5/6 gym equip not working! insufficient plates and cultlery Not a great view LOcation so so only Restaurant food tricked up but not so good (Staff friendly)

We originally stayed at the Ramada when it first opened and have stayed there four times since. This time was the worst, and probably never again. When we arrived, a notice on the desk advertised an upgrade was available, but when we asked, it became unavailable. We requested an upgrade when a room became available. We were never notified and eventually […] got an upgrade only by standing at the front desk until one became available, after three days. The original room was supposed to have an iron and ironing board, but there were none. Our request went unanswered. There were only four clothes hangers between two rooms. Our request for more went unanswered.The refrigerator was absolutely filthy, there was food on the cooking utensils and the shower was broken ( a maid told us that it was the same with most of the rooms.) There were insufficient towels; occasionally a hand towel appeared, and a bath mat was a definite a luxury. The WiFi was free but only because their system was undergoing repairs (most hotels in Noumea now provide free WiFi). The staff are very friendly, but the front desk is not very good with English; it pays to be married to a French woman. Service and quality control is definitely lacking in this hotel, so much so that we will be looking for another hotel next time, which usually comes around once a year. Continua a leggere

I was very disappointed with the attitude of staff, the general laziness of the bar and restaurant service, and the room was not clean - there was spillage of something on the carpet and up the wall in the lounge. Service was slack to say the least, especially considering the hotel had very few customers. I will be returning to Noumea in the near […] future on business, and will stay elsewhere. Good value for money. Nice View from room was over the racing track and surrounding montains. Close to Anse vata beach and restaurants. Service was good. 360 Restaurant on top is a must.

Bel hôtel, mais quelque peu défraichi déjà: moquette sale et mal entretenue, rideaux déchirés, fenêtre du balcon qui ne ferme plus ...

소파가 낡았고 세면대에서는 물이 새서 욕실바닥으로 물이 떨어지고 욕실입구에 카펫까지 젖는데 대책이 없네요.

Malgré un très bon accueil et un service chaleureux, il est regrettable que la qualité d'hébergement ne corresponde pas aux étoiles affichées.

日本からニューカレドニアの飛行機の便は朝着きます。 そこからホテルに向かったので　まだ午前中でしたが すぐチェックイン出来ました。 気が利くと言うか親切だナ～～～！っと感じました。 砂浜の様なプールもありますし　のんびり一休みをして一日目を過ごす事が出来ました。 ラ・プロムナード・ショッピングセンターにもパームビーチショッピングセンターにも歩いて行けます。便利な場所です。しかも少し奥に入った所にホテルがあるので静かです。 ヌメアのダウンタウンに行くバスのバス停も近いですし 私には最高のホテルでした。 本当に感謝です。。。。。

Magnifique hôtel, très bien situé offrant une vue splendide sur l'Anse Vata, l'îlot Maître, l'île aux Canards. Studio exécutive 11 eme étage super, vue extraordinaire. Piscine très sympa, même si fraiche en cette saison.

BON HOTEL ASSEZ BIEN SITUE, UN REGRET: PAS EN BORD DE MER ET NETTOYAGE MOYEN, LES PLUS: RESTO 360° SUPER , BONNES EQUIPES ET LE SPA ! JE RECOMMANDE ET JE REVIENDRAI!
