siamo una famiglia di 4 persone e vi abbiamo soggironato per 3 notti; il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente. Le camere erano ampie, spaziose e luminose ( settimo piano con bella vista dello skyline del centro di Praga ) pulizia e decoro dell'hotel buoni, colazione continentale senza particolari pregi e difetti, unico appunto la wifi disponibile solo […] nella hall il primo giorno, dopo si è guastato l'access point e quindi per 2 giorni siamo andati in giro per bar e ristoranti con la rete wifi. Il wi fi è una pena. L aria condizionata è un sogno e il Phon si spegne subito ( lo usi 10 secondi e non va più ). Nonostante tutto l edificio è in pieno centro e ti permette di raggiungere i principali monumenti in pochi minuti di camminata.

L'hotel è carino e le stanze anche. Direi che non corrisponde ad un nostro 4 stelle. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salato. Posizione ottima!! Lo consiglierei sopratturro a chi sceglie di stare in Centro e non vuole spendere molto.

Consigliato se non vi interessano gli hotel di lusso,ma nelle vostre scelte favorite la posizione! situato a 50m dalla piazza dell'orologio e vicinissimo a ponte carlo. qualcosa da migliorare nell'entrata e leggera puzza di fogna in bagno,ma la camera e' grande e pulita a un prezzo vantaggioso vista la posizione!

Hotel nella centralissima via Karlova a due passi da ponte Carlo e dalla piazza del municipio con l'orologio astronomico. Avevamo una stanza di 60mq in 4! Buon hotel con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo anche se parlare di 4 stelle è un pò eccessivo!!! 3 stelle andrebbero più che bene. Posizione centralissima per visitare Praga senza utilizzare i mezzi pubblici. Note negative: non c'è l'ascensore per cui fare 3 piani con i bagagli non è il massimo. Albergo estremamente comodo per la sua posizione strategica, proprio nel cuore del centro storico di Praga. A pochi passi da Piazza della città Vecchia, Ponte Carlo, Piazza Venceslao.Facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto anche con i mezzi pubblici,infatti dista a poche centinaia di metri dalla fermata della Metro. C'è tutto: ristorante, musica dal vivo e teatro di marionette. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa, mancano solo le abat jour. Ristorante tipico ma si dovrebbe curare un po' di più la colazione. Personale disponibile e simpatico. Un hotel da consigliare.

ottima posizione per muoversi comodamente per Praga senza aiuto di mezzi. Quartiere molto vivace e comodissimo per i servizi. L'hotel è molto gradevole e tenuto bene, personale cordiale e molto disponibile nonostante ciò che si dice dei praghesi. Colazione molto abbondante ma prevale il salato. Unica pecca la pulizia. Lascia un po' a desiderare.

Well this trip didn't start well. Turned up at 10pm, only to discover Check-in closes at 9.45pm. When I say check-in you actually pick up the key from the video shop next door. The hotel was in a great location, under 5 minute walk to Old Town Square and Orloje, and a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. The food was okay and you get a 20% discount at the restaurant as a hotel guest. The staff was not as friendly as I would've liked, but they weren't rude either. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The location cannot be better. 2-3 minutes walk to the Old Town square and 5 min. to Karlov bridge. 10-15 min. to Staromestska metro. And the price is reasonable. The hotel has its own restaurant. When we finally found the hotel, we were very pleased with the location (in the middle of the old town) reception was a stand-alone desk at the rear of a restaurant of the same name. Directions provided by the staff to the car park were horrid and misleading. The room was huge. It appears the building is very old, the rooms basically are as is. The […] windows didn't close properly, the furniture looked like it was from an auction house, it did not match the room at all, the safe did not work and the noise filtering up from the street was obtrusive until about 2 am. Each time we walked through the restaurant to get to our room we were accosted in an attempt to have us eat there, to the point we were regularly questioned as to why we were there if we weren't eating a meal. The hotel staff was friendly and we were checked in relatively quickly even though we had eight people across two rooms show up two hours before official check-in time. As you ascend the old wooden stairs, you quickly see that the building is quite unique and every room is a bit different. Our room was a beautifully decorated pair (yes, two!) of 20x20 […] rooms with 12ft ceilings separated by a gigantic set of pocket doors. The main bedroom was extremely spacious even with a couch, love seat, chair, tv, and wood burning stove in the mix. Though the bathroom and its facilities lacked a bit in modernization, the majestic presentation and size of the rooms more than made up for it. One step right out the door and you're right in the mix of things by the Old Town Square. Absolutely everything is within walking distance of this hotel. I would definitely recommend this to others. One unique thing that may throw you off is that you have to enter through the restaurant to get into the hotel. Also, it gets a little rowdy late at night between 1am and 3am out on the street as people venture home after a few pilsners...the windows are pretty good at dampening sound, but you'll hear a few drunken cheers at any hotel around Old Town in the middle of the night. Huge room! TV was terrible, flat screen is a joke. Great location, sparsely furnished. But really, if your spending a bunch of time in your hotel room, your not experiencing the place. The location couldn't be better! You are right near the center of the old town and around the corner of astronomical clock. Completely worth it.

Well we stayed three nights, and on the third morning, the shower was out if water for about ten minutes.... But the place was clean, comfortable, reasonable amenities- the television didn't work, no mini bar, but there is a safe. The wifi only works in reception, and sometimes you have to ask them to turn it on, but we stayed in room 25, which is pretty […] much right above the reception area, and sometimes the wifi would reach. The folks in reception are helpful, breakfast is reasonable considering it's free (the croissants weren't cooked all the way, but there were eggs, bacon, sausage, hard boiled eggs, and other options which were tasty). At first glance, this hotel seems to be in a great location for a decent price. The first night we stayed, our room was comfortable, quiet, and while it was a bit warm, the hotel provided us with a fan so it wasn't unbearably hot. The next night our room was changed, and the experience was miserable. There is no elevator, so we lugged our bags up the […] stairs, only to find a stifling hot room with no fan. We called the front desk to request one, but the staff were entirely unhelpful, and basically told us there was nothing they could do, despite the fact that there were fans in other rooms, and in the lobby. The new room was also toward the front of the hotel, and I can sleep through a lot, but the noise was relentless. Carts kept going across the cobblestone and drunken tourists at surrounding cafes kept us awake all night long. Between the 95 degree heat, lack of air, and the noise, we did not get a wink of sleep, which is not ideal when traveling internationally the next day.
