We simply booked this to nap before a red-eye at 2am out of Denpassar. It felt more like a hostel and/or permanent living situation for expats. I knew we were in trouble when the front desk guy asked if we were staying three nights based on the fee I paid via hotels.com. As we were leaving at midnight, our neighbors were watering the plants from third […] floor as it were. front desk person had a very old woman carry my 50 pound piece of luggage up to the room where she pulled a plate of "fresh" fruit out of the refridgerator. Would never go back to Bali again..mainly because of bad experience in this hotel,we stayed 7 nights and the hotel was overpriced,we booked a room and the room was old fashioned and non functional.room in serious need of updating,in fact I'd rip all the dysfunctional and uncomfortable furniture out and start again,air conditioner was loud despite it […] being good,bathroom old fashioned and smell of sewage emanated from room every morning,tv and stations were good,plugs were in the most difficult of places to use,mini bar was overpriced as was all the food in the restaurant,breakfast came with price and was good but the service was comical,coffee was the worst I have ever tasted in 25 years of hotel use.the best thing about the hotel was the garden,no surprise the gardener won emplyee of the year last year and he'll win it again hands down this year,pool was small but good,beach side area is not private and one gets constantly harassed by hawkers,banana and fruit people and the guys in the lime shirts who annoy the he'll out of you if you show any interest,they are also overpriced and Tip best advice is to take local boat for 10 dollars to lembongan,information desk is a joke .twice we asked for a wake up call..none received,info around lobby is poor ,tip for hotel ..put the taxi drivers outside the hotel as they are extremely annoying and rude..not in the lobby hawking for business...but as I have written this will probably fall on deaf ears...there is also no chance of any food.ie room service once restaurant is closed.beers ordered beachside are very expensive...and always remember that the hotel must add 20 percent to all bills..govt tax.wild dogs occupy the beach front area and are to be generally to be found under the sun loungers...flea ridden and dangerous...keep well away...sun loungers are wooden ,uncomfortable and old fashioned there is a cover from pool boy and free towels...tip....cood beers and delicious corn on the cob can be bought cheaply on the beach a Continua a leggere

This is a very nice little hotel in Sanur. Its clean and the staff are extremely helpful. If you're looking for a 5 star facility - then this isn't the place - but you will be hard pressed to find a comparable place for the money. Breakfast was included and consisted of a full buffet with a very nice selection - and believe me - I like my food and it […] passed my test. The hotel sits right on the beach and boardwalk. Lots of foliage and garden space to the point that you almost felt that you needed a machete to get to your room - which was actually very nice. The pool (while small) wasn't used but it looked clean and laid out nicely - other guests seemed to enjoy it during the time I stayed there. The rooms were reasonably large with a decent sized bathroom and front porch. The room was clean and confortable and the a/c unit cranked out plenty of cold air - and believe me, with Bali you need that. I used the spa and it was pretty basic - but adequate. For me the question is whether I would want to stay at a particular hotel again - and the answer for this place is a resounding - YES. I didn't know this joint from adam when I booked it and I was simply looking for a cheaper place to stay in Sanur close to the scuba dive shop that I was using for the three days of diving before I shifted to the Bali Conrad at Nusa Dua for some real pampering - and a boatload more money. We stayed here the night we arrived at the airport after 19 hours of travel from the US. We arrived at the hotel around 1 am (close to airport) and were quickly checked in to a huge room that was very quiet so we could sleep. The breakfast was included and was in a nice garden setting just steps away from the beach. Food was good and service attentive. […] The hotel is located right on the beach and has a "boardwalk" that you can walk and visit 3 traditional Bali Markets for souveniers as well as see fishing boats or take a trip to Nusa Lombogin (a must! - this is the real Bali you don't want to miss). The best part of this hotel and Sanur is the many CHEAP spa services. We (teenage daughter and I) had two+ hour treatments each including a traditional Balinese massage, full body scrub and then a flower petal bath while being served cool delicious tea at the hotel! This is the way to start a Bali trip! We were so refreshed and relaxed after our long trip getting there. We then hired a driver right at the hotel to take us to a silver factory, batik factory, Hatten Wine ("Cellar Door" - local Bali wine tasting room) and then to drive us all the way to Candidasa - about a 2+ hour drive from Sanur. He drove us around for about 6 hours and we negotiated a payment of $30 US. This hotel has everything you would want in Bali! We will return! Continua a leggere

Advantage: The smile of the staff The staff is helpful taxi service and spa inside the hotel Weakness: -Small and dirty swiming pool. -Location at the end of the north of Sanur -white girls in bikini was anoyed by indonesians from the neighbour island. They insisted to take pictures, which was very annoying. -No fun

Excellent location on the beach. Gardens and setting exceptional. Staff and service excellent. Restaurant good with excellent breakfast , dinner good but small choice,drinks expensive. Plenty of other restaurants along the beach. Room basic but clean. Pool small but good. plunge pools excellent.

Personalet er bestemt venligt, og hotellet er ganske godt til prisen. Men området (Sanur) er noget kedeligt med snavset strand, og typiske turistrestauranter med kedelige, ens menuer. Vi ville klart anbefale andre dele af Bali i stedet. Selve hotellet bærer præg af området, lidt slidt og nusset, ligesom maden er kedelig og morgenmaden decideret dårlig. […] Man skal også være opmærksom på, at selvom hotellet ligger direkte til stranden, så er det indelukket, hvorved man ikke får udsigt. Vi havde dog personligt en rigtig god oplevelse med at bytte til luksus værelse med egen pool og have - til en meget rimelig pris. Har man held med det, er hotellet bestemt værd at besøge - hvis man kan leve med det lidt kedelige Sanur. Continua a leggere

++ hinta laatu suhde erittäin hyvä ++ henkilökunnan ystävällisyys ++ hotellialue, Balilainen! + monipuolinen aamiainen + toimivat ja tilavat hotellihuoneet + uima-allas toimiva, mutta hieman pienehkö + hotellilla omat aurinkotuolit rannalla + uimarannasta puuttuu joutavat turistipalvelut + ranta myös paikallisväestön aktiivikäytössä +- rannasta lähtee […] venekuljetukset lähi saarille +- erittäin rauhallinen ympäristö - ranta hieman sotkuinen, etenkin laskuveden aikaan - hotellihuoneita voisi myös hieman uudistaa ERITTÄIN HYVÄ PERUSHOTELLI !! 酒店环境不错 离海滩很近 不过住宿条件一般 抽水马桶不太好 但是对于这个价钱还是很不错了

ホテル前のビーチがLembongan島行きのフェリーボート乗り場になっているため、重量荷物を抱えてボートに乗る際は、最も近くて便利なロケーション。デンパサール空港からタクシーで95,000ルピア（約900円）。 以前、宿泊客でないのに、朝から夜まで旅行荷物（ダイビング機材など大型バッグ）を複数、無料で快く預かったくれた。（常連客がホテルに依頼してくれたこともあるが） 交通量の多い大通りから５００mほど離れており、静かな環境。ホテル内レストランもあるが、徒歩３分でローカルレストランも２～３件ある。ただし夜は９時頃閉店するので、それ以降だと大通りの交差点のケンタッキーやダンキンドーナツへ。
