Non lontano da corso Como, via Solferino e corso Garibaldi, a due passi dalla stazione della metro Repubblica, l'hotel Cervo è in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Attenzione alle camere, perché ce ne sono alcune anguste e buie che avrebbero anche bisogno di una rinfrescata. Quando sono arrivato, mi è stata assegnata un'incredibile singola al primo piano con affaccio su una tromba delle scale interna, così sono andato alla reception per chiederne un'altra. Mi è stata data una camera più confortevole con affaccio su un cortile interno. Decisamente migliore, ma sempre troppo buia per i miei gusti (e nel bagno non c'era il bidé). Ci ho dormito la prima notte e la mattina dopo ho chiesto se ce ne fosse un'altra ancor più luminosa. Finalmente me ne hanno data una soddisfacente al terzo piano con affaccio sulla strada. Personale professionale, cortese e comprensivo. Colazione continentale ottima e abbondante.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel in quanto vicino allo stadio San Siro dove ero diretta. Il personale è stato sin dal primo momento tanto gentile e disponibile. La camera era grande e pulita con tv e mediaset premium, la colazione è inclusa a buffet, con cornetti confezionati ma di ottima marca, come tutto il resto delle cose per la colazione! ottimo il caffè ed il cappuccino preparati da loro al momento... Per quanto riguarda i mezzi di trasporto per arrivare in centro, l'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione: difronte all'hotel c'è la fermata dell'autobus 69 che porta direttamente alla stazione metro, oppure alle spalle dell'hotel vi è la fermata del tram 14 che di ferma fuori al duomo! In generale quindi posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatta di questa esperienza, lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti e non mancherò di ritornarci io personalmente in future occasioni!

ho preso questo albergo per via di un prezzo scontato ... così è stato un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L'insonorizzazione tra le stanze non è perfetta ... se quello a fianco russa, ti svegli. La camera è carina moderna nuovo arredamento come del resto tutto l'albergo.... solo un pò piccolo il bagno. Per il resto, colazione compresa tutto molto bene. Comunque lo suggerisco..

"Exceeded Expectations"
We had stayed at Hotel Berna before, about ten years before. We picked it because of price and location. We were to be in Milan only overnight to catch a flight the next morning. We found the hotel had been renovated since our last stay. This hotel was a great deal for the money! Very clean, recently remodeled bathroom, free wi-fi, free breakfast! The staff were very nice and helpful, they made me feel very welcome and the room had everything you need, including free non alcoholic mini bar and cookies!

We stayed in the hotel because it is very close to the Milan main train station. The hotel is reasonably priced. While supposedly a 4 star hotel, I am skeptical. The bath was tiny and worn. "Good hotel, bad timing"
The location of this hotel was only a few blocks walking from the main train station in Milan. We were able to utilize the city transport system with ease. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, with a hearty breakfast and helpful staff. Hotel staff are awesome across the board. Very polite and welcoming. Great breakfast! They stock the minibar in room with soft drinks, soda, juice and water and it is yours to consume without any additional charge. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

From the moment I entered Hotel Berna, I was pleasantly surprised the service I received. Not only did they give me a free upgrade of my room, but they were polite, courteous, and made sure they were available to me at my disposal. Very conveniently situated near to the central railway station, surrounded by several 'massage parlours'. A short metro ride away from El Duomo and only 1Euro. Excellent service, beautiful upgraded room and fabulous breakfast. Would re visit again tomorrow if given the opportunity.

We were only here for one night, before flying out of Malpenza the next day, but would have been happy to stay longer. Location near station was great, and while a bit of a walk to the centre of Milan, quite doable. "Friendly and convenient"
This was a great place to rest one's head after a long haul flight! Staff were friendly and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. A very short walk from Centrale station. Breakfast was fantastic and for this gluten-free traveller there was so much choice! I can see why people make this their home base in Milano.

We selected this hotel based on rate and convenience to Milan Central Station. It served us well as a base from which to take trains to other places. They also have computers from which we were able to check our e-mail.

Centrale (like other hotels nearby) Breakfast Buffet (very very nice) WIFI speed/reception (2-3Mbps avg., 1 userID/PW works for multiple devices; I tried on 2 iPhones, iPad, MacBook Air) Daily cookies left by room cleaning service hot […] water maker (I need drink several cups of tea am/pm) 2 elevators (quite euro style=tiny) A/C working great Not so good: If you leave the window open in your room during summer time... This hotel was well located within easy walking distance of main station yet was very quiet at night. The area around the hotel was pleasant and far better than the usual large city station areas. This hotel is centrally located just a 5 minute walk from Statzione Centrale train station. It is one block to the Metro, which goes everywhere in the center city. From the initial welcome at the Reception desk until the final day, this was a great place to stay. The staff were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on Milan places of interest, restaurants etc. The food at breakfast was exceptional and what a wide variety.
