Il soggiorno ha superato ogni migliore aspettativa. Lo staff è cordiale, disponibile e preparato. La posizione dell'hotel è centrale e il ristorante convenzionato è ottimo. La terrazza panoramica dedicata alla colazione vale il soggiorno e il cibo è vario e di qualità. Segnalo la torta fatta in casa, deliziosa! Le camere sono graziose. La nostra camera era spaziosa e pulita, ma davanti all'ascensore e la mattina c'era un grande via vai degli ospiti che andavano a fare colazione. Inoltre avevamo una porta a specchio che dava sulla cucina della sala della colazione, ma purtroppo non era insonorizzata. Nel bel bagno c'era una bellissima vasca tipo Jacuzzi, ma farsi la doccia era piuttosto […] complicato perche non c'era nessun gancio per attaccare la doccia.. La colazione era all'italiiana ed era buona anche se in alcunii giorni mancavano o frutta o yogurt o altro e l'albergo era al completo. Ci doveva essere l'accesso a internet, ma proprio durante il nostro soggiorno non era accessibile per motivi tecnici. Continua a leggere

L'albergo è nel centro storico della città, a 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal degli aliscafi per le Egadi. Staff veramente cordiale, camere carine, colazione ricca. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo (visto che abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo la settimana di ferragosto).

La struttura è posizionata nel bellissimo centro storico di Trapani,guidando pochi minuti si possono raggiungere le bellezze turistiche di Erice,Mozia e a piedi i moli di attracco delle principali compagnie di navigazione che collegano Trapani alle isole Egadi. Riguardo l'Hotel posso dire di essermi trovato abbastanza bene, ottimo il personale alla […] reception e vorrei evidenziare la cortesia di chi ci ha assistito durante la colazione mattutina facendoci sentire in famiglia. L'unico neo riguarda la connessione a internet,purtroppo durante l'arco della settimana non sono mai riuscito a connettermi,ma credo che ciò sia da imputare più all'operatore telefonico che fornisce la linea ADSL che alla struttura alberghiera. abbiamo soggiornata soltanto una notte in qsto hotel. il giorno dopo siamo andati a favignana. la posizione dell hotel e'startegica per l'imbarco ai traghetti (raggiungibile a piedi in 5min). Se siete fortunati troverete parcheggio nello spiazzale fuori all hotel. colazione abbondante e tutto buonissimo. palazzo vecchio ma camere ben tenute

Excellent small hotel in one of the cleanest cities we have ever visited. Lots to see and do here, and Sicilians are so helpful, it is a joy to be here. Clean and quiet in a good shopping area,due to the cruise ship traffic,we suppose.Food choices are many, but prices are all over the map, so it was better to just eat the stand by Pizza, and save the […] eating adventures for later.Must see mountain top site of Erice!! Would have been five stars in everything except Wifi was out during entire stay and management didn't seem concerned. They should know many people need that.

We ordered a superior room and were shown to a dark, ground floor, self-catering apartment with a separate entrance. The door/window, frosted and emblazoned with the hotel name, opened directly onto the street! Not at all as described or expected. Eventually we were given another room which, although not the superior room which we had paid in advance […] for, was a big improvement. Would recommend it if you are looking for self-catering accommodation. Worst experience of accommodation on our three week trip to wonderful Sicily. Continua a leggere

No one at reception when we arrived. We signed ourselves in after waiting 20 minutes and found our room,!!, They need to warn guests about the parking fines and issues, Our car was towed away !!!. Lovely big room and very clean. Lovely terrace above for breakfast. Breakfast very dry and not great quality.

We stayed in the 4th floor suite which had a lovely balcony. The room was quite spacious and very clean. It had a mini bar as well as a spacious bathroom. The location is excellent for visiting trapani and you are a five minute walk to the port with access to outlining islands such as Favignana. The check in and staff were always courteous and helpful. […] excellent value for money and a simply delightful stay. The cappuccino served at breakfast (included in your stay) is without question the best I ever had. A hotel with heart. The guest house was a good price and nice spacious room with air conditioning. But for such a small town, you could stay closer to the center or on the beach - the front desk had minimal hours and minimal information about tours. Nice little breakfast included. Nice overall but next I'll stay closer in.

We enjoyed our stay in Trapani at Le Chiave di San Francisco. Our room had a wonderful patio. The hotel is close to the harbor for excursions to the Egadi Islands and close to the old town city center. The staff were all friendly and helpful and most spoke English. We also were able to find parking in front of the hotel.

Enjoyed our stay in this individually styled hotel. Helpful staff who arranged transport from the airport upon arrival at a late hour. We were allocated the suite which we found comfortsble and well equipped. The only downside to the stay was the noise from the kitchen and lounge which are situated on the same floor as the suite. We enjoyed our 3 day visit to the San Francisco Hotel in Trapani. Not only was the hotel nicely located in the old town close to the Harbor promenade, restaurants and hydrofoil to the islands but the staff were exceptionally helpful. When we first arrived and were show a room that was very dark, we spoke to Lucia at the front desk and we had an incredible […] room with view, fireplace, jacuzzi and private terrace overlooking the town and its churches. Lucia and the owners had upgraded us. The breakfast on the terrace was very relaxing with yogurt, cappucino, fruit cereals and and pastries - all fresh. It was a great visit. Continua a leggere

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. It was the perfect place to relax on the top-floor garden rooms or take a short walk to nice shops and churches in the old town. We stayed here for our first night in Sicily which we planned to spend mostly on the Egadi islands. It was well located in the old town and near the ferries. We got a huge room which was comfortable and clean. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay more pleasant. We were leaving early in the morning and would be missing breakfast. They actually brought food to our room the night before. A romantic weekend away. We actually stayed in 2 different rooms both of which were nice and big with ensuite and even a seperate living room! Very nice breakfast balcony although the breakfast was average.

This hotel has an elevator in the middle of the foyer, just like the movies. Tres elegant :). Great location in the old town. So beautiful at night. Lots of families strolling about to eat, drink, and enjoy the night Med air.

Hotel was easy to find and well placed in the centre of Trapani. Room was large with a comfortable bed, we enjoyed the use of a full sized fridge in the kitchen area. Reception staff were very polite and helpful, as were all the staff throughout the hotel. Room was very clean, shower only in bathroom but great water pressure so that was not a problem. […] Lots of clean soft towels available. The hotel tries to be a 4 star, but it's really a upper-class 2-star or lower-end 3-star. Rooms are small, bathrooms are tiny, breakfast is fast-food quality (worse than you can get in any bar around Trapani). My recommendation: if you are looking for a cheap, clean place on the way to Egadi Islands, this could be it. It's close to the port and it's […] very decent. But don't be fooled, it's no Hilton. This hotel was just fantastic. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and located right near the port to the Egadi Islands. The room for 3 was like a suite with a kitchen, sleeper living room, and a bedroom. The air conditioning worked well and the breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel in Sicily.

The service was excellent. Everyone in the hotel had great suggestions for the area restaurants and beaches nearby. The location was wonderful, right by the port and near where the boats for the islands leave. The room was large and in great condition. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody thinking of going to Trapani.

This is a lovely hotel in the old centre. The decor is very pleasant, and feels very much in harmony with Sicilan appartments in this area. Our room faced the street, but was very quiet, with a huge bed and massive bathroom. Very pleasant staff who went out of their way to help us out with queries. The hotel is located in the old part of town, next door to sights , shops and nice restaurants. It is 3 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment at the hotel was spacious and good value for money. The rooftop terrace is a big bonus. There was quite a lot of noise during the night from traffic etc, but I guess this is to be expected when staying […] in the city centre. A small hotel in a good central position in the old town. Apartment for 4 people was comfortable, with air conditioning, fridge etc. No window in bathroom was the only negative. Breakfast was adequate, although a lot of cake. Trapani has some beautiful buildings/churches and is pleasant to walk around. Recommend taking the cable car to Erice, fantastic […] views. Also visited Favignana island which we enjoyed. You can hire a bike for 4 euros a day whilst there. We took the bus to Palermo (as trains do not seem to run frequently and take longer than the bus). Det hele startede godt. En time efter bestiilling (søndag eftermiddag) blev jeg ringet op af hotellet, der tilbød at hente os i lufthavnen. Det havde vi dog ikke brug for, da vi havde lejet bil. Hotellet ligger fint midt i Trapani by tæt på handelsgader og restauranter. Det er rent og pænt på hotellet, og morgenmaden er fin: yoghurt, corn flakes, toastbrød, […] kager, frugt, frisk kaffe og juice. Vi havde et værelse på første sal. Det var lidt mørkt, da det kun havde et vindue ud mod en smal baggård. På etagerne ovenover er det mere lyst. Hotellet har en tagterasse på fjerde sal, hvor morgenmaden serveres, og hvor man kan sidde f.eks. om eftermiddagen og nyde udsigten ud over byens tage og havet. Continua a leggere

Dejligt ophold. Den eneste mangel var at der ikke var brød tl morgenmad, men kun kager og tørt toast

Hotellet ligger bra till för shopping, restauranger och sevärdheter och även för att ta lokalbussen till flygplatsen. Hotellet tillhandahåller transfer till flygplatsen men är dyrt om man bara är två personer. Vi blev väl bemötta i receptionen då vi ville byta rum och skälet till det var att några rum är väldigt mörka.

Plus- Trevligt hotell, rent, byte av handdukar dagligen, bra transport till/från flygplats, nära till det mesta, trevlig frukostterass, trevlig personal Minus - mycket trång duschkabin i badrummet, oljud från fönstret när man gick på golvet bredvid, lite TV, ingen fönsterutsikt alls

Hotelli oli kovin meluisa: liikenteen melua, toisista huoneista kuului ääniä, vesiputket, suihkut, wc äänekkäitä. Aamupalalla on paljon erilaisia makeita kakkuja. Huone oli tilava ja siisti. Hotelli on keskellä vanhaa Trapania. Siinä ei ole parveketta. Huoneen ikkunasta näkyi vain suljetulle sisäpihalle.

Vi tycker att frukosten på takterrassen var fantastisk, mycket gott att äta och härlig utsikt.

Litt overrasket over standarden utfra meget høye score for anbefaling, men helt ordinært. Mye bråk fra gaten på morgensiden med feiebil etc.

Perfekt hotell i Trapani Här är det nära till allt. Gå på morgonen ner till fiskhamnen och på kvällen till någon av vinbarerna. Se bara upp med var du parkerar bilen för det är städdag och då flyttar polisen bilar som står fel vilka kan lösas ut med €35 i andra änden av stan.

Hotellets beliggenhed er perfekt, i en rolig del af byen, tæt ved havn, fiskerihavn og gågaderne. Et minus er, at der er meget lydt. OK morgenmad efter italienske forhold.

I Trapanis gamla gränder i väster nära bad och restauranger. Trafik i enkelriktade labyrinter. Inga byggkranar i sikte, men lågaktiv hamn nära. Utflyktsmål inom 5 mil, tex San Vito Lo Capo i NO. Mysig frukost på terassen, bra rum med kök (utan utrustning) men kyl o frys. Daglig städning och noll kackerlackor. Gott bemötande och god service. . Trevligt hotell med bra läge och hjälpsam personal. Vi bodde i "sviten" som var ett normalstort hotellrum. Poängen med rummet var den stora soliga terrassen. Dock var hotellet extremt lyhört. Vårt rum gränsade till köket vilket gjorde att man vaknade i god tid före frukosten på grund av aktiviteterna i köket. Frukosten är en kakbuffe. Inga ägg, inget […] kött och totalt fiberfri. Kom i tid om du vill ha yoghurt och flingor. Kaffet är bra! Badrummet är fint men vid en närmare titt ser man att det håller på rasa samman - lampor, handfat, toalett mm sitter oroväckande löst. Det trådlösa nätverket fungerar bara på fjärde våningen - där sviten ligger. Jag tycker hotellet inte motsvarar mer än tre stjärnor. Continua a leggere

Lyhört med extremt höga ljud vid spolning på toa o dusch, kass frukost och dyr kostnad för transporten till o från flyget. Trevlig personal, bra läge fin takterass.
