Piccolo Hotel a tre stelle a due passi dal centro storico di Vinci, molto pulito, con personale simpatico e sempre disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ideale per chi vuole godersi un piacevole soggiorno nella campagna toscana. Vicino a luoghi d'interesse storico, culturale e paesaggistico (a 30 km da Firenze, e a due passi da molti borghi medievali). Le camere sono dotate di ogni confort con graziosi balconcini che si affacciano sulle collinette e sui vigneti retrostanti. La proprietaria, gentilissima, si è rivelata molto utile nel consigliarci i luoghi da visitare e da scoprire, offrendoci veri e propri itinerari e suggerendo ristoranti abbordabili e pietanze davvero imperdibili!! Il giudizio finale, quindi, non puo' che essere molto positivo.

"Ottimo servizio"
Siamo stati un week end in questa struttura e devo ammetter di esser rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso.Il servizio e' impeccabile cosi come la colazione. La camera era luminosa e con terrazzino su giardino. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Hotel di gran lusso situato in un quartiere tranquillo in periferia di Firenze. Il servizio e la pulizia sono eccellenti. Lo consiglio a tutte quelle persone che vogliono trascorrere in serenità un breve periodo di vacanza vicino ad una bellissima città d'arte.

"Three Day City Break to Florence"
We really enjoyed our three day stay at the Olmi. The staff were delightful and very helpful. We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade and the room was beautiful and very comfortable. We took advantage of the courtesy bus into Florence every day. After a day's sightseeing it was bliss to get back to the peace and quiet of the hotel. The gardens were […] beautiful. Just returned from a fantastic stay at this hotel resort with friends. Received free upgrade on arrival. Were both given a main villa room, full of character with amazingly high ceilings - to be recommended. Only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard. I have stayed at the Villa Olmi 4 times now, and have never been disappointed. The facility is first class, as are the rooms. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Even from the first visit, they upgraded my room, which is unusual when booked for a special rate. Tasteful, aesthetically pleasing, outstanding service, excellent dining for those who appreciate it those qualities. Perfect for a near retirement couple with some travel experience. Absolutely loved it. Concierge service was not up to the rest of the experience.

The hotel room is clean and the breakfast is passable. The room's walls are very thin and people from others rooms can hear you speak. Its the worst if you stay on the first floor as you can hear people's foot steps in the morning. This will disrupt your sleep and conversations in tour room. "Fantastic Place!!"
If you want the perfect hotel that is a very short drive outside of Florence then Villa olmi Resort is your place. Excellent service, a very friendly staff ( that all speak english) and the best complimentary american breakfast buffet you could ask for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Great location, right on the outskirts of Florence, next to the A1 highway, very close to all the outlets. Hotel itself is very nice, a historical villa, tastefully furnished. Staff is very helpful, free internet and breakfast. Breakfast could be a bit more diversified for a 5-star hotel, but otherwise everything was great!
The Hotel and staff are exceptional and quite surprised by the value delivered for the price.

C'était la deuxième fois que nous retournions dans cet hôtel,le dernière en été dernier, En ce mois de janvier avec un beau soleil,l'accueil de cet hôtel a tout simplement encore été meilleur que la fois dernière; Evidemment je recommande cet hôtel très calmequi est à proximité de tout (mall, ville etc ...).

Très bien placé pour Florence. La navette gratuite est idéale. Le trajet est court et pittoresque, le chauffeur ponctuel. Bien que proche d'un axe important, l'établissement est calme. Il mériterait d'être raffraichi au niveau des chambres, notamment en ce qui concerne la salle de bain qui est vieillissante (en tout cas dans notre chambre). Le hall […] est chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Veillez à choisir une formule l'incluant dans le montant de la nuitée. Facile d'acces de l'autoroute Propriété exceptionnelle avec ses 7 ha de jardins Personnels charmants et discrets Confort excellent Restaurant de l'hotel tres bon Avec la navette sur Florence c'est la solution idéale sans voiture pour un séjour de 3-4 jours sur Florence Le prix avec Hotel.com nous a donné un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel

"Nous regrettons ce choix!"
La Villa Olmi est située en périphérie de Florence, tout prés d'une quatre voies et d'un carrefour. Etablissement globalement bien entretenu et personel disponible. Nous avons choisi la suite junior afin de profiter du jardin avec notre fille de 1 an mais impossible car infecté de moustiques tigre. Le mobilier de jardin était sale et mal entretenu (moisissures,...). A […] noter que le jardin donnait directement sur le parking! La piscine bien qu'agréable est liliputienne. Le restaurant est définivement le plus mauvais que nous ayons pu trouver durant toutes nos vacances. En plus d'être onéreux, la présentation des plats était trés décevante. Nous avons fait appel au room service (pates et risotto), les plats pourtant simples etaient tout simplement dégoûtants, impossible de se venger sur le pain, car tout absents du plateau. Difficulté à se restaurer dans les alentours sans se rendre à Florence. Gros point noir pour un Cinq étoiles: la propreté. Salle de bain et sanitaires sales (odeur des W.C, poils dans le jacuzzi, contour du lavabo jamais nettoyé durant un séjour de 4 nuits), ne compter surtout pas sur une réappro de gel douche! La petite kitchinette (pratique avec un bébé) n ' a jamais été nettoyée ainsi que les meubles de la chambre (table collante avec traces très visibles), enfin le linge bien que changé deux fois par jour avait des trous et taches (draps). Les prestations ne correspondent aboslument pas à celles que l'on peut attendre d'un cinq étoiles. Nous déconseillons vivement cet hôtel qui vaut à peine 3 étoiles surtout devant la beauté de la région et des établissements que l'on peut y trouver. Continua a leggere

"Bel endroit, parfait pour un moment de détente"
L'hotel est un peu excentré de la ville, mais donne un cadre magnifique, avec une tres jolie vue sur la campagne environnante. Parfait pour un moment de détente en famille. Mais un peu loin de la ville pour des "fetards".
les + : hôtel très calme, parties communes très bien décorées, piscine sympa et calme, personnel attentionné et diligent, pdj très correct (typique italien) les - : problème récurrent avec le wifi, chambre un peu petite, et surtout environnement de l’hôtel un peu "zone industrielle". Si vous choisissez cet hôtel, il vous faut une voiture (ou alors […] navettes gratuites, mais le matin et en fin d'aprem seulement) En synthèse, un 4* mais pas un 5*, et avec quelques arbres pour isoler l'hotel de la route et des immeubles environnants, ce serait un vrai havre de paix !
