"assolutamente perfetto"
Inviato da massimo m di "palermo italy" il 26 lug 2010il check in è stato rapido e l'addetta alla reception era molto cortese. viaggiavamo con nostro figlio di un anno e c'era un pacco regalo per lui (conteneva un peluche, una palla gonfiabile e dei prodotti per il bagno), davvero una gradita sorpresa. le camere sono pulitissime, molto grandi, sono tutte suite con cucina, forno, frigo e piano snack per fare colazione, veramente comodo soprattutto con un bambino piccolo. la struttura è no smoking, ma ogni suite è dotata di un terrazzo con tavolo e sedie in cui si può fumare. ad ogni piano c'è una lavanderia a gettoni. la piscina è bella, grande e con una vista meravigliosa. inoltre all'ultimo piano c'è una terrazza con un solarium e una jacuzzi. anche il check out è stato rapido. avevamo fretta e molte valigie perciò abbiamo usufruito del valet parking, ma il parcheggio pubblico è proprio accanto. il famoso molo e la spiaggia di Clearwater sono proprio dietro all'albergo dove infatti c'è anche un'altra entrata con ascensore.

Our families have stayed here approx. 6 times over last 3 years and appreciated the nice front desk service and our rooms have been fine for the $ except for the horrendous beds. This time we were put in a room that felt like an old storage closet. Very small, stale smoke, flourescent lighting on the ceiling and the bathroom was so dark even with only […] a flourescent light and no ac vent to move the air around. It was very damp in the room and the blankets and sheets had cigarette burns. It was a dump but I was attending a memorial for my mother and I just couldn't handle dealing with changing rooms, etc. We only stayed 2 nights. The exterior of the hotel was not to bad although very outdated. The inside however was very run down. The floor of our room had very dirty carpet which had large lumps in it. The beds, well I would have been better sleeping on the lumpy floor! The worst hotel stay in the last ten years! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else...I wish we had! I read a prior review about hotel and tend to agree--the stay is nice for price--gets the job done if you need a place to stay while in the area. Free breakfast had long hours which is nice but not very much to offer-coffee, juice danish, English muffins/toast, and cereal. We had cable tv but had to manually put in the numbers to get the station with […] the remote control-did not use pool but others did and it was 70 degrees temperature so pool water must have been warm. Sauna is available but in open area-not much privacy. I used the treadmill in the exercise room and I think I woke up the person in the room behind exercise room every morning-so you may not want room around exercise room. Staff responded to needs and friendly. When coming from north, need to make a U-turn to get into property--not far away but traffic can be heavy during daytime. We have been using this hotel for several years now. It is sad to see how time is aging the building and it is obvious that the owners are not spending the money on upkeep that would be needed to keep it in great condition. when i got to the desk it took several mins to get someone to come to the desk to help me, once he showed up he was polite and the check in went ok, upon getting to my room i found the keys would not open the door, so i went back to the desk and he told me the keys were fine it must be the door battery. he called maintenence and i stood outside my door […] for 25 mins waiting for someone to show, finally a guy showed up and opened the door. i brought my stuff in the room and the room smelled musty, he worked on the door for the next 30 mins and when he was finally done i went to take a shower, the exsaust fan in the bathroom didnt work and that is why i think the room smelled musty. during the shower the shower head flew apart . so now even the shower was not nice. oh i forgot to mention the first time i flushed the toilet it was clogged, and it stayed clogged the whole night, when i complained to the desk he just said im very sorry ill let maintenece know aqbout that. i will not be staying here again Continua a leggereRecensioni obiettive Hotels.com

We stayed 3 nights. Fri. night very little outside noise. Sat. night a little more, and Sun. night we were unable to get any sleep at all due to noise upstairs and outside in the parking lot. Also the morning front desk clerk was the most rude front desk clerk I have ever talked to. "Not even worth the Expedia discounted price"
Stayed there 4 nights with a 4 year old. The play ground needed a lot of cleaning. There was dog feces on the grounds. There was mildew in the bathroom. Only two people staying and we always had to ask for enough towels. We got them but we had to go to the front desk to ask every day. The air conditioning worked wonderfully but it was very loud. Morning […] free breakfast was always fresh and clean but I sure do miss the Belgian waffle maker many motels used to have. They do not permit animals altho I did see a dog in a room. They had no smoking rooms but I did see people (and staff) smoking in them. This was my 3rd stay at this motel. "affordable,clean,friendly"
After staying for one night in the Econo Lodge down the street this was a breath of fresh air! Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling. My only issue was the carpeting in the room.It needs to be replaced,there were noticeable lumps,stains,and wear. Overall I would stay there again.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
