"Traithlon Stay"
Stayed here 4th of february 2012 for the Caloundra Triathlon very convienant location to race and staff were very accomodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. the kids enjoyed the pool and lap pool. Customer service was a high priority with all our enquires answered professionally. Surprised at how small the bed was. We booked a queen size bed, but it was a double bed. Reception advised us this is "queen size" as per crown plaza standard. I did point out this is not by Australian standard. Made for an uncomfortable stay and we aren't large framed by any means. Air conditioning unit was noisy in the middle of the night. Chairs […] were stained and carpet not vacuumed regularly. Shower overhead in the bath doesn't accommodate if you are over 6ft tall as you will hit your head. Bath towels had blood stains on them. Reception weren't helpful with our enquiry, they never got back to us. Gym was only available to hotel guests during "admin" hours which was inconvenient. Equipment a little dated. Continua a leggere

Had a great time at Grown Plaza with Husband & kids. Easy to find will be returning in the future. Friendly and great service
"Far away from everything"
I booked this hotel for a few reasons, it was close to the Australia Zoo, had free WiFi and a kitchen. The last two things specifically being listed for the hotel room I reserved. On the way to the hotel we discovered that it is over 30 minutes from the zoo resulting an an expensive taxi ride. After getting to the room we noticed there was no kitchen, […] only items to make tea and internet was also not free. However, when we spoke to the manager about the discrepancies she upgraded us to a larger room with an actual kitchen. No internet though. This hotel is really beautiful and would be perfect for someone who was there to play golf and had their own car so paying for taxi's twice a day. Continua a leggere

Luxueux mais assez éloigné, et compliqué pour s'y rendre.

Hôtel agréable pour passer ses vacances et se détendre. Belle piscine, cadre agréable. Chambre confortable, par contre le ménage n'est fait correctement que là où cela se voit (c'est à dire pas sous les lits par exemple). La terrasse non plus n'avait pas été nettoyée.
