Mi sono trovato molto bene. Posizione strategica, persone gentili, stanze senza pretese ma non male. Per un soggiorno veloce lo consiglio.

Avevo richiesto al momento della prenotazione camere vicine e nello stabile principale. La prima notte l'ho dovuta tra l'altro passare in un'altro hotel con prima colazione al quanto deludente. La seconda camera era un sottoscala senza neanche una finestra.

Bene per buisiness e per il aeroporto. Il receptionist italiano erà molto simpatico e educato e stato gentile! Mi sembro che persona come lui è un tesolo per piccoli alberghi. Bravissimo! Anche altro nuovo receptionist parla l'inglese benissimo, ma qualita di l'inglese è non centra niente per stranieri, primo questo nuovo non'erà simpatico,( forse questo […] giorno era primo per lui, e lui ancora sta studiando il modo di selvizio,) ho sentito che lui ha cambiato il atteggiamento depende paese di stranieri, ma alla fine ha diventato più gentile (forse alla fine lui ha sabuto da dove io sono venuta). Anche tutti altri staff sono simpatici, they were helpful. The single room was so narrow and so warm in summer, but there was a good air conditioner(funziona bennissimo!), and it wasn't bad for sleep. There were soft drinks and 2 water bottles in the refridgerator and these bottles have fair prices!!!! The water bottles were 1 euro! Questo albergo è bene per dormire!!! Dovevo soggiornare una notte a Roma perchè all'indomani sarei partito da fiumicino . L'hotel trovandosi a due passi dalla stazione Roma Termini risultava molto comodo. La stanza era piccola e senza finestra ma è vero anche che noi avevamo richiesto una economy e abbiamo speso 25 euro avendo anche la colazione . Detto questo sicuramente vi saranno stanze […] migliori per chi vorrà spendere di più . La colazione era adeguata al prezzo richiesto. i have stayed at this hotel briefly before, but it was very nice that the staff remembered me and welcomed me back so warmly, they were so friendly and helpful, particularly with regard to looking for a gallery for me that had a painting i wanted to see, but that was hard to find. this time i was in the building opposite, where the hotel also has some […] rooms, i was very comfortable there, it was a good room with a firm mattress, very clean. the hotel is situated close to termini station but on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle, there is a fruit market outside, also some pizzeria, a bakery and a launderette. it is also close to the national museum with the roman frescoes. the breakfast buffet has a variety of cakes, bread, cheese and ham, fruit and yogurt, and also starts at 7.00 am which is good if you are taking an early excursion the next day. ther is also free internet in the lobby which i found very useful for looking up opening times of the museums. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights as a family of 3... The hotel is an average Rome hotel very near to the Termini Train Station as well as to the airport shuttle services. You can literally walk within 5 minutes to reach there, even less if you need to take the metro from Piazza della Republlica. In terms of finding the place in the first place, […] I can't say it is hard to find but you may need to ask at least once - so make sure its address is in hand. The reception and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. They were polite and caring which matters to us a lot... However our room was far from clean and not well maintained at all. The carpet had some marks and looked filthy. The room was not well maintained; it had a strange smell which was coming from the bathroom – we had to keep the bathroom window open for some fresh air. Gianluca and Valerio at the front desk give five star service and attention at this three star hotel a convenient 10 minute walk to Termini Central Train/Metro station and a 7minute walk to the Metro station at Piazza della Repubblica. I relied on TripAdvisor in making my reservation for a week-long stay and a return visit at the end of my extended vacation in Italy. The rooms were clean and very suitable for my stay. Clean, basic but smart hotel room, pretty much in keeping with when we'd usually find in continental cities. Breakfast included in the price is definitely superior to our expectations with a good range of pastries amongst other things. The hotel was nice, nicer when compared to other 3 star hotels in the area. The room was bigger. The location is about 15 mins walk to the station, which is acceptable. THe neighborhood was good, but if you want to take a quiet walk at 2am in the night, I would suggest you go towards the Republic Square, not towards the Termini station, as there are […] couple of bars along the way and can be a bit noisy. The hotel is close to the Republic Square. Free wifi was very fast. You can also browse for free from the computer located in the lobby. The breakfast was ok. The staff was nice and helpful. The only down side could be that they still use the actual keys instead of the key cards, but you can leave your key at the reception and won't have to carry along. In conclusion, this is a nice little hotel if you are looking at the Termini area. Some people prefer to take a subway ride from termini and book hotels in other parts of Rome, say near the Spanish Steps (Spagna) or Trevi Fountain, which is good, but if you want to be at the walking distance from Termini, I guess this hotel is pretty good. We used this hotel to explore Rome on a short stay for 2 nights. For this length the hotel was adequate and good location as it was a 25 min walk into the centre. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and reliable - when they said they would do something for us, they did. And reception was manned 24 hours - useful for late arrivals and early morning calls. Breakfast was outstanding in choice and quality. We were upgraded to a room in the main block at no extra charge. The room was very quiet at the rear of the hotel […] but with no view. The bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable though the carpet was a little jaded. The bathroom was clean and the room was efficiently serviced each day. Air conditioning worked well. There was Wifi in the room and access to a free computer in the lobby. It was near enough to walk from the station (10 min). Excellent value for money. We arrived by train and we walked 3 blocks. Our room was located in the building across the street from their main building. I read a few reviews that warned people not to stay across the street. Overall our stay at this hotel was pleasent. However upon arrival we were told it was too early to check in, but that we could leave our bags with the Concierge and they would place them in our room once it was ready. Seeing as the lobby was full of bags and suitcases we figured this would be fine. Upon returning to the hotel in the evening we walked […] passed a man carrying one of our bags, we turned to stop him and he ran for it...We were lucky enough that he dropped the bag as we chased him and we were able to get all of our belongings back. We then headed for the hotel to makes sure everything else was there, we found the hotel open and no one at the front desk, we ran the bell and about 5 minutes later the concierge walked in from outside. We complained and he didn't seem to care overly about what had happened, because we still had our belongings and therefore didn't see the issue. For the price I paid, I could have either shared a hostel room with 3 others or I could stay here. I'm very glad I gave the hostel a miss! The room wasn't large, but I expected small rooms in Rome. The hotel is near the station and not to far away from everywhere else - although you can walk to almost everything in Rome. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We stayed in the side building and the lift was tiny and not that reliable.
