Oranje Hotel - Hampshire Eden Leeuwarden

A very nice hotel, comfortable rooms and a nice location close to the station andcenter of town. Friendly receptionists and waiters. A very reasonable price. Certainly will stay here again in near future.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The location is so convenient that you can essentially walk to any major location you want to in Leeuwarden or if you wish to travel to other locations in the north or Holland, the train station is conveniently across the road. (You never hear a train). The room rate is difficult to complain about […] - great value. The breakfasts are more than adequate - a little too busy on a Saturday for my tastes, admittedly, but the buffet wasn't too busy on any other day for me. The rooms are nice and tidy. Beds were comfortable. The movie system was a bit poor if you're into that kind of thing. No new releases, only oldies, and it seemed a bit expensive. If you're planning to be in Leeuwarden, or even a nearby town, I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. Continua a leggere

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff are very helpful, there is a good restaurant in the same building. My only criticism is that the television only appears to offer some local channels. Maybe I didn't understand how it worked, but there was a definite lack of TV channels.

Our room was brand spanking new, and the bathroom was beautifully done. Pitty the surroundings were not finished yet - I'm sure it will end up great. Staff was generally very helpful, even offering us to check our email in manager's office PC when I was strugling to setup my wireless. For negatives the dinner was a bit expensive for what it was and […] breakfast was served by one girl who didn't had time top up coffees or the buffet. It would have been nice to have an information leaflet in the room to help with breakfast times, broadband settings and so on. Many of the hickups are possibly due to construction work that was about to be finished. If we were going to Assen TT again we would definitely book this hotel again and hopefully it would be all finished and settiled then. Continua a leggere

Das Frühstück,welches nicht inklusive war, war mit 20 Euro viel zu teuer. Ich bin mir ausserdem nicht sicher. ob der Preis im Hotelbeschrieb angegeben war. Jedenfalls wurden wir vom Hotle nicht speziell darauf hingewiesen.

Vi ankom meget sent, men blev modtaget med venlighed af reseptionisten og det var også muligt at skaffe os et måltid mad, selv om køkkenet næsten var lukket. Vi vil med glæde besøge dette hotel en anden gang. Med venlig hilsen fra Danmark

4 sterren waard en vlakbij het oude gezellige verkeersluwe stadscentrum met tal van leuke winkels, bars en restaurantjes. Plus : erg lekkere keuken ! Min : iets aan de dure kant.

Hyggeligt og fantastisk personale. Maden en kæmpe lække oplevelse. Fantastisk. Ligger lige overfor banegården, så der er mange muligheder for opdagelser.

Knowledgeable & friendly hotelstaff, that make you feel at home straight away, both in the hotel and in town. Rooms are spacey, clean and cheap. Breakfast is very good.

Det generelle indtryk af hotellet er vældig godt. På kanten af den gamle by og lige overfor jernbanestationen, er hotellet ideelt for såvel den forretningsrejsende (som undertegnede) som for turisten. Hurtigt ind i den gamle bykerne og bekvemt ud af byen igen. Personalet generelt venligt og imødekommende. Både i reception og i restaurant. Ingen problemer […] med fri internetadgang i lobbyen (desværre ikke på værelset), hvor man kunne få så meget tid som nødvendigt. En teknisk fejl kostede lyset på værelset, men fejlen blev rettet omgående efter henvendelse i receptionen. Jeg blev endog tilbudt andet værelse, hvis jeg ikke ville vente på at fejlen blev fundet og skaden udbedret. Morgenmaden var ikke inkluderet i prisen (undrer mig faktisk altid, for man mærker jo ikke den relativt ringe forhøjelse, hvis den includeres i værelseprisen) men den var rigeligt de 15 € værd. prima gemoedelijk hotel, aandacht voor de klant

Fint rom i bra størrelse, parkeringsmulighet i kjelleren og nydelig frokost. Belysningen i gangene burde kanskje oppgraderes litegran, men sålenge det går an å finne døren til rommet er det vel greit.
