Ottimo servizio, prezzo conveniente (comprensivo di wifi e parcheggio), nel cuore di Georgetown.

La permanenza è stata molto piacevole, lo staff è molto cortese e le stanze molto pulite; si trova in una zona periferica ma in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo con una fermata della metro (Takoma) a pochi minuti a piedi oppure sempre dalla stazione metro il bus 52 ferma proprio difronte Motel 6. Il parcheggio è gratuito ed anche l'uso della postazione internet.

hotel comodo e perfetto per girare la città da piedi, a 2 passi dalla white house.

"Clean and friendly"
The hotel room was clean. The staff wa friendly. The neighborhood was great. TGI Friday's next door, Joe's Crab Shack, Target, McDonalds, Wendy's, Gas, and a mini mall about .9 miles away. I would return here.

"Outside DC"
Location was quiet and appeared to be good neighborhood. Business area. Clean and rooms were spacious. Don't understand why they only put 3 towels in a room, although we asked for more and they gave us plenty. Only problem felt some discomfort with security. Went to use whirlpool/pool and there was a person who made us feel uncomfortable. Also had people […] "hanging" around elevators and hallways. Would not let children go on their own or females. The only problem was that the hair dryer did not work and we had to wait until staff was able to bring a new one. Otherwise all was good.

My husband I, we wanted to get away for a week end, I booked this hotel but to be honest we really did not regret it. the service was more than perfect, everything was cleaned, and the employees outstanding. we will definitely come back and soon.....

"Hilton gardens inn-Greenbelt,Maryland-Great hotel,"
Great Hotel,great location. Right next door to TGIF Friday which was a plus for us coming in late from Chicago. Hotel was immaculately kept and the staff were very polite and caring. Great breakfast,even though the price was high,but then we got whatever we wanted for our money which made it worth it. Parking was also adequate and free which was another […] plus. "Totally Satisfied!"
I was trully satisfied with my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and give it two thumbs up! The staff was friendly and the shuttle service to & from the subway was superb LOL. Accessible to the highway and my favorite restaurant, T.G.I. Fridays was across the street. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

"The Hilton Garden Hotel in D/C"
I liked it there, it was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The people behind the counter were friendly and the room was great. Enough room and it was clean. Overall its a great place to stay.

Over all it was a great stay, the people upfront were very professional...if you don't have a car you will have no choice but to walk 1 to 2 miles by foot..I'm sorry but walking a mile in the 99 degree wheather no thank you....we really enjoyed our stay and we would love to stay their again....

Eeven though I have stayed at this location before, my last trip to the area was not so good. I checked in on Thursday and was called back to work at Quantico, VA. I ended up working all night and got off at 9:15 AM. I called the hotel and they assured me I could have late check out so I could secure my property in the room. To my surprise, when I returned, […] the room was cleaned out and the door propped open. All my things were gone and the hotel staff said they would check. I was given a point of contact, but no one from that point on could comprehend enough english to understand that they took my belonging out of the room. I just want my items back, plain and simple. The stay was great. When arrived at 3:00PM, I was asked to wait due to some computer glitches, but the reason sounded vague. I had to wait at the lobby for an hour to get the room. Due to delay in checking me in, they gave me a free breakfast. One of the room lights were out, when reported they said they would fix it next day, but never did. The […] A/C (air) blows thru the window unit, which has its own controls, but they did not work. The control unit was on the wall, that I realized only a day later. The hotel should remove the control knobs from the window unit so that people do not waste time trying to adjust them without knowing that the controls are on the wall. Also I think that the showers should give out more water, its set at very minimal force or flow and the shower was not at all. The force was that of mist, not flow. Last but not the least, Greenbelt police is very strange and stopped me twice, one with a warning for 40 miles at 35 mile zone near the metro! Hotel environment was clean and modern. Room was comfortable with quality bedding. Issue with loud neighbor one night, but other 3 nights were fine. A bit worrisome the housekeeping service tend to leave the swing-lock positioned to hold the doors open when cleaning. Could be a possible security issue. Good proximity to the Greenbelt metro. "Call ahead to check condition of amenities!"
At check-in, we were informed the pool heater was not working. It should have been repaired the day before (Friday) but they didn't have the correct part. It was then to be repaired on Monday...which didn't happen. The next thing was a problem with the gas line! We checked out of this hotel with 2 days left on our reservation. Hotels.com was kind enough […] to refund my last 2 nights. Another problem was that 1 of the 2 washing machines was out of order..and had been for over a month!!! I know that things "break" and need repaired, but I was very disappointed considering this was a Hilton! I must say that this hotel is VERY convenient to the Greenbelt Metro station (about 2 miles), and the staff was extremely friendly. We traveled with 2 young children, and the main reason for booking this hotel was the indoor pool. We were granted permission to use the pool at the hotel nextdoor, but what parents in their right mind would bring their kids out in 40 degree weather after swimming!?!?!? Also, don't depend on the lifeguard to watch your kids. He was more concerned with his laptop than what was going on in the pool/hot tub. As a parent, I never depend on anyone else to watch over my kids, but I know that having a lifeguard on duty may cause some parents to not watch their children as closely as they would if a lifeguard wasn't on duty. "Could have done better..."
This hotel is merely adequate. It is close to local colleges and as such, it has a high rate of college students lingering around in lobby area and dining area as well as checking in as out of town college teams visit. We did not receive cleaning services because the hotel staff was too busy taking care of the large crowd of college students. The new […] beds, although I am sure costly were extremely uncomfortable to me and I did not sleep well either night of my stay. The breakfast that costs money was not worth it and we had a better experience from a local diner the next day. Over all, this hotel looks nice but it too pricey for little comfort. Also, all the times posted in the room for when the breakfast is served and when the pool is open are incorrect. You must call the front desk to find out the correct times for your stay. "Best 3-star hotel so far"
I was very happy with the hotel, Darius was very friendly and the managerment were very accomodating...they even opened the breakfast buffet half an hour early on Sunday for us...Overall I was very impressed with the services and a very good value hotel
"Close to Metro"
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, including very comfortable beds and free wi-fi and parking. The only thing we weren't satisfied about was Hotels.com stated breakfast was included, but the hotel did not honor that.

My first room (417) had to be changed out due to the internet jack not working. The staff was extremely accomodating about this and gave me a new room asap. Second room (414) worked. 2. No vent fan in bathrooms. You'll […] have to wipe the mirror every morning after a shower. 3. Extremely slow slow slow elevators. 4. Room key card had to be re-programmed every day. 5. Very small hotel bar, 4 person. Uncomfortable set-up. Good bar tender though. 6. 11 bucks for a so so breakfast. Hitting the great diner down the street will be your best option. 7. Within a couple of hours of arriving, a huge storm passed through, knocking out power for 24 hours. The staff handled this very well.

Exactly what we expected from Garden Inn. Little more time to get into DC via Metro as I thought. Good value.

It's clean, it's air-conditioned/heated, and it's a comfortable night's stay. My room was clean and i had no problem sleeping. Plus the front desk was really nice and helped us out.

Hilton Gardens Inn -- Greenbelt MD Just fare enough from town to avoid the crush of mid town, right across the street from a national park. Complementary breadfast was awsome--made to order omeletts. Quick response to needs. An out door pool would have been nice but the indoor pool served our needs.
Due to the power outage, and one of my room key can open other room example, I was in 207 by mistake my son open 209.

I had a great stay! But the walls are not "thick".... two nights in a row, I could hear the people in the room above us at 2am. But other than that great stay. Great location to DC and shopping!
