Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 30 ago 2012Il soggiorno presso questo B&B è stato meraviglioso. Le camere sono arredate con gusto e stile. Al momento del check-in la stanza che avevamo prenotato non era disponibile per un guasto al sistema elettrico e ci hanno sistemato in un'altra di livello superiore, senza maggiorazione di prezzo. il B&B è comodo per raggiundere la 16th strada dove ci sono molti negozi, bar e ristoranti e al LoDo (Downtown). La colazione, oltre a cereali e pane tostato, varia ogni giorno con un proposta calda cucinata al momento. Un giorno c'erano dei deliziosi waffles con banane, fragole e mirtilli, il giorno dopo omelette con funghi. Tutti i prodotti sono rigorosamente bio, come anche lo shampo, bagnoschiuma e crema corpo. La zona circostante è tranquilla e il B&B si affaccia su un giardino pubblico. Un bellissimo soggiorno!

L'hotel è situato a pochi chilometri dall'aeroporto, le stanze sono molto spaziose e pulite. Anche il bagno è abbastanza grande e pulito. La colazione continentale è esattamente uguale a quella di qualsiasi altro motel americano.In sintesi, consiglio vivamente questo hotel per chi ha bisogno di restare a Denver per una o due notti.

I have been to the hotel before and it was really nice. I was disappointed with the room that I got. I was not able to book two queen beds and had two role outs delivered. Couple of annoyances- a lot of light came into the room from the hall even when the door was closed (to the point that I could see clearly with all the lights off), so I put a towel at the base of the door to block the light. Also, the hotel is right next to the light rail, which gets loud in the morning. I found it difficult […] to sleep. The hotel staff was very accommodating (offered me a $30 credit on my room as an apology for my iron being broken- which they actually fixed in about ten minutes, so no apology was needed). The staff was terrific, but the lack of smoking rooms (4 total in the whole place) is a but short sided.the HD TV is wired with coaxial cable.leaving it anything but HD TV. also found it odd a king suite wouldn't come with a bed with a nice set of sheets. Hyatt Regency was once a top of the line hotel in my opinion. They still charge as if they were, but no, sorry. The room was like coming into an upgraded Holday Inn Express, but without the fridge and microwave and paying three times the price.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

It was ok. Detractors were the hundreds of rude women there for a convention...made it so loud...and annoying...in the elevators and common areas especially. The maid knocking on my door just past 8am was totally uncalled for and not a pleasant way to start the day.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

Generally the hotel was very nice. However, there were gross black hairs between both of the towels which really grossed out my wife. Secondly the cleaning staff started knocking on doors at 8am and talked so loudly in the hall at 8am for an hour that we couldn't sleep in on our vacation. "Watch the Fees, great location, ok room"
Overall the hotel was ok. We LOVED the location and the greater hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms clean. Please note the fees before you book as listed at the bottom of the info page. You are getting a deal on the room, but parking fees compensate for that. If asking for anything additional, ask if there is a related fee […] and be sure to check your bill before you check out. If you check out on the phone from your room you will not see it so ask them to read it to you. We were signed up for a parking discount at check-in, but it did not come across on our bill. ROOM: We did not like how the down comforter was placed between two sheets as a duvet cover. It fell apart in the night leaving us twisted in two sheets and cuddling a blanket without it's sanitary covering, though it was a comfy comforter. The bathroom didn't have a fan. The noise from the hall came in easily and interrupted our sleep several times in the night. We finally found the "fan" symbol on the thermostat but it wasn't loud enough to drown it out, though it helped. We liked the view and the cleanliness and there was plenty of space. There are several hotels at the same price in that area so we will try one of those next time. It worked just fine for our one night purpose, but I'm glad we weren't there several nights. "Overcharged for parking - no response on credit re"
We were overcharged - charged twice for valet parking at the normal rate and for the special package rate which combined parking and Internet service. We raised it with the hotel via email and have not received any response to request to credit us for $64 - the cost of two nights valet parking. Overall decent but a bit dirty....found a pretzel on the floor by the nightstand (not hiding, in plain sight). Also the office chair arms were sticky and gunky. "Birthday Get-a-way"
We had a wonderful one night stay. We had never stayed in Denver before and when we go back we will definetly stay here again. We went to Denver for my girlfriends birthday and when we checked-in they paid for our parking for the night and gave us $30 to spend in the hotel for her birthday! We enjoyed lunch and some drinks while watching March Madness […] in the bar, on the house. Great way to kick off the weekend! The room was very comfortable and clean with a pleasant view. The front desk staff and concierge service was very helpful and made our stay wonderul. The hotel is in a very convenient location, we will definetly be back for our next event planned in Denver!
