"Spacious room, big pool area, but falls short"
With two young kids, we just loved having a spacious room with 2 queen-sized beds and a couch. There was plenty of places to put our stuff and still have room to play. The pool area was big and while we enjoyed swimming, it is obvious that the area is in need of some repairs. Breakfast was okay, but there could be more options. My biggest concern was […] that we noticed ants - we noticed a lot of them on some spilled food in the breakfast room and also some found a Cheetoh that one of our kids left on the floor in our room overnight. Basically I would say this hotel has great potential, but didn't quite live up to it because of needed repairs and bug control. We might stay here again because the price and location are just right, but I'd have a hard time recommending it to others. Continua a leggere
"Watertwon"
We were OVERLY surprise at it. Highly recommend
nice place- very quiet-stayed one night only, did not eat free breakfast, to much of a hurry. Only thing negative was the mattress was worn out. OK, but not the best. Good sized room with sm frig and micro, clean, and, must say, for a sat night hardly anybody there--economy is bad. Will stay here again.
"Disappointed"
This hotel does not match the amenities in its description. Espcially with regards to the pool. The hot tub was warm, not hot. The jets did not work. Therefore the filtration system was not working either and it was dirty. The kiddy pool is non-functional due to needed repairs. Therefore, there is no water in it. The service did not keep up with providing […] pool towels. The breakfast buffet was literally gone an hour before scheduled. Upon notification the staff made more food but stirred it into the almost non-existent burnt food. No muffins or danish. Front desk staff was missing most of the time. "JC Plaza Hotel"
This hotel seems to be oriented to conference meetings and attendees. The place needs an upgrade to replace carpeting, loose wallpaper, and furnishings. The room we had was surprisingly quiet with a New Years eve party going on outside our door.
We enjoyed our stray, there wasn't to many staying at the time of our visit so we had the pool area to ourself. Planning on taking our children and grandkids up for a stay. It was off the path but that's o.k.
"Convenient for a Wedding"
I stayed at JC Plaza for a wedding reception that was held in the conference room there. It was a nice facility and did the job. Our room was clean and the staff was nice.

"Nice Place to Stay"
We had some issues checking in. Apparently they are new to using hotels.com, so if you are staying there any time soon make sure to take your print out of the confirmation you receive from hotels. That was the only way we got a room since we were there for a football game. Other than that - the hotel was very clean and modern, and I would highly recommend […] staying here.
