Ottimo Inglese, ottima colazione a buffet.

We enjoyed the hotel and the food! It is very quiet so we had a good sleep, and teh food is amazing! There is a shuttle bus runs between the hotel and shinnjuku station, so not that bad even its a bit far.
Good location, excellent service. Very convenient to go to the hotel from the airport.
"Great location"
We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Tokyo. The staff are so incredibly helpful, and met our every need during our stay. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, and the lounge was a relaxing place to end a busy day. Overall we loved our time at the Hilton Tokyo.
"Hilton Tokyo"
We were a family of four and enjoyed the spacious room with great views of the city. The staff were very helpful and happily organised 2 beds to be brought in for our teenagers. We enjoyed the gym and swimming pool and the fact it was close to Starbucks! The free bus to the train station was reliable and comfortable. We assumed we would have had free […] WIFI in our rooms considering the price we paid for the room so our teenagers were pretty disappointed. Continua a leggere

This is a fantastic place to stay during our Tokyo vacation. The staff's service was great. They were trying to help in every way. We enjoyed staying there very much and we will choose this hotel again.
"3 night stay at Hilton Tokyo"
We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Shinjuku, and found the service to be great, as always with the Hilton. The location in Shinjuku is about a 1km to main areas and the Shinjuku station. The Hilton is probably a bit older than other Hilton's I have stayed at recently, however the rooms were nice. The rooms are smaller than other Hiltons, however probably […] large for Tokyo and compared to other places I have stayed in Tokyo. Continua a leggere
"Brilliant Hotel with Impeccable Service"
Perfect spot for any length of stay in Tokyo. Frequent courtesy bus to & from hotel to Shinjuku Station makes it so convenient. The hotel is gorgeous, rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. Beds are large and comfortable. Staff are outstanding from the welcome porters through check-in & all throughout hotel. Special mention for Shinji at the […] Executive lounge, he was absolutely fantastic and speaks perfect english for those a little overwhelmed. Extremely helpful with local advice about districts, transport, etc and a really great bloke. The best executive lounge experience bar none, and really great value at only a little more than usual rooms. Highly recommended. Some more general advice for Aussie travellers: don't be put off using the cabs, no more expensive than in Oz, just check that you have a good idea of the distances involved, and avoid peak hours and you will be very happy, the drivers know all the main attractions or shopping districts and will drop you to the door. That being said, the JR train lines are perfect, use the Yamanote Line and you can't go wrong, it does a large ring about Tokyo CBH and all the stations are dead in the middle of each district either for shopping, or Temples/Shrines, or Sumo. Definitely consider getting a Japan Rail Pass (only available before you get to Japan). No tickets to worry about, all JR included, except the two fastest Bullet trains, and great value with unlimited use. Also if you can, you must get to the Sumo tournament if one is on when you are in Japan. Tickets are available online, get seats in A section on first floor: perfect. Continua a leggere
"Hilton Shinjuku"
Great Hotel, Great Amenities, Non Smoking Room was clearly smoking. had a great stay besides the choking smell of smoke i encountered every time i went into my "non-smoking" room. I was even assured at check in that the floor had been smoking previously, which is why my room may smell, a tactic I'm sure to dilute expectations. But there was no way […] that the room had been nonsmoking within any recent time period - pretty disappointing. Continua a leggere
"Hilton Tokyo Shinjuku - very convenient"
We had a great stay at the Hilton. We stayed in a Deluxe King room which was very spacious and very comfortable. Shinjuku station was less than 10 minutes walk away and the hotel operates a free shuttle bus between the hotel and bus stop 21 outside Keio Dept Store at Shinjuku station. The shuttle ran every 20 minutes from around 7am to almost 10pm. […] It was great to be able to take the shuttle back to the hotel with lots of luggage or shopping bags! Its at the quieter side of Shinjuku which was nice as you can have a good nights sleep. Only hiccup we had was that we arranged the airport limousine bus transfers and the concierge got the time wrong. It was fixed very quickly by the front desk staff when the mistake was discovered. Interior of room a little dated, although renovations planned for 2012 I believe. Staff were great. Shinjuku a great area for night life. Nishi-shinjuku metro station connects underground to hotel, so easy to access other areas of Tokyo. I would stay there again.
"Hilton Tokyo in West Shinjuku"
Great service, very helpful and proactive staff. The only setback is the shuttle service to and from hotel and shinjuku train station. Can be improved by operating the service earlier in the morning and ending it later in the night. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Can expect an enjoyable and peaceful stay there.

"Hilton, Tokyo, Shinjuku"
Internet access is generally not as great since I expected better for a Tokyo hotel. The hotel charges YEN 1680 approximately +/- USD 22.00 (at current exchange) rates per day for this service. The staff are generally very polite and very helpful and were a pleasure to deal with. My stay was generally good and the only downside was the cost of internet […] access, which I gather is generally a problem in Tokyo (ironic isnt it) Continua a leggere
"Hilton Tokyo"
Front desk staff was very professional and polite. They upgraded me to an executive room and let me check in early early at 10am to rest since I was tired out from taking an overnight flight. Hotel is conveniently located to the main shinjuku shopping district. It has a free shuttle to the shinjuku main train station, and shopping area. Rooms are clean, […] but the bathroom was rather small. Continua a leggere

"Buisness and pleasure"
I stayed at the Tokyo Hilton hotel for 5 full days and have never been as satisfied as I was with everything. Even during the hottest days with the countries electrical problems I was very comfortable. I couldn't praise the staff enough for the spectacular service and their good english. The ease to get back to Narita airport by the shuttle helped out […] a lot. Location was in a very nice area with lots to see. My first trip to Tokyo but if I ever get there again I will stay at the Tokyo Hilton. Continua a leggere

"Hilton Tokyo, Shinjuku"
Very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Minor complication with our bookings but was quickly resolved without issue. The rooms were very comfortable, and the location convenient. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Shibuya station but they do run a free shuttle service every 20 minutes. We also used the indoor swimming pool which was good.
. We even tried the room dinning , gym and pool , so far everything was perfect and we had a very pleasent stay

"Great room for the money"
I paid for 4 nights at a King Executive room. It was very nice, convenient, and the staff are really nice and helpful. Highly recommend it to everyone.
"International luxury with Japanese accents."
An extraordinary view, comfortable room, multi-cultural breakfast buffet, and a terrific concierge staff.
"Great Location"
Loved the area, Shinjuku has it all. Easy to get around, easy to Narita
"Needs Major Improvement"
This hotel was old. My room felt like it was built in the 70s and nothing was changed since then. Carpet had stains and the room smelled funny. The picture from their website is not the room they provided. It was terrible. I'm not sure why people rave about this place but I would never stay here again. Service was so so. It depended on who helped you. […] Some were rude and some were extremely nice. I stayed at Hyatt in Kyoto and Mariott in Shanghai prior days and I was extremely satisfied with the quality and the service I received. Continua a leggere
"Excellent hotel and location"
I've stayed for business across the street at the Century Hyatt on many occassions. I selected the Hilton as I was booking through Hotels.com and the Hyatt wasn't an option. The hotel price and location are great. The free shuttle to Shinjuku station and airport bus make it very conveninient. You can also walk a 100 yards to a number of excellent […] restaurants. The hotel options for food, drinks, exercise are also very good. I will stay there every time I am back in Tokyo. Continua a leggere
"Hilton Tokyo"
Frukosten bra men svindyr! Continua a leggere
"Muy a gusto"
cómodo, bien ubicado, amplio, buen servicio.
"Nice hotel - but with some lacks"
Nice hotel, with very good room standards, great views from the higher floors, and bus connection to Narita Airport. However, no free internet (as seen on other hotels) and a (very) expensive minibar.
"Excellent Customer Service"
We had forgotten to retrieve our passports and tickets in the safe deposit box before check-out on 6/July/2009. One of the front-desk staff, Mr. Tamara, and the housekeeping department went out their way to help us and got our travelling dcouments back just in time. Many thanks to them and to Hilton Shinjuku Tokyo.
