Camere un po piccole ma pulitissime e letti comodissimi,posizione ok sia per gli spostamenti diurni che per la vita serale. Hotel pulitissimo e davvero ottimo servizio. Camere munite di ogni comfort,phon,tv e frigobar. Ottima vista sulla città. Unica pecca,il wifi c è solo nella hall,non nelle stanze.

Si tratta di un hotel in centro , ingresso molto piccolo e senza nemmeno una sedia!!! nie corridoi c'è puzza di brodo ecc. colazione e ristorante al minimo!!!

Hotel recente, ben arredato e ben posizionato, vicino alla "movida" del fine settimana. Le camere sono un pò piccole (come negli altri hotel di HKG) ma ben attrezzate. Uniche pecche: wifi solo nella hall dell'albergo ed il personale, disponibile ma poco cordiale.

The area is great for restaurants, bars and shopping. It's also easy to walk to Central from here. We had a great four-night stay at the Lan Kwai Fong Hotel. The location is superb, on Hong Kong Island near the old Chinese area. It's close to markets, dozens of restaurants, shopping, antiquing on Hollywood Road, the mid-levels escalator, and lots of nightlife. It's a $3 cab ride from the Airport Express station. We had a hard time finding the enterance. Nice 4 th floor complementary coffee, water and wifi area. Room small but very combat with everything you need. Could walk to a lot of restaurants and shops.

Walking distance to both Sheung Wan and Central MTR stations as well as Lan Kwai Fong and the Mid-Levels Escalator. Also nearby is a Pacific Coffee, Man Mo Temple, and the Cat Street markets. The Lan Kwai Fong Hotel is a boutique style hotel with a minimalistic lobby used for check-in/ check-out. All the rooms & small gym are on upper floors. The decor is Asian style with a simple shower (only) and a double bed. We requested views of the Causeway Bay and received a fairly decent view blocked only by a a couple of buildings. Great experience. The room we stayed on 29th floor (stayed 5 days) was a little too small compared to the room on the 24th floor (stayed 3 days) we had earlier. Considering we stayed there for a total 8 days, it would have been better if they had given us a bigger room. The service was excellent though. Good value for HK. Location is convenient (short walk) to MTR and Lan Kwai Fong. Rooms are tiny but otherwise fine. Everything was clean, staff are helpful. No complaints. As a business traveler, I've stayed here many times. Didn't try the restaurant.

The hotel was in a great location and the lobby was nice, but the room was not clean, the bathroom had gunk build up, I put my bedspread on the top of the vanity and dust and dirt flew everywhere....even the refrigerator/mini bar was not clean. No excuse for a unclean environment. Would not stay at again.

If you want to be close to the Central region then this hotel is a great location. The rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable and the hotel staff are very helpful on all matters. I will definitely stay here again in HK.

Overall, if you're going for location, this is a fantastic place to stay. It is literally 2 mins away from the Sheung Wan stop on Hong Kong Island and within walking distance to Central, Soho and LKF. Definitely very convenient. Lan Fai Kwan hotel has a great central Hong Kong island location. It is probably a 10 min walk from the Macao/Hong Kong ferry terminal, a 15 minute walk to the Kowloon ferry pier and a 20 min walk from the Hong Kong train station / airport express. The rooms are small, but hey, this is downtown Hong Kong. Otherwise, they are clean and the location can't be beat. It took about 45 minutes to get from the airport to the lobby via the MTR airport express- which is about as fast and as cheap as that's gonna happen. Check-in was fast and efficient with the reception staff very courtious. My room was on the 22nd floor with what was described as having a harbour view, the harbour view was however small sections of the harbour seen between the imposing high buildings in front, I could live with that albeit it would be better described as limited harbour views. The rooms are rather small but sufficiently appointed. There is a view of the harbour - at least from the upper floors. At floor 33 (the top floor) my room had a reasonable sized balcony (even if I didn't use it). The breakfast is acceptable. Apparently the restaurant is very well reputed (although I did not use it). Soho and Lan Kwai Fong within walking distance - there are various restaurants, bars etc. We easily found a tiny, very good restaurant. The only negative thing was the Lobby: it is an open-air terrace on the 4th floor with self service coffee/tea […] facility. Quite nicely done -but for meeting clients not always optimal - we had construction work going on next "door", so it was very loud and noisy in this "lobby". Before booking the hotel i was given an option of a harbour view at an increased cost. I had not stayed at the hotel before and thought a harbour view would be nice to look at. Space is the most precious commodity in Hong Kong - so don't expect too much in the rooms of this "boutique". Nice friendly staff and great location make up for a tight squeeze if you're carrying a lot of gear.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring the Hong Kong Island area of Hong Kong as well as riding the subway to the Kowloon area. The staff were very helpful when we needed suggestions about places to visit and how to get there. We especially appreciated the fresh fruit and bottle of wine that were complementary in our room.

The hotel is located just off Hollywood Road and there are lots of shops, restaurants, bars, fresh food markets, etc., within easy walking distance. Room was nicely decorated, modern, and clean -- nice shower. Staff was courteous and prompt. There is a community room on 4th floor with hot/cold beverages and free WIFI -- a nice place to hang out.
