Room clean and comfortable, cheap rates and even some food for a little breakfast included in the night rate. Remember that its a Motel so you cannot expect the services and the standing of a hotel. We used it only for sleeping then we moved to the beaches during the day or to the towns during the nights, so I cannot give any opinion about swimmingpool and other facilities. It was along the highway so a car is needed to move everywhere.

It is a nice hotel, very clean, nice sized rooms. 2 tvs, a microwave. Did not really get to use the nice patio because of a cold strong north east wind. But the scenery is nice. Can't control the weather on the Cape in May. I would recommend staying there in the summer, you are right on the beach and there is an indoor pool to enjoy also. "Off Season Getaway"
I loved the cute little unit. I like the fake wood floors ,as carpet in hotel rooms always grosses me out . The gas fireplace was a bonus. Only downside was that the walls were not very soundproof. It was more than I had expected. The people that worked there are super nice and helpful. Pool was always clean and water being tested. However I think there should be a complimentary breakfast. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and very clean. Great views of the beach. Our kids loved the indoor pool which was a real treat in the winter. There were several great shops and places to eat all within 5 miles. The only fault I found was that the bed was a little firm for my taste. "Wonderful place to stay while at the Cape"
I did read the reviews prior to booking and I found them very helpful. While it is true check in is at 4PM and check out is before 10AM it was a wonderful place to stay while at the Cape. We only spent one evening since we were there for our cousins wedding nearby but I would highly reccomend The Ocean Club for anyone. The rooms are newly remodeled […] and bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was new and plenty of hot water for the morning. Nice coffee and tea left for our morning coffee. Nice sized refrigerator and sink and everything we needed for our stay. It was well stocked with towels and hand towels and very nice small living room off our bedroom with couch and large flat screen tv. The electric fire place was a nice touch to the living room. Also the view from our second floor room was wonderful with a small kitchen table right in front of the windows where we could relax and enjoy the ocean views. We did visit the glassed in heated pool and hot tub out in front of the Ocean Club by the ocean. While we did not go in for lack of time it was very nice and upon another return I would go use it.
