Sofitel Fiji Resort And Spa Nadi

Molto dispersivo, basso ma vasto, le ultime camere si raggiungono dopo una bella camminata, scale comprese. L'ambiente e' piuttosto caotico, adatto a famiglie con bambini e ragazzi.

We decided to stay a day on the main island thinking it was worth to check the Nadi out. The hotel service was good, and everything else as well, but it's a pity that the main island isn't as beautiful as the other islands surrounding it.

Most things about the Sofitel are "Luxury", as it markets itself, and it competes comparably in most respects with its neighboring hotels of similar standards. A few letdowns: - the room air conditioning is limited to a minimum temperature of 22C, which despite running for 6 hours only managed to get the room temperature down to 24C (all as per the […] digital in room AC controller). Apparently a decision has been made guests should not be able to reduce the temperature below 22C (even if the controller at this level is not cooling eh room to this level). After some debate with reception I managed to get an engineer to the room to override this but it was an inconvenience I would have preferred not to have and I am sure many would have just put up with the sweaty room conditions - the "free wifi" on our confirmation turned out to be 30 mins per day (or 10MB if reached beforehand), after which you have to pay. I would not really class this as "free", most other hotels I stay in offer unlimited free wifi You won't be disappointed by the Sofitel, but it is a shame they are letting small things like these tarnish what otherwise would have been a great stay. Had a lovely stay with my husband at sofitel, I would recommend getting a package with breakfast included as the buffet is lovely but pricey if its not included, otherwise you can go to the french cafe upstairs which serves lovely food, we ate here for breakfast and lunch. Pool is fabulous and the service around it is wonderful, pool aerobics was very […] fun. The hotel is gorgeous oceanfront property. The rooms were very nice. The property was gorgeous. The hotel is centrally located to the other 5 star hotels on Denarau Island and Nadi. The only problem is that there is a lock which prevents the air from dropping below 21 degrees Celsius (75 degrees Fahrenheit), which is cool but not quite comfortable. […] I would definitely recommend the Sofitel. My sister and I had a wonderfull 3 days at the resort.The staff were so freindly and happy.We enjoyed the facillities and couldn.t find fault with anything.Thankyou for an enjoyable time,Gloria,Tasmania

Our stay at the Sofitel was fantastic - the room was clean and modern; the pools were outstanding and the food was excellent. The downside to this hotel was that on the day we checked out, somewhere between our luggage being collected from our room and arriving at the reception for check out, items were stolen out of our bags. We noticed one of the […] outside zips on a bag was undone, but when we went to query it with the porters there was no-one about to ask; very strangely all the porters were not around. Only when we arrived back home and took stock did we discover what items were missing. Travellers beware - do not leave your luggage unaccompanied at the Sofitel. We stayed at the Sofitel for 6 nights. We arrived late at night and we were greeted warmly by the staff and were served a refreshing nice drink and we immediately felt at home. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay as we had to get up early in the morning to catch the blue lagoon 3 day cruise. For both stays we booked a garden view room, but […] to our surprise when we came back from the cruise, our room had a really nice ocean view (not beachfront but still a nice treat) which was definitely a bonus. The rooms were nicely laid out and spacious. The only downside was the standard of the bathroom didn't match the rest of the room, however this didn't bother us much. The resort was dominated by young families with children so this isn't the place to be if you are wanting a romantic escape. We made use of most of the facilities at the resort including the pool,Mandara Spa and the tour desk. The price of the spa treatments were slightly expensive but this is expected from a 5* resort. We paid around 500fjd for 2x80min massages. The pool was really nice however it can be difficult to find pool chairs later on in the day as people seem to lounge there from 10-4pm. In terms of the restaurants at the resort, we only ate at Salt once (on our first night as we were too tired to go out and look for food). The price was ok, (for 5* hotel) and the food was nice however there's more food (and cheaper too) outside of the hotel. Most nights we caught the taxi down to denarau marina ($5 fjd one way) as there's a variety of food there and at a cheaper price. The tour desk was helpful but you can also book day trips at denarau marina (you can negotiate the price too), so it's probably best to take a look around before booking. There was a glitch with our booking for some reason and when we had to check out to go to our cruise we spent 30 mins trying to explain to the receptionist that we had fully paid for our accommodation prior to arriving to Fiji, luckily I had my booking rec Continua a leggere

Overall the hotel was well appointed, in a great location and staff were quite friendly.

A great place to stay, the rooms and resort are clean, the staff are friendly and the service gets better everytime I go back.

We enjoyed our stay and will definately go back there. rooms were spacious. staff very pleasant and friendly. Bula bus was great to get down to the port for tea. Pool was fantastic and the activities the pool staff organised were lots of fun.

We spent four nights here as a stop over to New Zealand and wished we had spent more. We loved the quiet beach and swimming. The rooms and grounds are lovely and there are lots of amenities and activities. There was a leak in the bathroom of our original room and they immediately moved us to another one. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great stay.

We found this hotel incredibly disappointing. We stayed at the Westin many years ago and kicked ourselves constantly during our stay at the Sofitel for not having gone back there. The Sofitel's service during our stay was appalling (lost reservation, no record of our breakfast deal, empty mini-bar, not even a hotel guide in our room despite repeated […] requests). More importantly for us than service though, was atmosphere and this hotel could have been anywhere. We felt like we had been marooned on the Gold Coast of Australia with everyone just wanting to stay well within their comfort zones. The hotel lacked any real Fijian flavour and the music and activities were loud. Do yourselves a favour and stay at the Westin (unless you are heading to one of the islands). We lived in Fiji for 3 years and think it has the best Fijian feel. Better yet, go to Suva and stay at the 5 Princes Hotel - a superb little boutique hotel - and explore the lovely old town. ~整體分數不錯,若與其他附近酒店比較當然其他比較好,但一分錢一分貨,所以我都覺這個價錢得不錯,GOOD,特別要說是泳池,我走到各大酒店看過,論泳池我認為Sofitel是最好,最大,最漂亮的喔 ~客房所有都不錯,唯獨露台太近草地,可以說是與露台連在一起...太多小昆蟲..我沒有走出去(我是住G/F) ~位置ok,坐Bula Bus很近,走出去都不遠對比其他酒店

斐济之行的最后一晚住在这里，环境和设施都很不错，令人失望的是，前台的服务态度很不好，办事效率非常慢，没有让人亲切的感觉，根本达不到五星酒店的服务质量。另外空调有点小毛病，找客房服务，结果大概半个多小时才过来人给看（感觉不止半个小时）。客房内除了两瓶300毫升的白水是免费的，其余全都收费，让人感觉很不舒服。 我住的外岛酒店每天两瓶1.5升斐济水、一瓶牛奶全都免费，还送了我们一瓶红酒，让人感觉非常亲切，心里暖暖的。 希望索芙特以后可以多些人性化服务。

此次斐济之行的最后一晚住在索菲特，酒店服务非常好。只是前台办理入住的时间有点长，客房多能看海，但海水质量以及沙滩和外岛差距较大。

Zimmer, Pool, Restaurants, alles im Hotel ist großzügig angelegt. Angenehme "Kleinigkeiten" wie ein extra Leselicht am Bett, eine Eismaschine für Gäste, Hängematten in den Palmen am Strand etc. Der Strand hat keine Südseeatmosphäre, das Hotel liegt aber gut erreichbar von Flughafen und Marina für Tagesausflüge und Fähren zu den Inseln auf der Denarauhalbinsel, […] umgeben von anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels, alles sehr touristengeprägt. 索菲特整体感觉挺好，挨着希尔顿和威斯汀，环境好，房间不大，员工热情，入住时间是下午两点，我们早上9点就到了，也提前让我们入住了，没有收取任何费用，后来叫上一个员工开着托行李的小车带我们整个逛了一圈，介绍的很详细，心里暖暖的。唯一的有点郁闷的是：特意提前一个多月订的，结果提前20多天的时候降价了，便宜了近400，但是订的是最便宜的无法返回费用，所以也不是越早订越好，或者多花点钱订有价格保证的。PS：如果是想看海景，主岛的海景跟外岛还是有不小差距的。

不愧为5星级酒店，服务声明的都很好。只是入住时间为下午2点，我们11点就到酒店了，把行李寄存在行李员那了，然后出来溜达周边环境。酒店的餐厅较贵，最好去码头那去吃，会便宜大概30%以上。沙滩很好。

L'hôtel est bien situé. Aux alentours pas mal de restaurants. Agréable séjour.

The place is really near the sea, and the location is good which would take 5 mins driving to the port and 15 mins walking there. But there's only a few restaraunt there and the cost of the meal is so expensive!
