Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 25 dic 2012Ho soggiornato una notte in questo albergo nel mio viaggio attraverso gli states e sono stata colpita piacevolmente dalla cortesia del personale in reception e dalla camera silenziosa, pulita, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo direi! E nei dintorni abbiamo pure trovato un tipico locale texano dove abbiamo mangiato a meraviglia!

Prezzi di listino un po alti rispetto alla struttura ma se si trovano offerte commerciali il rapporto qualità prezzo diventa interessante. Fatevi due chiacchere con Lenny in reception!

A weight room includes circuit machines, free weights, and a high-definition TV. Locker rooms have steam rooms, and complimentary use of locks. Overall property is very nice. The towels were a little thin and thread bear for the type of property. The bar food was very good and the wine excellent. "Relaxing with friends and family"
My guests and I have all great things to say about our stay at the Grand Hyatt. The staff was always available, willing to help and fulfilling any request. The food was satisfying and it was more than we were able to eat. It was not totally sound proof but the slight bit of noise was not disruptive. Lovely lovely hotel especially if you are leaving from Terminal D where it is located. Top dining and food. Staff very very nice and if you are a guest and leaving from D they give you a card to go through the First Class baggage section with no hassles. The rooms were exceptional and very modern even to the point of having a yoga mat hanging in the […] closet. If you are travelling on business or pleasure and laying over a couple of days in the Dallas area this hotel does the job. This hotel looks brand new. Clean, comfortable, very modern rooms. Fitness club, bar, restaurant, convenient access to everything. Very helpful and friendly staff. "Nice hotel but needs price correction for food"
Lack of options on the menu for grabbing a quick meal at the bar. For sit down meals, I paid $29 for a two-egg breakfast. Give me a break. Beautiful airport hotel. Asked for a crib for our baby. When we arrived to the room there was not only a crib but also her own little toiletries (baby soap, baby lotion, & baby powder), two wash clothes, a sweet teddy bear, a bottle warmer, and a diaper genie. "Loved waking up and walking to the gate"
We were in Dallas for a football game at Cowboys Stadium. Easy drive to stadium and downtown area. Going through the toll station every time we left was a pain but not a big deal if you get your ticket validated, which we forgot twice at $7/each. Breakfast was delicious. Nice bar/lounge area with a limited menu. Coffee cafe opens at 4:30a. No "true" […] spa but offer spa services which was a good service for the price. Steam room was operational but nothing extravagant. Rooftop pool was small but well kept. Our favorite part was waking up 1 hour before departure, grabbing a coffee and walking to our gate (about 10 minutes). That was totally worth the inconvenience of the airport toll station. We had stayed here many times before and on that basis had high expectations of near-perfection. However, they were not able to accommodate our requested room location except in a room that doubled as a conference room, complete with large oval table, and a roll-away for one of the beds.
