"Days Inn Lolo,MT"
plan on seeking out your own breakfast-nothing special and usually skimpy provisions. But rooms located on back side of building are very quiet. It met our needs for this visit. $20 less per night would be more in the ball park.
"Comfortable and accomodating"
The only problem was running out of complimentary breakfast pretty quickly. Easy access to the Bitterroot Valley.
We were not happy with the registration through your company. When we checked in at 4:00 P.M., we were assigned to Room 100 which shares a wall with the front desk and entry. I complained about the location and requested another room. The woman who was on duty called the manager and we were assigned Room 203 which was o.k. When the woman assigned us […] the second room, she told me that I had better not complain about it because it had a shared walkway on the back. Then a family emergency arose and we couldn't stay in the room after all. I called within the next hour and told the office of the change. The young lady said that she would pass along the information. Why would we pay for rooms that we couldn't use?? Also, when we first checked in, the woman told us there were no other rooms available. My brother checked in shortly after we did, and had no problem getting a room on the second floor. I don't understand the hotel's "policy!" We would like a refund! We were spoken to as if we were children and lied to! Please respond ASAP> Continua a leggere

I would recommend that when people stay for 5 or more days they should be able to get a ground floor room for their stay. We were not able to move to the ground floor during a ten day stay...unexceptable!!! We also needed a reciept and had to wait until returning home and print it from our home computer,,, Why? (third party)?

"Exceeded Expectations"
My Wife and I stayed here for a night (before driving beautiful Route 12, alongside the Clearwater River, to Lewiston, ID) and had a fine stay...The staff was super friendly, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was really good, complete with eggs, bacon, juice and freshly made waffles...Not too much to do in the areas […] immediately surrounding the hotel, but it's just ten minutes by car to Missoula, so I wouldn't say that it's remote. Next time we're in the area, we will definitely look into staying here again. Continua a leggere
"Good travel hotel"
It's nothing special but works for a one night stay. The staff is amazingly friendly. The rooms are huge but not filled with much so they look empty. They let pets there which can be bad as there was a dog barking next door when I stayed there. The second floor balconies don't feel very safe. The bathroom fan made a horrible noise. Breakfast is typical. […] I felt sorry for whoever was below me as my floors really creaked. They have smoking rooms which is a huge plus. You have to turn on the AC unit for a while to cool off since the rooms are so big. The light switch is really far from the bed which was a problem late at night. Overall the place works just fine as a cheap quick stop but I wouldn't want to spend any significant time there. Continua a leggere
"Exceeded our expectations"
Initial impression was ok...it's what we would have expected from a two-star hotel. But, after our first night we were very impressed. We've stayed in many hotels from 1.5 star to 5 star and the personal service that this staff is the best we have EVER had. Traveling with 3 children is tough, but the staff was eager to help. The owner of the hotel helped […] us with our bags at 11:00 PM...twice!! My wife called for an extra towel the first night...2 seconds after she hung up the phone there was a knock at the door. The towel was already there. Our kids loved the waffles, bacon, biscuits and gravy. The place was clean and comfortable. Superior customer service. We wish all of our stays at hotels could be as pleasant. Thank you to Days Inn of Lolo, MT. Continua a leggere
