Had a great stay here. We were upgraded to a villa at no cost which gave us our own pool too. Really lovely peaceful and quiet away from Kuta. Breakfast was nice too. Will be going back again and recommending to friends

This is an excellent value property in Sanur. The real bonus is access to an excellent gym and free transport to and from your room. Forget the break fast and eat out nearby are great places eg The Porch. Will stay again Terry

We stayed in Villa Puri Ayu in a deluxe room. The hotel is located in a quiet (almost too quiet) Sanur area and there is a short walk to the beach, though the beach of the hotel isn´t too nice. It was pretty dirty and small with a lot of vendors. But just a few minutes walk to north you can find more nice beach. Our room had a big bathtub and a small […] terrace. The room was nice but a bit worn: there were stains on the couch pillows, cracks in the washbasin cabinet.. Also the towels and linen were pretty dirty, but after all it didn´t bother us. There were hardly no insects in our room thanks for the weekly pesticide. The main pool area and the restaurant was excellent. Also the breakfast was very good. Though the hotel was almost fully booked there was a peaceful atmosphere, which we really enjoyed. Continua a leggere

Although it is definitely not a bad place to stay, there is a lot of other choices for a roughly similar price in the area of Villa Puri Ayu. This hotel is located in a very small street hard to access in a vehicle with more than 2 wheels. It is well located though only a short walk from the beach or from the restaurants/shops on the "main" street. The […] hotel has no charm and amenities are minimal. The rooms are clean but don't expect a view of any kind. The breakfast is rather good but the service is slow: you have to demonstrate patience if you want food that has not yet be brought to the buffet display or if they run out of plates/mugs/fork and knife... Sanur where the hotel located is 40mins drive from the airport. It is a peaceful hotel as it is hiding inside a small path. Ideal for tourist who enjoy the beach, seasports & the surrounding food & beverage outlet. The room and bed is comfortable with kitchen attached. Swimming pool size is just right. The downside is the breakfast service is not up […] to standard as the replenishment is very slow. The 2 waitress was very slow in topping up food as well as cutlery, they normally do so only on guest demand. As the hotel is small with only around 10 guests taking breakfast most of the time. I think such situation should be avoided. During the four days stay I often saw guests ask for cups, plates, cutlery as tables are not properly set up with cutlery after the last guest left. Milk, friuts and some food trays are found empty. As for the room, The drainage in the toilet basin is dead slow. The water supply was cut when I was showering . One side of the tap in the kitchen not functioning well. I will recommend this small cosy hotel to tourist who prefer to stay at Sanur if it can improve on the breakfast sevice and the up keep the room facility. Continua a leggere

A nice boutique hotel, charming cosy and well set up. It is well done and clean. Nice staffs that are personal, friendly and attentive. Small details could make it even nicer: Housekeeping should not make noise -not the slightest as it wakes up guests- in the courtyard early morning and their equipment should not be left visible to guests. I removed […] their broom and leaves fish net out of sight. Poolbed matresses should be cleaned up daily and all water fountains working would be nice. Wireless internet should be accessible 24/7. The private garden of the room could be more decorated and less "cementy". Please add an electronic mosquito repeller in the room.... All very little details that, if adressed, would make a big difference. This said we found everyone willing to provide nice and genuine service. The breakfast lady as well as the receptioninst, the bellboy and the housekeeping were all very pleasant and well mannered. I would say: recommended. Continua a leggere

Decent hotel and reasonable value. Nice pool. Breakfast buffet pretty good, especially fresh eggs. Need to clear out the drains though!

Enjoyed staying here. Pool area and location are good. Staff are nice especially Agung the manager who is welcoming and helpful.

Villa Puri Ayu is situated 50m off the main road of Sanur. As you enter this side road, you are quite uncertain as to what you will be met by. Villa Puri Ayu was a great start to our trip. The staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the Standard double room with en suite bathroom. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The small restaurant next to the pool served a great buffet breakfast. The best hotel we stayed in, in Bali, for sure!

Good villa..

Pipework in shower needs overhaul. Drainage of bath non existant. TV picture so grainy, unable to watch. Bedlight intermittent, could hear sparking in the switch. Mosquito net dirty and had to be removed. Internet poor, kept losing. staff friendly but hotel quality lets, them down.

Close enough to the beach but on a more manageable scale than some of the huge hotels on the beach. Nice staff - good pool

we loved Villa Puri Ayu.. clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff, free bicycles.. will definately be returning next time I visit Sanur

Beatuful hotel in quiet setting, loads of birds and surrounded by jungle. Virtually no tourist traffic, just locals going about their business. Private beach, and only a short walk to restaurants and such. Stunning views. Not for people with disabilities or the elderly or frail, lots of steep steps and pathways. We had the top villa, our legs got plenty […] of exersise. Top villa has trouble with water pressure, and the power cuts periodically, but the staff do their very best - this is Bali, not Sydney! New hotel, so maintenance not a problem at this stage. Breakfasts fantastic, restaurant food good too, as is service in general. Pool also a winner! Overall excellent value for money. great service as soon as we arrived. refreshing drink was brought out to as, we had to what a short while longer to check in than we had previously been told, however once we settled in it was beautiful. Good breakfast service. large pool. all the staff are very friendly and smile.

I had three nights at this hotel as part of a visit to Bali. Arriving at Sanur after the madness of Kuta/Legian was very refreshing, as the area is so much more relaxed without the traffic The resort offers excellent value for money - located just off the main street and halfway down to the beach it is a very relaxed and chilled environment, with […] great, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is built in Balinese architect style giving it a very authentic feel, with bungalows and private villas It is set in lovely tropical gardens, the complex is not large, and unless in private villas would not offer guests a lot of privacy as each bungalow overlooks the others Property offers two pools a reasonable size main pool, with bar and breakfast area attached, and a small plunge pool. There are plenty of pool chairs and lounges to relax on Like most hotels in Bali the property is tired, especially externally, but you need to remember the island is recovering from having lost millions in tourism after the bombings. The rooms are very large and spotlessly clean, with large poster style beds, plenty of storage, air conditioned, cable tv, dvd player, fridge, large bathroom with large bath tub and powerful shower Breakfast is very average but there are so any places to eat I would not rate it as an issue. Stayed for one week in a deluxe room. Room was small, bed was comfortable but there was no suitable furniture to sit & relax. Whenever it rained the access lane flooded making the hotel inaccessible on foot. Water in the large pool was excessively hot, we however enjoyed the smaller pool. Gardens could be improved greatly with some professional care […] and attention. Just stayed one night at the villa complex: - checked in late at night and were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to the Diamond Villa - Grounds were lovely and well kept - Breakfast by the pool was nice and relaxing - Massage was extremely cheap and well worth it - Staff were always pleasant and helpful (day staff was admittedly better […] than nigth staff) Cons: - had arranged to be picked up by the airport however driver was not found, luckily we were not charged for it and the pre-paid taxi system was safe and reliable anyway - Beach not really close to the grounds, fairly difficult to get to in the rainy season without a car as the roads were muddy and flooded Continua a leggere

Puri Ayu was not quite as nice as the photos,alittle on the old side with peeling paint on the walls.Had a huge bath, more like a small swimming pool.The breakfast buffet was fantastic.Swimming pool was excellent.Good budget hotel for a short stay.

although the hotel was hiddous, it took the cab driver a while to find it. Beautiful and relaxing villa, better than expected. We liked the pool a lot, good selection of breakfast, friendly staff. It is good if you are looking for some quiet moments. Bedroom was big and clean, Washroom was semi open with a huge bath tube. 5 mins walk to the beach.

从酒店入口往右边走就是海边，有个沙滩，还有户外美食，可以边吃边吹海风听海浪声，只是沙滩不怎么干净。从酒店入口往左边走到了大路上，两边都是吃的，不用担心吃饭问题，还有个相扑日式料理店，据说主厨是日本人。我们住的是豪华房，一户一个小房子，里面设备也挺全的，还有保险柜和冰箱，室外还有两个小型室外游泳池，工作人员态度也挺热情的，早上有免费的自助早餐，只是吃的每天都是那几样。对了，对于年轻人来说，酒店有免费无线，这点还是很重要的。总的来说，来这度假放松下还是很值的。

Het hotel blijft achter bij de omliggende hotels, door de toegangsweg en door het gebrek aan medewerkers die van aanpakken weten. Aan de weg wordt steeds gewerkt, er waren dagen dat ik er nauwelijks lopen kon zonder een enkel te verzwikken. (Ik realiseer mij dat het hotel daar niets aan kan doen). Maar vooral voor mensen die wat slecht ter been zijn […] is dit hotel absoluut niet geschikt. Iets melden bij de hotelreceptie werd wat lacherig aangehoord en vervolgens werd er weinig mee gedaan. Er is geen strand met stoelen waar gebruik van gemaakt kan worden, ook niet na het gevraagd te hebben. Kamer, badkamer en internetgebruik is prima. Zwembad is prima, met goede bedden en de massages zijn prima en goedkoop. Het is geen hotel wat ik snel nog een keer zal boeken. Continua a leggere

Je recommande tout particulièrement cet hotel personnel très accueillant chaleureux et serviable. Ils nous ont bien aidé à découvrir de très beaux endroits

leuk kleinschalig hotel, vlak aan zee. Aardig personeel, goede bungalow, zeker voor de prijs.

Voorbij lopen zonder te stoppen. Totaal gebrek aan onderhoud binnen en buiten, dit zeker sinds de jaren 60. Het personeel heeft geen notie van hoe zij een klant moeten behandelen, geeft absoluut geen gepaste aandacht. Veel andere hotels in de directe omgeving zijn van veel betere kwaliteit met soms ook een lagere prijzen. Het 3* aangegeven op de website […] is een blamage voor de hotels van dezelfde categorie. 3* onder de minimale gewenste niveau zou beter zou z'n plaats zijn. Continua a leggere

こじんまりとした、日本で言うところの民宿のようなお宿。 一人でゆっくりのんびり過ごすには申し分のないお宿でした。 海辺まで少し歩くので、朝陽をみるためにまだ暗い内に細道をぬけて海辺に向かうのがスリルでした。笑 細道には野犬もいるし。 それ以外はとても快適。 私の訪れた8月末には、私のお部屋の前に、とても大きな美しい桃色の蓮の花が咲いていました。 癒されました。 小さなプールで泳いでいるときはフランジパニを眺めながら楽しめたし、時々遊びに来る小鳥もかわいかったです。 朝食は普通のホテルよりは品数は少ないけど屋外でクラシックが流れる中白人さんに囲まれていただくのはなかなかバリとは思えない趣でした。 ヴィラプリアユ、おすすめです！

Excellent acceuil, staff impécable, petit hotel très agréable avec ses deux piscines, repas servis au bord de la piscine et trés agréable surprise de se retrouver dans une superbe suite sans supplément la chambre louée étant toujours occupée

Good value for the price, staff are very helpful. Breakfast is average, it's a pity coffee is not good. We organized a pickup from the airport but the car was not there when arrival, we took a taxi.

Petit hôtel assez sympathique situé en ville et à 2mn de la plage. Le personnel est attentionné et serviable. Par contre j'avais une chambre assez sombre et plutôt vétuste. L'extérieur est convenable et bien entretenu. l'h^tel est un peu cher pour sa catégorie.

Hotel avec villas typiquement balinais, jardinet privatif avec gazebo, belle chambre,salle de bainà l' exterieur; le depaysement est total et le charme balinais agit. Les petits dejeuners sont bons et copieux. le personnel est tres agréable. La situation de l'hotel est tres bonne, dans le centre, tout pres de la plage et dans un coin tranquille.

房間還蠻小的 但是離海灘很近 附近也有商店跟餐廳很方便 就是感覺挺陽春的 但泳池還不錯 是溫水的

Meer dan redelijke prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Kamers zijn zeer luxe en comfortabel. Service is uitstekend. Dicht in de buurt van het strand en redtaurants. Echte aanrader.
