Anzichè camera per 2 adulti e 1 bambino di 10 anni ci hanno assegnato 1 camera FUMATORI!!!! con 1 letto quenn-size(1 piazza e mezza). Scomodissimo. La porta della camerae a vetri dà sul ballatoio con luce accesa tutta la notte( quindi camera illuminata a giorno). Ti svegli continuamente pensando che sia giorno. Poca pulizia. Non tutte le luci funzionanti, […] niente telecomando tv(abbiamo segnalato alla reception ma senza risposta).Va bene per giovani senza pretese eche tornano stanchi morti dalla vita notturna. L'albergo è pulitissimo e comodissimo. c'è tutto il necessario ed è vicino alla vita notturna, alla spiaggia, e ai negozi di qualsiasi natura! Lo staff all'entrata è cortesissimo e sempre pronto x ogni necessità, ed è presente H24. assolutamente da consigliare!

Great location .

Nice location, but the rooms are very noisy, you can hear every thing thats going on outside. Also no late check out option, I had to pay one full night price for few hours extra since my flight was at 8 pm.

Stay here if you want to be woken by groups of armed New Jersey mafia dons at 5am, destroying hotel and bringing in 50 or more people. Only one person working at the hotel during the night, would not call police or take any action. Terrifying!

Overall a great stay. It was pretty loud, but that's what you get when you stay in South Beach (especially with a bachelor party above you!) Stayed for 2 nights and had no complaints. Previous reviews of air conditioning - we were able to down ours off or change the temperature, so no problems there. We had the room right next to the stairs and the […] office, so it was pretty loud and bright, but we kind of expected that with the location of the hotel. My wife and I spent one night at the hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay.The rooms were well appointed,clean and spacious.The staff were super friendly and helpful.Its is in a great location and will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Hotels location was wonderful, near everything that you needed in Sobe. Also if you have a rental car, there is good public parking lot almost near by. So you don´t need valet parking. And then the bad things in rooms: the walls are so thin, that you can hear everything from your neigbours room. Toilet was clean, but the shower was a joke. For the price and area the hotel was fine for us. We were there to party so we didn't stay in the room too long. It is not fancy or anything but it is close to the beach, Sobe Live, Mansion, and Cameo nightclub and some good places to eat 24 hours. Really good size apartment with good facitilities. Block away from Ocean Drive.

Unless you like it when the airco is constantly blowing over your bed, this is a great place to stay. The airconditioner is placed direct beside the bed next to the window, so it kept me awake during the night. The room is quiet big, and the airco rather small, so it has to work constantly to cool the room. I do'nt understand why they put the airco […] direct next to the bed. It's irritating! Above the door is a better place. If you are planning to stay here bring also your own curtains! There are no curtains, only blinds. The door is made of milky white glass, so it lets thru a lot of light. (Also at night) Location is great! Just 1 block away from beach and the restaurants. It's a quiet place to stay, there are no bars or other noisemakers in the area. The room was clean and there is also a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. And there is a safe, so you van store your personal stuff in there. So, if you don't mind to blow away by the airco and wake up early because of the light, it's a great place to stay. The location on Collins is great. Two blocks from the beach and two from Espaniola Way. The valet cost is the same as the 24/day price at the public garage across the street and you can bring the car in and out. The web site info needs to be updated since there is no newspaper available and no full refrigerator in most rooms. When we complained about […] the frig., they were able to move us immediately to another room. This might have been because we came in on a Monday and left on Thursday. The new room was interesting - a handicapped room with waist-height light switches and an open bathroom with one half as the shower and the other with a toilet and a freestanding sink. Since there was no place to put any cosmetics in the bathroom, the ironing board was brought in and placed between sink and toilet and covered with a towel. It served very well, but a small table would have been thoughtful as would a box of kleenex. Somehow kleenex is something we'd come to expect. The room was quiet enough during the day and the halls were washed down each morning, but the hallways resounded with voices at night. Continua a leggere

Value for money, very well and newly refurbished, i was pleasantly surprised with this motel. Very clean and close to the beach, within walking distance to all the cool bars on Ocean drive. i'm staying next time I'm in Miami. If your expecting hotel qualities, like a pool, room service etc then this place is not for you, but if you want something […] clean, refreshing and close to everything for a very reasonable price, then this is your spot !!! try not to stay in room 2 as its right next to the gate, so a bit noisy at night. it was a nice hotel and the woman behind the desk whose name escapes me at the moment was a complete doll and very helpful when asked about places to eat , directions and other questions about the area

This hotel was in an ideal location - one road back from noisy, frenetic Ocean Drive, so was easy & close to get to but without all the noise. The hotel is on a great location, the room was very nice and clean but no laundry service and no breakfast n the morning is what i didnt like. if they upgrade that hotel with those two things then i might go back but until then, I rather pay more money on a different hotel.

for a weekend of party, this is a great hotel. very close to all clubs/lounges and extremely close to beach. very clean room and nice staff.

Had a wonderful experience for 2 nights. If A/C in bathroom, it would be heaven. Will definitely come back over and over again, and will highly recommend friends.

My wife liked it (the bathroom was large) so that's saying something. The location is perfect. You're very close to South Beach, Espanola Way, Wolfsonian, and WEAM. Very friendly at check in. Parking is exspensive, although not their fault. One block off the Ocean. Found rooms to be larger than most in the area. Very clean! Found a spot of mold in the shower, no big deal. I will return, and will recomend this place.

The hotel itself was fine and a great price, but little did we realise we would have rooms on either side filled with incredibly loud, rude Americans. Rather than go out for the night, they had a party all night in both rooms, only leaving the rooms to smoke outside, which was right outside our door. Despite having the aircon on full all night to dull […] the noise of the constant shouted swearing, they were loud enough to wake up my children, again and again. The reception were apologetic, and spoke to the other guests through the night, but seemed powerless to actually get them to be quiet, and were not prepared to ask them to leave. I would therefore only reccomend this hotel to those people who want to take a risk. The hotel is cheap for four people to stay in one room, with good room facilities for the price. We read all of the previous reviews. We found the Suites to be as indicated in the pictures. We requested 2 Queens... however none were available so the attendant put us in a room with a fold out futon.. it was perfect... Parking of course anywhere in SoBe is a bear... but there is parking right across the street... had we known around the corner 13th […] and oceean drive you could part all day for 15... no in and out ... we would have saved a total of 10.oo for our 2 days of valt parking. kinda dumpy for the money and noisy. dont try and sleep at daytime and night is worse. no a'c in the bathrooom, it gets hot and steamy in there. good location though, but I would not stay there again

Front desk clerk was friendly and courteous. Private gate, code given for safety. Valet parking is expensive. Rooms are large if you get the double room. Lots of closet space! Iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. Beds are not so comfy! Springs were digging in my back. Not enough lighting in the bedroom area. No central air. There is box in wall but […] doesn't cool the entire room. Nice kitchen with big fridge,microwave, glass table w/ chairs, utensils, coffee maker. Tile floors were a little sticky once you start walking. Make sure to keep back door locked. Shower pressure was slow but got the job done. Sink pressure was super slow. No switch for fan in bathroom, gets pretty hot! Flat screen on wall was a nice touch. Just be prepared to hear everyone and everything in this place. The walls and ceiling are very thin! Lights outside the door shine through the glass door. Windows have only blinds! Modern look inside but outside building is old. We were surprised at how nice the room was. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised to have a balcony off the kitchenette in the rear of the room. The kitchen is all new and very nice. It was nice to walk to many restaruants and/or bars within a 3 block radius. Very happy with our stay there.

We have stayed in 3 different places in South Beach and this place was the best so far. The building is old, like much of the hotels in South Beach, but has been updated. The Jr. Suite was clean and very spacious. The stools in the kitchen were too rickety to sit on but that wasn't a big deal. The balconey is a joke... very small and looks over to another […] hotel. Good rates and convenient location. Rooms are simple but stylish. Easy walk to beach. Lincoln Road is several blocks away. Enjoyed our stay.

Room has a good size, and it is clean. Overall it is about location. But you hear noice all night if your room is close to street. The room didn't prepare enough bedding. No heat. We have to ask for extra bed covers and wait to get them after we arrived in mid-night.

Service was not friendly at all. Upon arriving we were quite surprised to find what appeared to be an office not a hotel lobby. Staff was not friendly and the attitude was as if we were interrupting them. We were early so I wasn't expecting to be checked in right away. They did offer to store our luggage (not anything that any hotel wouldn't do). Tried […] again to see if we could get into the room around 1pm but were told no. When we did arrive at 4:15 we were given a room on the second floor. NOTE THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. We had 3 people in the party with quite a bit of luggage. I asked for a room on the main floor, which they then gave us. The room was musty smelling and just had a general air of not being well maintained. No rack for toiletries in the shower stall so the ledge of a window was used to hold the hotel products. Also on our arrival someone was painting the actual walkway entrance which is not large to start with! But to do this at check in time and expect guests to dodge and literally jump over spots to get in and out of the area???? Would not stay here again. My friends and I booked into the Suites of 6 nights in May. The room was exactly as it looked in the on-line pictures! The only issue we had was the bathroom door was a little loose and there was no toaster which would have been good, so nothing really to complain about! The beds were comfortable, the room was a good size and cleaned daily with fresh […] towels etc. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The location was perfect - only a 5 min walk on to the beach, to the bars/restaurants and 5 mins in the other direction to the shops & clubs. The aptmts were secure as they were beind a locked gate only guests have the code for, and there was someone on reception 24/7. We would recommend the suites to anyone looking for good clean budget accomodation in a fabulous location! Continua a leggere

We checked in on a tues. We had no hot water. On Wendsday we had no hot water and I went to the front desk. When we got back at 5:00 still no hot water! I called the front desk and was told that he would call me back in 10 mins. The call never came and day 2 of NO shower. The microwave had alot of the last peoples grease on the outside and the refigerator […] had numerous spots of what appeared to be someones dried soda. The door to enter the room was glass and only had venetian blinds and there were only blinds and no curtains on the window. It was so bright you could not sleep! I will NEVER stay here again. The pictures of the room look better than the actual room. There was wind blowing on one night an a door on a dumpster across the ally was banging all night. I come from a cold climate where everything is insulated so it seemed like we could hear everything going on out side. I had to look up at the window to make sure it was actually closed. The room […] was clean, although when we arrived two maids were having a meeting in our room. They quickly left. Not all of the light bulbs worked and there was only lamp light in the bedroom area. Unfortunately they only had 25 watt bulbs so there was almost no light there at night. You had to turn on the light next to the kitchen, which had bright lights to get any light in the bedroom area. The bathroom was large but there was no tub, only a shower at one end with no enclosure. You essentially were taking a shower at one end of the open bathroom. The shower worked well. The air conditioner blew onto the bed and couldn't be changed and was very noisy. The art deco part of town is very seedy now. There were many restaurants near by, the parking garage was across the street, $20, per day. We pulled into a short ally next to the hotel to unload our luggage or we would have had to haul it from the parking garage. There is no on site parking. The hotel is one block from the beach. The beach was beautiful. We took an everglades tour which picked us up at the hotel so we didn't have to fight the traffic. If you want a different experience on South Beach and need a kitchen and only a queen size bed with little light then this place would be fine. Continua a leggere

I like to stay in the hotel.Location is great and beach is near it. Room was big altrough kitchen didn't have the stove. It was quiet at night. The stores and restaurants are near the hotel. Subway was next door to it.There are $60 fees when you sigh in but they returned it after you moved out. After all I'll recommend this hotel for you.

Was happy with the layout of the room. The hotel staff was knowledgeable about the area and extremely friendly. The room was large and nicely equipped. The room safe was a nice plus. The only drawback was the garbage truck outside the window at 9:30 in the morning.

Hôtel bien localisé mais particulièrement bruyant avec une insonorisation insuffisante. Attention il n y a que 2 chaises pour 4 couchages.
