Room clean and comfortable, cheap rates and even some food for a little breakfast included in the night rate. Remember that its a Motel so you cannot expect the services and the standing of a hotel. We used it only for sleeping then we moved to the beaches during the day or to the towns during the nights, so I cannot give any opinion about swimmingpool and other facilities. It was along the highway so a car is needed to move everywhere.

My kids and I were delighted with the townhouse-style room. We all had enough room, privacy and amenities to top-off a great vacation stay. "Good Value for the Money"
The room was huge, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Close by resturants and fast food locations and about two miles from Falmouth Village Center of Town. There is a super market directly across the street. My only negatives would be that I wanted to watch the Red Sox on TV at night and their cable set-up didn't carry that […] channel (are you kidding me) and shoot the lock off your wallet and by a new toaster for the guest breakfast room. "Great Hotel for a Marathoner"
I just had a one night stay prior to running the Cape Cod Marathon. There is plenty of parking, the hotel buildings are close togther, so easy to get to the morning breakfast room. The breakfast area was roomy, clean, and well stocked with food and juices for a good breakfast. The hotel was sold out that night, but I never heard traffic in the hallways […] or any noises throughout the night, got a good nights sleep, just what I was looking for. The front desk staff gave us a good recommendation for a good carbo loading meal of pasta at the Stone Lovin Pizza Restaurant about a mile down the street on the Flamouth town green. Very nice hotel staff - helped out when we couldn't access internet, friendly upon check-in, staff brought extra towels to our door when we forgot to remove the do not disturb sign during their cleaning time. Some stains on the floor; clear the building is not new, with some disrepair by windows on the upper level. I have stayed at this hotel before. It was the only hotel available for a family wedding. it was clean and beds were comfortable. I didn't like the steps outside the room and also at the exit doors. The shower was good, but there was no shelf for shampoo, etc, in the enclosure. The room was spacious and the iron and ironing board were a plus. It was good for the one night we stood there.. no longer then two days would I stay.. I would suggest you bring your own towels the one there are like sand paper.. "Not adult friendly or for business travelers."
The only saving grace for our stay was that we had a jacuzzi in our room. We were unable to use the indoor pool as it was full of unruly kids at 8:00 pm splashing and screaming. The guest information said that between 8:00 & 9:00 pm were for adults. When we asked the woman at the desk she said that was the old owners rules. She wasn't very helpful. […] I also told her that we were unable to access wi-fi in our room; she said they don't guarantee it in our room, only in the lobby. Stayed here for vacation, it was located in the heart of Falmouth, which is a very nice and beautiful town on the Cape. The Hotel was a mess!! The Bathroom wallpaper is attached by staples, the water didn't drain well in the tub. The floors were very uneven, beds were very uncomfortable. The Breakfast room wasn't that great either. I would never stay in this hotel again. It was musty, not particularly clean, old, and not well kept. The staff was mediocre at best, not very friendly, and all in all; I am glad we only stayed a night. It was not a pleasant experience.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Addressing safety issues is needed"
The upstairs bedroom was like an oven when we arrived. We figured out how to turn on the free standing airconditioner and fan, but it wasn't the best system for really cooling and dehumidifying the upstairs bedroom. There were two safety issues in the motel that should be addressed. The top step going to the second floor in our wing was much higher […] than the other steps and I almost fell the first time I sent upstairs. Also by the door going out to the pool there were PVC pipes that could easily be tripped over. I can't believe these would be up to local building and fire codes.
