è la seconda volta che torno al pagoda residance e tutto sommato posso dire che si tratta di un buon albergo. Ciò che più ho apprezzato dell'hotel sono la posizione centrale la vista panoramica, la buona cucina la gentilezza dello staff e la struttura in sè è molto bella . Ciò che credo che siano delle pecche sono il check in troppo tardi (alle 17.00!) […] anche se sono molto disponibili se chiedi di farlo prima;la vasca indromassaggio è pietosa inutile mensionarla tra i servizi dell'hotel, e inoltre l'assenza di un bagno pubblico oltre qllo del ristorante per tutto il resto il pagoda residance è OK, ci ritornerò sicuramente! La posizione dell'hotel è incantevole, nell'insieme la struttura è bella e ben tenuta almeno esternamente; La camera assegnata era umida con distacco della tinta bagno vecchio, ma il personale è molto carino e disponibile e ci hanno cambiato la camera, la seconda decisamente carina ma affatto insonorizzata è stato difficile riposare

Lo consiglio per comodità è sul mare ed è ad un prezzo molto raginevole.

Il Residence è particolare, è vicinissimo al porto (100-200mt) ma è posizionato talmente bene che si fa fatica a credere che il porto sia realmente così vicino, unico neo è se il vento gira nel modo sbagliato si sente il puzzo di gasolio dei traghetti ed il rumore di sottofondo, due cose non particolarmente piacevoli. Vi consiglio spassionatamente di […] non arrivare in auto, "non esiste posto dove lasciare la macchina", dovete necessariamente affidarvi ad un parcheggio a pagamento distante circa 300-400mt e spendere circa 50€ per una settimana, vermante molto scomodo inoltre il parcheggio è anche situato male. Il residence è molto carino, le camere non sono molto curate ma sono funzionali. C'è un accesso privato al mare molto scenografico e la piscina simpatica, ma l'acqua è fredda, quindi se volete le Terme in casa, andate altrove. Cucina molto buona, ma poco varia, stando una settimana vi capiterà di mangiare le stesse cose più volte. Colazione abbondante ma è sempre uguale. Hotel mordi e fuggi consigliato per chi arriva sull'isola di Ischia a piedi e ci sta 3 o 4 giorni, per soggiorni maggiori è meglio andare altrove. Continua a leggere

Hotel è molto carino, posizionato in una insenatura molto bella con accesso diretto al mare c he ad Ischia è da apprezzare. Le camere fronte mare e piscina hanno una vista magnifica anche se sono un po' spartane e poco insonorizzate. Il personale veramente gentile e cortese. L'hotel nel complesso è veramente pulito sia nelle camere che nelle parti comuni. […] L'unica pecca il cibo che risulta scarso nella scelta e nella quantità. Nel complesso ci ritornerei sicuramente. settembre 2009 L'hotel residence pagoda è situato in una posizione stupenda, proprio sul mare...quello che mi ha colpito di più è l'idromassaggio sul terrazzo con vista mare...c'è anche la possibilità di usufruire di una media piscina o ad una piattaforma con lettini situata sul mare...colazione essenziale ma buonissima...cena più che sufficente....camere […] pulite....personale sempre disponibile.....pulizia generale molto attenta.....insomma un vero angolo di paradiso....consigliatissimo..... La struttura era carina, personale molto efficente. Forse sarò stato sfortunato x la camera che mi è stata assegnata, umida, senza finestra, il bagno senza un vortice ne tanto meno finestra per ricircolo d'aria, sembrava fossi in una prigione. Struttura eccellente, un oasi. con piscina, idromassaggio, mare cristallino, ottimo anche se si decide di non fittarsi uno scooter poichè a pochi passi dal porto e dal centro di ischia porto

Bella struttura nel complesso, fantastiche le due idromassaggio con ottima vista sul mare. Avevo mezza pensione, la varietà delle portate era scarza, si poteva scegliere tra due primi e due secondi. La posizione dell'albergo è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Ischia. Consiglio la camera superior perchè spaziosa anche se il bagno era un pò piccolo. […] Avevo la camera con vista interna da cui si scorgeva il porto, questo comportava un pò di rumore durante la notte, quindi consiglio vista mare. La camera nel complesso era pulita a parte un pò di polvere sul mobilio. La pecca è nel parcheggio che dista a circa 500 metri dall'hotel ed è a pagamento. Continua a leggere

Una bella struttura che comprende piscina, jacuzzi, discesa a mare e ristorante. Vicinissima al porto per cui davvero l'ideale in quanto ci si arriva a piedi. Rilassante e silenziosa, ottimo panorama dove si puo godere di uno splendido tramonto mentre si è in jacuzzi,. This hotel is not your 5 star hotel, but is a jewel in the rough. The surrounding neighborhood is not nice at all and the signange to the hotel and entry is not very welcoming, but if you can get beyond this, you will really enjoy this hotel. Once you walk through the entrance, it is like another world. The views are spectacular and the pools lovely. […] We did not like our first room, which was located within the interior of the hotel and was very dark, but Daniella switched our room and it was wonderful. I stayed at the Pagoda for four days in August 2011 and it was fantastic. The best thing about the hotel was the people. The managers and workers there were very friendly and helpful. I also had the pleasure of meeting other travelers from Italy and around the world. The hotel also features a large pool and two jacuzzis looking over the cliff to the […] sea, making for some stunning views. Pagoda also has a nice beach is you want to swim in the salty waters of the Mediterranean. The rooms were large and comfortable. My sister and I booked for a twin room, but Pagoda gave us a full apartment instead with two large rooms and a kitchen. The breakfasts each morning were delicious, and they had a wide variety of food and tasty treats to start your day. The design of the Pagoda is very cool. It's much more of a resort than a hotel, which most of the rooms leading directly out to the pool, restaurant or main walkway. The Pagoda is located just a three minute walk north of the main port where the boat drops you off, which makes for some very easy traveling. It's also built on a small hill and is somewhat secluded from what is usually a very busy island in summer, allowing for us to sleep well at night in a quiet atmosphere. At the same time, it's also close to shops, stores and some fantastic restaurants and nightclubs based in the port. My sister and I were in Italy for two weeks, and the Pagoda was by far the best hotel experience we had. I HIGHLY recommend it to single travelers and families alike. Continua a leggere

This place could be a 5 star fun place to stay...but it's not quite there yet. It's almost as if the management is afraid to become a real hotel. It's located right on the water, built into the cliffs out of volcanic rock. The rooms are ceramic tile floored, tile bathrooms, and somewhat spartan, but absolutely spotlessly clean and fresh and everything […] seems brand new. The rest of the facility is the same. The staff are very helpful when asked.. but not particularly outspoken. When you arrive you get a list of things you are not allowed to do, with the threat of a fine of $100-300 euros per violation.. this seems less than welcoming... but probably helps to keep the place so spotlessly clean. For example.. you are not allowed to bring any outside food or drink onto the property. You are not allowed to have anything to eat or drink in your room.. or at the pool... yet they provide an in-room refridgerator? and the trash collection cans in the pool area or full of obvious outside beverage containers??? The other thing is that the office is only open 9am-8pm.. so if you have an early or late ferry.. you need to make other arrangements for check-in check out. Other than that.. it's a very short walk to the bars and restaurants and clubs in the harbor and just beyond that the main town and shopping area. It has several spots to watch spectacular sunsets from.. and has so many sun decks that we had one to ourselves with a jacuzzi for our whole stay. The room was quite large. They had an entire kitchen, a large sleeping area, and a large bathroom. The kitchen would have been very convenient if we had been traveling with a family. We could have prepared our own meals to save money. The shower was a little difficult to get used to. The water collected in the bottom so you had to keep turning it off […] to lather and on again to wash it off. Also the hot water was a little tricky. There was a button by the toilet that you had to push in. Sometimes it didn't work, sometimes it worked too well, producing scalding water. Dinner and breakfast wer included in our room stay. It must have been off season (mid June) because we got a very good deal on the room (half-board.) The location is just a short walk from the ferry drop off point. This made it very convenient. They have their own private "beach."I say "beach" because it is actually just a place to sunbathe and then jump in the water. There is no sand, only a hard cliff side. We hiked to another beach one day. It took us about 15 minutes and a lot of panting but we made it. Once again, no sand. This beach was composed of pebbles, even in the water. It made it very difficult to walk on or even swim. It was still very beautiful though. And the hotel is situated on a cliff so the view is breathtaking. The staff was friendly and spoke a decent amount of English. If you drink water at dinner, you will have to pay for it at the end. There are a few restaurants, shops, and market near by. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite Sea View for Memorial Day weekend. What a wonderful experience. There was a living room with separate bedroom. The living room had a pull out sofa bed for our daughter and my husband and I got a room of our own. There was also a mini frig for sodas, water, etc. Our view from the terrace was the best ever!! The terrace was […] huge with 2 lounge chairs, table with 4 chairs and a drying rack for our towels etc. The pool was great but there is a huge slope so be cautious if you have little ones. Breakfast is continental European style nothing fancy but adequate. We did heed a previous suggestion and bring our own beach towels which was a great idea. Hotel had 3 towels in the room that were beach size but we needed those to shower. Our only complaint was that the 2 hot tubs at the hotel were not hot. Very strange, had jets but only cold water. Check out is at 10:30 but at 10:00 we went to front desk and asked if we could pay extra to stay until 1:00. We were told no problem and that there was no extra charge. Not sure if that was because it's still off season. Whatever the reason, it was highly appreciated. After that we were allowed to leave our luggage in the reception area until we returned at 7:00 that night to retrieve it. We had a fabulous stay at Pagoda and are already planning our return. This place is a great find for anybody looking to spend some quality time sitting by the pool/sea! Great restaurant for dinner at the place also. I felt like I barely needed to leave the residence during my short stay in Ischia. Very beautiful!!

The rooms were very basic and a and a bit musty. Somewhat noisy in the mornings due to the layout of the hotel. A/C was a must and worked well. That said, the outdoor area was Great! Nice swimming pool, and a an area to go swimming in the ocean with amazing view. Breakfast was good too. Location is very convenient, as it is about a 5 min walk from the […] Ischia Port, and also close to the center of town. The street you have to walk through to get there is a bit sketchy, but short. The pictures of the outdoor area are accurate, the ones of the indoors, not so much. All in all, a good deal for Ischia if you plan to spend most of your time outdoors Continua a leggere

I stayed at this hotel in August 09, and i thought it was beautiful.The pool, the views, the flowers...were all lovely.The breakfast was quite poor but didnt really bother me to be honest! Need more information for travellers regarding trips etc.

This is a great place to stay. Very private but still close enough to town. The apartments were great, with air con which was essential in the summer heat. There is a pool, two spa pools and private access to the ocean with ample deck chairs for lounging around on. Breakfast was great - toast, cereal, pastries, yoghurt, cappucino etc. The restaurant […] also served lunch and dinner and was open all day for drinks and snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definately reccomend staying here. There were a lot of families here when we stayed, but we didn't find that a problem at all. Continua a leggere

At first glance, and somehow, it's almost logical that the choice of the Pagoda hotel the traveler is required non-Italian. Indeed, the island of Ischia is totally unknown to European travelers, it appears good to select a residence nearby and easily accessible from the main port. Yes but now, the location is probably the only highlight of this establishment, […] however attractive on paper. Arrival of a cool night and immediately as you will venture into a street without any lights to find the modest entrance Pagoda. The second cold shower will occur a few minutes later when you will find it impossible to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi as these simply are not heated. Go soak in water at 15 degrees, it is not necessarily the idea that one has a jacuzzi romantic. Do not expect much for you back on seawater as the private access to the beach from the hotel actually opens the door to a piece of rock as unsavory adjoining the port. It is therefore with moral thinking already at half mast but find a bit of comfort that one goes to the rooms. Unfortunately, there is also disappointment appointment. Equipped with a single window, the majority of the rooms is sorely lacking light and ventilation, something that would have been much appreciated in view of the emetic smell of sweat that emerges from the automatic suction bathroom. You hope a break? The night did not bring you to the extent that the insulation fails, a problem made even more unbearable by the movement of furniture made by the staff at the hotel overnight. After a complicated clock, arriving at the restaurant that serves breakfast will bring up a new facet of the Pagoda, one of the scam. De prime abord et d'une certaine manière, c'est de façon presque logique que le choix du Pagoda hotel s'impose au voyageur non-italien. En effet, l'île d'Ischia étant totalement méconnue des voyageurs européens, il apparait rassurant de sélectionner un lieu de résidence proche et facilement accessible depuis le port principal. Oui mais voilà, la localisation […] est sans doute le seul et unique point fort de cet établissement pourtant alléchant sur le papier. Une arrivée de nuit vous refroidira ainsi immédiatement puisqu'il faudra se risquer dans une ruelle sans le moindre éclairage pour trouver la modeste entrée du Pagoda. La deuxième douche froide surviendra quelques minutes plus tard lorsque vous vous apercevrez qu'il est impossible de jouir de la piscine et du jacuzzi puisque ceux-ci ne sont tout simplement pas chauffés. Aller faire trempette dans une eau à 15 degré, ce n'est pas forcément l'idée que l'on se fait d'un jacuzzi romantique. N'espérez pas pour autant vous rabattre sur l'eau de mer puisque l'accès privatif à la plage de l'hôtel n'ouvre en réalité la porte que vers un bout de rocher peu ragoûtant car mitoyen du port. C'est donc avec un moral déjà en berne mais pensant y trouver un brin de réconfort que l'on se dirige vers les chambres. Malheureusement, là aussi la déception est au rendez-vous. Pourvue d'une seule fenêtre, la majorité des chambres manque cruellement de lumière et d'aération, élément qui aurait été fort apprécié compte tenu de l'odeur vomitive de transpiration qui se dégage de l'aspiration automatique de la salle de bains. Vous espérez un répit ? La nuit ne vous l'apportera pas dans la mesure où l'insonorisation est défaillante, problème rendu encore plus insupportable par le déplacement de meubles effectué par le personnel de l'hôtel durant la nuit. Après un réveil compliqué, l'arrivée à la salle de restaurant où est servi le petit déjeuner fera apparaitre une nouvelle facette du Pagoda, celui de l'escroquerie. Bien que l'hôtel soit resté bloqué dans les années 80, il jouit d'une situation exceptionnelle sur Ischia. La vue est incroyable et les équipements bien entretenus. Ne pas se donner la peine de payer le petit déjeuner un tour à la supérette du coin fera l'affaire.

Direkt access till bad i havet. 5 minuter promenade till stadens centrum. Bra hotell med ett minus för frukosten som var en "sockerbomb" - kanske italiensk modell dock.

Fint fint hotel med meget dejligt udendørsareal men fin pool og fedt klippeområde hvorfra man kunne bade. Beliggenheden var god i forhold til byen, man skulle gå et lille stykke til centrum men det tog ikke mere end 10 minutter at gå og det var langs byens fine havn. Da vi ankom spurgte vi om vi kunne blive opgraderet eller få et værelse til poolen […] - sidstnævnte kunne de ikke klare men vi blev opgraderet til et superior værelse med havudsigt. Hotellet ligger 5 - 10 min ifra kaien for hurtigbåtene, og 2 min ifra fergekaien. Hotellet har en generell god standard og beliggenheten er nydelig. En liten kai det går an og sole seg på og stupe ut i sjøen ifra. Klatrer man opp bak bassenget kan man hoppe ut i sjøen derfra, fra en høyde på ca 10 m. Vær obs på at steinene er begrodd med skjell og koraller […] og man kan lett får småskader av disse. Hvis man går ned trappen midt i fellesområdet (utenfor restauranten) kan man komme seg til en liten, men langgrunn strand. Servitøren/ hovmesteren i restauranten/ baren virker lite serviceinnstilt, men det er omtrent det eneste negative med stedet. Continua a leggere

O hotel é excelente recomedo atodos, só o cafe da manha é fraco comparado aos cafes de nossos hoteis, mas o resto vale a pena., aproveitem

Die Matratzen sind mehr schlecht als recht! Jede metallene Sprungfeder war zu spüren.

Bokade rummet ganska sent då vi egentligen bodde i Sorrento och bara skulle sova på Ischia en natt. Fick ett rum som var som en liten lägenhet med eget kök. Tråkig inredning, sjukhuslampor, inga fönster men framförallt VÄLDIGT lyhört mellan rummen. När vi skulle gå och lägga oss upptäckte vi dessutom att det var ett HÅL ca 10x10 cm i väggen under aircondition-maskinen. […] Så när vi släckte lamporna för att sova hade vi ändå ljust eftersom grannarna inte släckt. Vi hörde ävén alldeles för tydligt deras nattliga aktiviteter. Frukosten var under all kritik. Det serverades enbart sötsaker och kaffet var helt odrickbart. Men det var bra läge och en fin dag (det regnade när vi var där) är nog poolområdet och solstolarna bra. Continua a leggere

complexe très sympatique , piscine et jaccuzzi agréable dans un cadre enchanteur. Seul bémol le réseau wifi est annoncé disponible dans tout l'hôtel alors qu'il est en fait seulement accessible depuis le restaurant et sa terrasse. l'accueil et les services sont trés bien.

Hôtel bien situé mais de confort moyen, ne méritant pas 4 étoiles. Les chambres supérieures devraient à peine avoir l'appellation de chambres standarts. Mes petitsdéjeuners sont moyens( pas assez diversifiés). Les repas du soir en demi-pension sont relativement bons, mais restent modestes (le vin payant n'est pas vraiment bon pour le prix). Les terrasss […] et la piscine sont agréables, aves une belle vue mer (les jacuzzis fonctionne mal). Le local de la réception est à revoir. L'entretien général et notament la flore est à améliorer. Upealla kalliorannalla, hieno uima-allasalue, josta huikeat maisemat merelle, ystävällinen palvelu. Huoneet siistejä ja ilmastointi toimiva, oma terassikin oli. Parisataa metriä satamaan. Receptionin aukioloajat voisivat olla pitemmät. Erittäin edullinen hinta tasoon nähden. Kävellen muutama sata metriä myös Ischian suurimman kylän keskustaan. Hyvin […] rauhallinen hotelli. Trevligt hotell med pool med ok standardrum för regionen. Hotellet ligger helt nära ankomsthamnen från neapel och har ett fantastiskt läge direkt vid havet! halvpensionen var sisådär och jaccuzin har sett bättre dagar- men läget går inte att toppa

We had a good time here. Nice place with lots of space to relax. This is not a child friendly hotel. Would like to come back some time.

Nära till den egna stranden så man kan ta morgondopp och kvällsdopp jämt. Trevlig men något stressad receptionist, uppgraderade dock oss till bättre rum utan att vi bad om det. Trevligt rum, varmvattnet tog slut lite väl fort i duschen men i övrigt bra. Nära till hamnen och affärer samt bussar över ön. Tyst och lugnt område.
