"A not-so-restful stay."
The bed was uncomfortable and the number comfort system broken. The television repeatedly went off and we had to unplug it to reset it. The business center was over-run with pre-teen girls playing on the internet. Periodically, several of these girls would run down the hall screaming and then slam a door. "Xmas 2011"
When we got the the room to go to bed, our sheets were disgusting. There were blood stains and various other debris left behind. The manager quickly brought us new sheets, but we had to change them ourselves. The staff was sparce. The pillows and bedding is not confortable at all. The rooms need an update. I would recommend anyone staying here if they were going to the Cajundome for an concert/event. The price wasnt bad and it was very convenient. The people that worked there were very very sweet! I would come again.

Nice place, a bit out of the way for downtown. Bar was small and closed at 10 pm? Breakfast was good!
The staff was amazing, very helpful and nice. It was quite pleasant to be in a hotel that the staff was so friendly. I will be back to this hotel next time I am in Laffayette, Louisiana.

Even though I only live 40 minutes away, this is a must stay after concerts. Located right across the street from the Cajundome. The suites are huge, everything is clean and I will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel elavator was down for repairs. Very slow Cable went out - not their fault but detracks from the stay. Average location
"soccer all star game stay"
Hotel was extremely accomodating for our group who had to hang out all day. It was hot outside, and they let us hang out in the lobby. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean. no noise.

I always seek out and stay at Hilton properties and specifically HGI's. I may have to cross this one off my list. The front desk clerk was not very helpful and seemed to be put off that i reserved and paid for my room through Hotels.com. Even thought i reserved and paid for a standard room, the clerk put me into a hadicap Accessible room. To make it […] worse, he did not tell me he was putting me into a HA room. I did not find out until I moved all my paperwork, luggage, etc into the room. I had to go back to the front desk to ask why i was placed in a HA room, he admitted they had standard rooms available but would not move me to a new room. Continua a leggere
"Needs updating"
What is it with Hotels and Hot tubs? This makes the 4th out of 5 hotels in the last 6 months that the Hot tub was not working. Staff was friendly. The Room seemed out dated. The T.V.'s were the old tube type and the picture was not that clear. Bathroom looked like somthing out of the 70's. Hot water would cycle on/off. "Hilton Garden in Lafayette- good deal"
This was a wonderful hotel. We stayed here for an overnight in town to see family and found it very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was extremely nice but a little pricey. The only complaint my wife had was that the bed was harder on one side than the other (she wanted my side). I slept like a baby. We will go back again.

Nice hotel, new rooms, good food but there was no hot water and the AC was very noisy on and off all night long.

The rooms were very comfortable. All the amenities in the rooms made for a very pleasant stay. The beds and pillows were great. The staff was extremely helpful and informative about the area. I would definately recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel was really nice and the location was excellent. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Lafayette. Our only concer was that we had asked for a non-smoking room and the smell of cigarette smoke was really bad when we went into the room. After a while we got use to it. "Great room for the money...but Pool was cold...breakfast slow"
We were very satified with the price we paid for our king suite. The room was spacious and the ammenties very nice. The only complaints was that the inside pool was very cold and the hot tub was not hot. Even after asking the maintenance staff to look at both, no difference was seen. We also found breakfast in the downstairs restraunt very disorganized...not […] worth the price or wait. However, the entire staff was very nice and the room was nice. Continua a leggere

"Mycket prisvärt"
Jättefint hotell med bra service. Rummet var fräscht och rent. Alla är trevliga och hjälpsamma. Det finns pool och jacuzzi som man har gratis tillgång till, plus internet är gratis vilket jag aldrig sett förut på ett hotell. Rekommenderar gärna detta hotell till alla. Vi var där med ett litet barn vilket gick utmärkt.
