋겠구요,교통은 버스를 이용하기보다 렌트카를 이용하는편이 훨씬편하고 가격면에서 유리합니다. 버스가 한번에 3불이예요.,렌트가 쌉니다.휘발유가격이 싸서 렌트해서 돌아다녀도 기름값 얼마 안나와요.수요일과 금요일에 전통야시장이 열리는데 차 가지고 가서 근처에 세우세요,상점들이 일찍 문을 닫기때문에 그 앞에 세워놓으면 됩니다. 저는 주차할곳 없다는 말 듣고 버스를 이용했는데 왕복 차비만 24불들었어요(2명, […] 버스 2번타고 왕복) 뭐 크게 볼거리는 없어도 야간에 별로 할것이 없으니까 볼만 해요.샌드캐슬쇼도볼만합니다. 힐튼호텔은 쇼핑거리와는 떨어져있습니다.버스를 타야하죠,하지만 렌트카를 이용하면 늦은시간에도 이용할수 있으니 오히려 편합니다.아....남자분들 담배값이 비싸요,한갑에 7.5불 약 8000원 돈입니다. 괌공항 면세점에서도 안싸요. 인천서 나갈때 구입하시고 왠만한건 인천서 구입하세요.양주,담배. 괌에서 사가지고 돌아올때 대부분의 관광객들이 쵸코렛을 삽니다. 디에프몰이나 폴리네시안 몰에서 사시면 되구,가격은 5000원정도 부터 있네요. Deluxe plus room have new decoration.Clean & comfotable.But have another locking door in the room if you don't care.

렌트를 하실 분들이라면 이곳을 추천합니다. (레드버스를 이용한다 해도 전혀 불편할 것 없는 위치임) 단, 위치상 도심의 번잡함이 없어서 좋았습니다. 그렇다고 멀다? 전혀 아닙니다. 시내와 차로 3~5분 거리.. 괌은 제주도 1/3 사이즈라 모든곳이 아주 가깝습니다. 단, 조식은 비추입니다. 3박5일 중 첫날 하루만 사먹기로 했는데.. 허걱, 2인 60불정도.. 메뉴 별로인 듯.. 나머진 좋았습니다. 한국인도 별로 없어서 좋았습니다.

十一假期去的房间有发霉的味道，不知是否因为在雨季的原因。请客房把房间能换的都换了再进屋就没有味道了，但第二天难闻的气味还是出现了。

주변 경관은 나쁘지 않은 편이었으나, 모래사장까지 나가려면 돌아가야 해서 조금 불편하더군요. 쇼핑가까지는 버스로 금방가지만 주변에 식사할 곳도 많지 않아 조금 불편했습니다. 가격이 워낙 저렴해서 수용할 만한 불편이었습니다. 조식이 좀 괜찮았습니다. 그리고 여름에 항상 에어컨을 추울 정도로 틀어놓는데, 너무 추워서 방 에어컨을 껐더니 바로 습기가 차서 거울에 이슬이 맺히더군요. 호텔앞 풀장도 나쁘지 않은 수준이었습니다. 여러모로 가격대를 생각한다면 나쁘지 않았습니다.

해변 한 끝에 자리한하여 번잡하지 않고 멀리까지도 수심이 낮아 편안하게 쉴 수 있다. 가격이 10% 쯤 저렴하지만 객실은 최고급이며 식당 메뉴도 최상이다. 쇼핑에 관심이 적다면 최적의 호텔이다.

일찌감치 예약을 해서 저렴한 가격에 3박4일 잘 묵었습니다. 괌의 호텔라인 끝쪽에 위치해 있지만 중심지와는 아주 가깝고(제가 렌트를 해서이겠지만) 근처 5분내거리에 24시간 k마트가 있어서 아주 좋았답니다. ^^ 힐튼호텔은 중심지가 아니어도 차량으로 이동시 충분히 매력적인 위치에 있는 호텔입니다.

위치는 괌중심가와 타호텔들에 비해 좀 떨어진편..그래서 싼거같다.스태프가 첵인 할때 내 아침 쿠폰을 챙겨주지않아 해결하기위해 왔다갔다했던 불편함과 수영장직원들이 아시아여자에게 던지는 농에 대한 불쾌함이 아주 크다.물론 보수적인 아시아여자인점을 감안하시고..같이 농을 걸수도있었지만 재미보다는 불쾌함이 앞섬..그리고 스노쿨링하기에 는 괜찮은바다이지만 중요한건 백사장이 없다!!! 시설은 오래되었지만 깨끗한 시트가 굉장히 좋았고 아침식사도 좋았다 ^^ 샴푸는 따로 챙겨가는게 좋을듯 머리결 다상했다...

힐튼은 힐튼전용해수욕을 끼고 있다는게 참 좋은것 같아요 힐튼전용비치에서 스노쿨링은 정말정말 좋았어요 그리고 풀장이 24시간인것도 너무 좋았구요 그런데 깔끔하지는 못한것 같아요 시트나 베란다는 깔끔한데 욕실구석에 알수없는 머리카락몇가닥은 완전 경악해했습니다. 그외에는 좋았던것 같아요~

夏休みに二人で一週間　行きました。 景色いいし、部屋にも満足でした。 レンタカーしたので移動もスムーズ。 海はマリンシューズ履けば大丈夫。 シュノーケルすれば魚は沢山みれます、 深さは大人の腰まで、波や流れはほとんどなく、子供も安心。 欠点はタモンに遠い、マリンアクティビティは少ない。でも、これらは欠点ではなく、目的の違いくらい。 次回も泊まりたくなりました。

룸 컨디션도 좋은편이구요.. 가기전에 안좋다는 말을 많이 들어서요 :) 조식도 깔끔하고 맘에 들게 먹었어요.. 호텔자체가 조용하구 수영장하고 바다가 가까이 있어서 풍경이 너무 좋았어요.. 담에 간다면 다시 힐튼으로 가고 싶어요

전체적으로 만족스러웠으나, 위치가 투몬 시내에서 걸어가기에는 부담스러웠음. 그래도 셔틀버스를 이용한다면 무리없음. 객실의 청소상태는 완전 양호 했음. 수영장도 좋고 대체적으로 만족스러웠음. 아침식사가 굉장히 좋음.

위치는 중심가에서 많이 멀어요... 걸어 나가서 밥 먹을 데가 마땅하지 않죠. 게다가 호텔측에서 오해가 있어서 체크인 할 때 조식이 포함 안되어 있다고 그래서 아침마다 room charge로 밥 먹다가 마지막 날 confirmation letter 보여주고서야 room charge 모두 없애주더라구요 ㅡ0ㅡ 그 과정에서 프론트 데스크랑 식당 여직원 어찌나 불친절한지 ㅡㅡ staff들은 크게 친절하다는 느낌 없어요. 괌 호텔들 상태가 별로 좋지 않아서 룸 컨디션이나 이런건 뭐 그럭저럭.... 괜찮은 편이구요 수영장도 아이들 놀기 괜찮았어요.

호텔 바로앞에 스노쿨링 할 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 너무 좋았구요!! 전망이 너무너무 좋아서 아침마다 파도소리에 기분이 좋았습니다.

６月下旬にタシクラブに泊まりました。 日本人と若干の韓国及び中国の方がいました。 親子で来られる方が多かったですね。 寝泊りとプールで遊ぶには特に問題はなかったのですが、一番の問題は朝食。 手抜きしすぎてちょっとびっくりです。 せめて卵焼きくらい目の前で作ってほしかったな～。 ビジネスホテルの朝食よりひどいかも。 一応その点は改善してほしいとお願いしてはみましたが・・・

ダイビングが目的での宿泊で、夕食時に外出する程度なのでメイン（ＤＦＳ）からは離れていましたが不便は感じませんでした。 室内ですが適度な広さで清掃もきちんとされていましたが、バスタブが少し古いのと、シャワーブースの防水が悪いので水が外に漏れてしまうのが少し問題でした。 朝食はビュッフェ付きで予約しており、種類は豊富にあり味も満足でした。 フロントには日本人のスタッフが居られたので、夕食時にレストランの無料送迎に電話をかけて頂いたり、ネットの事を聞いたり出来たので助かりました。 ビジネスセンターでは日本語フォントのパソコン・無線LANがあり、以前は有料？のようでしたが、今は無料で使えます。 その他、不満を言えばいくつかありますが、お支払いした金額を考えれば大満足と言っても良いくらでした！
