Abbiamo percorso la Route-66 e prenotato 21 hotels ! Questo è stato il più bello.

Ottimo hotel. come ottima la posizione. la colazione è ricca ed abbondante. la camera invece era bella, spaziosa e pulita. le uniche pecche sono la stanza per la colazione un pò piccola e gli ascensori troppo lenti. ma sono dettagli cui si può non dare peso, visto le altre qualità e comodità che offre questo hotel.

Hotel confortevole situato in posizione centralissima, comodo ai servizi pubblici ( il metro per l'aereoporto e' vicinissimo). Tutte le attrazioni di Chicago sono facilemnte raggiungibili con i mezzi pubblici che trovate nelle vicinanze (Sears Tower, Hampton, Field Museum, Art Institute etc), e la via dello shopping al di la' del ponte ( uscendo alla […] vostra sinistra) e' a cinque minuti a piedi. La colazione e' ricca ed abbondante, ed il personale sempre gentile. Le stanze sono spaziose e confortevoli, dotate di tutto ( microonde, lavatrice asciugatrice, frigo e materiale per la cucina). Il collegamento internet funziona ed e' gratuito. Il rapporto qualita'/prezzo e' decisamente soddisfacente.lo consiglio sia a gruppi di amici , a famiglie e coppie. Continua a leggere

very clean and comfortable. excellent location

Brief getaway to the city while visiting family in Indiana. Perfect location just north of Millenium Park and just south of the river. Two-room suite was perfect - clean, very quiet, comfy, nicely furnished and great views of the city. Loved that there are five or fewer rooms per floor, almost European! Great location in downtown Chicago, on Michigan Avenue, next to the river and a couple blocks from the metro. The room itself was pretty nice, it was like having a 1 bedroom apartment, kitchen with supplies, a fridge and kitchen island. It was much better than having a regular hotel room, and if you plan to stay multiple days, its nice to have a little […] more space and relaxation when you spend time in your room. There are tons of windows, great for enjoying the downtown views, but the curtains did an amazing job of blocking out the sun and allowing a couple hours of darkness in the room for a little more sleep. The breakfast was ok at best, but you can't expect too much, basically a continental breakfast. I would look at staying there again when I visit Chicago. Continua a leggere

It was very good, very comfortable

Walking distance to everything you need, simple stay, nice room. If looking for just a relaxing stay and nothing overly complicated or fancy this is it. Will definately stay again.

The hotel is very nice. Had washer and dryer in my room but there was no laundry detergent so couldn't use it. The breakfast is good but it gets super crowded in the morning. Food runs out often. Never got to make a waffle. Because there is not enough seat, people had to bring breakfast back to their room to eat. The elevators are a bit slow. Great hotel for the price. Nothing spectacular, but clean, roomy, quiet, good free breakfast. The manager and guest desk worker were extremely helpful when we needed to cut our stay short. We'll go back

This is hotel is in the loop close to Millineum Park, a few blocks to North Michigan shopping and the theatre district. Best deal we have found in one of our favorite cities.

This hotel was a great location and our king bed room as a great size. We only stayed one night but would be great for a longer period with the kitchentte.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city. The room was very nice; more akin to a apartment than a hotel. My particular room had a washer/dryer combo, living room, kitchen with full appliances, and a very comfortable bed. The free breakfast and free wifi were also very welcome :) I am not sure why anyone […] would rate this hotel any less than 4 stars, it is worth at least that. I would give it 5, but then I had to deal with parking. The lot they use is right across Michigan avenue, which is nice, but they are very hard to understand and do not always honor the 24 hour time frame. If they were more understanding, this would be an easy 5 stars. If your not driving, then this is the perfect place to stay! Continua a leggere

This hotel was located right in the heart of Chicago. Our hotel room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. Great hotel for the price!

I loved that our suite was less expensive than most rooms. The kitchen means less $$ at restaurants, loved the washer/dryer in the room. The safe was great for the laptop and easy to use. Had great views of Chicago river out of every window. Complimentary breakfast includes Belgian waffles ...... nuff said there! Our suite was quiet and comfy, walking […] distance to so many things! I reserved a city view 2 queen beds and was super excited for until I got there only to find out it was on the 3rd floor. Didn't think it was worth the price for what I paid for. I was hoping for 20th floor or higher. Not much of a hyped up "City View" feature in my opinion so make sure to call and check! Other than that, location and qaulity was  […] good. Great location as it's right on Wacker and near the Wit hotel which has a great bar called Roof which has good city views. The room was clean and the pull out couch was easy to assemble with clean linen in the closet. Plenty of outlets and drawers. Loved the full kitchen and washer / dryer access. Great to have the business area downstairs with internet. Breakfast […] was basic and good; could be open an hour later than 9am though. We booked here because it was inexpensive and they offered suites. We thought a suite would be a bedroom with a separate sitting room so we could put the kids to bed, close the door, and stay up without having to be super-quiet. However, in this case a suite was a room with a kitchenette. We were disappointed. We also had planned on being out all day, […] but one of our kids got sick and we ended up spending about 20 hours in the room, which was unfortunate and we wished we had booked a more upscale hotel. The staff was very nice. Free breakfast was not to our liking, but very much like every other one I have seen. Location of the hotel is great. If the price offered is good, and you are certain you won't have to spend all day in the room, then this place should work. Continua a leggere

We checked our luggage on arrival because room was not ready. When we retrieved our luggage 4 hours later one bag was missing. Somehow the bag ended up a O'Hare airport. Retrieved from O'Hare nothing missing. Very bad experience.

parking is expensive as it is downtown chicago. The lobby is extremely small, but rooms are very spacious. A little inconvenient having the ice machine in the lobby. Breakfast was a nice ending to our stay. Would defintely stay again.

Comfort Suites on Michigan Avenue makes the most of limited city space - great location, comfortable rooms. Kitchenette & Washer/Driver were appreciated. Friendly & efficient staff. Only criticism was that the Sunday breakfast was horribly managed. Regardless of how many guests or the time of morning, you should not run out of dishes, syrup - and food. […] There was only one staffer to manage it, and he was trying his best to stay on top of an insurmountable mess.Management needs to provide their staff with the tools they need to do the job well. Great hotel, large suite, great location. Parking was $37, which is expensive but not the most I've paid in that area. Wish they had a pool and larger workout facility, but it was just fine for the price!

I always enjoy myself at Comfort Suites. The view we had this time was not the greatest, but we still enjoyed our stay in the city.

On opening the door I was pleasantly surprised to see a long hallway with the bathroom and bedroom off to one side and the living room ahead at the end. The kitchen wasn't visible and is off the living room. It has ample counter space and 2 chairs at the counter, allowing others to visit with the person cooking. It's a spacious one-bedroom apartment, […] and the living room is suitable for meetings, with a sofa and easy-chair as well as a desk and comfortable chair there as well. A TV in the living room and a second one in the bedroom! A washing machine and drier for clothes rounded out the amenities! It was a great place to stay, with a view up Michigan Avenue towards the statue of Marilyn Monroe with her skirt billowing over an air grate. I walked in and instantly felt pampered. i had the same pampered feeling from the 5 front desk clerks with whom I interacted at various times during my overnight stay. The breakfast was varied and well prepared and served by a lovely woman from Croatia, who was very welcoming in her manner. ALl in all, a wonderful hotel stay for me! Continua a leggere

Everything was good, except the parking. Apart from the hotel charge, they charged 36$ per day for parking

I like the hotel. Is perfect for families. The only one think that I did not like is a parking. I had to pay about $30.00 per day.

Great location!!

Th staff at this hotel were very polite and accommodating. When something came up that I forgot, they were quick to run it up to me. In nicer weather this is the perfect place to stay when you don't mind walking places. Many resteraunts to choose from. I would defeinately stay here again and again.

Helpful staff, huge and fully-equipped rooms. Mine had a great view of the Magnificent Mile. I will come back again in the future.

Nice size suites. Pleasant staff. Breakfast good but crowded as hotel was full. Was nice to have living area in room to eat breakfast there. Only down side...no fan in bathroom.

Great bang for your buck I love this hotel . A great huge comfortable space. Right in the heart of downtown very convenient.

The hotel was in perfect walking distance to dinner and a play at the Chicago Theater. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The room was very clean and the breakfast hit the spot. I will be coming back to this hotel in the future

We found the Comfort Suites to be comfortable, clean, and in a very good location. They had valet parking ($36--expensive, but cheaper than some of the other hotels we looked at) and accomodated our late night arrival with no trouble. The price was much lower than surrounding hotels, and the Michigan Avenue location was close to many popular sites. […] The room had a kitchen and washer/dryer, which was a pleasant surprise. We only stayed overnight, but would definitely stay there again if we were planning a longer trip to Chicago. Continua a leggere

Car was broken into in their lot, they handled and paid for the fix and allowed us to keep our room until it was done. They were very nice and helpful. The rack rates for this place would maybe not make me feel that it was soooo excellent, but we paid so much less and recieved so much more than we expected. Of course anything in downtown is a good location with so many things to see and shopping abundant. I was surprised by the tiny lobby but the hotel is squeezed into a small footprint. The rooms all have kitchens (I think) and the staff was attentive if asked. The little breakfast room can be a little crowded, but you can always take stuff back to your […] kitchen.
