La posizione dell'Hotel è molto buona, vicino al Gate of India, il servizio è adeguato e la prima colazione al roof restaurant molto piacevole, per la bella vista sul mare; considerato il costo, non ha nessuno spazio per soffermarsi, a parte il roof restaurant

Durante la visita di Mumbai, non dimenticare la spiaggia di Juhu, una lunga striscia di sabbia che congiunge Santacruz a Vile Parle e che costituisce, sulle rive del mar Arabico, la spiaggia più rinomata della capitale economica dell'India, Mumbai. È un punto privilegiato da cui ammirare il tramonto gustando degli spuntini tipici di Mumbai, come ad esempio il bhelpuri e il pani puri. Con un po' di fortuna è persino possibile riuscire ad assistere alle riprese di qualche scena di un film di Bollywood. Per i bambini vengono organizzate, tra le numerose attività di intrattenimento, passeggiate sulla spiaggia di Juhu in groppa a cavalli, asini o cammelli. Le strade pullulano di venditori, chioschi che vendono cibo e parchi divertimento.

"JW Marriott Mumbai"
We chose to see the New Year in at this hotel. It's a lovely hotel, staff are friendly and location for us was ideal. We got to check in and were told our category of rooms were not available. After a lot of discussions we felt we had to accept the lower category of room so we were on a lower floor. In fairness we were offered complimentary use of the […] executive lounge but this was not beneficial to us so they gave us early check in for free. All this at point of check in put us off as it was confirmed by Hotels.com with two members of staff at the hotel who had guaranteed executive inter connectiing rooms and complimentary airport transfers. Even at check out I had to point out to them that they had charged me for the airport transfer which subsequently they removed. Inadequate sized vehicle used to collect us from the airport, so they took us to the airport in a Range Rover with a boot that almost jammed as we were getting out at the airport. The children loved the pool but we were disappointed that the jacuzzis were not working. Breakfast was lavish. The food for the New Year's eve party was beautifully laid out -pity there was a lack of egg free cakes. All in all a great hotel but the team need to learn about customer satisfaction. "JW Marriott Mumbai - first class all the way"
If cost is not an issue, then this is a superb hotel in an excellent location - on Juhu Beach, not too far from the airport and within fairly easy reach of all Mumbai has to offer. Can't think of any faults, but the size and modern decor can seem a bit clinical. Some may prefer something like the Taj Palace Hotel for that reason.

If heaven exists, then it is the JW Marriott Mumbai. The most stunning, beautiful, adorable hotel in the entire world. We Booked 3 nights, extended this to 5 as did not want to leave! Will be coming back here every year for the rest of our lives! x
"Great hotel but be wary of room sizes"
Overall it's a fantastic hotel. From the airport pickup, to the speedy check-in, you'll find the hotel is geared yp to 5 star service. The staff are extremely courteous at all times. We ate a superb meal in Spices restaurant which I highly recommend. Breakfast in thee morning was grand, and I strongly advocate this. The only criticism I had was the […] size of the bedroom we were given. We booked a 'Deluxe' room but it felt more like a standard room. The bathroom was described on hotels.com website as having a separate bath and shower, but we found it to be a shower over bath set up, which was something I specifically didn't want. I raised this at check out and was told that it was a hotels.com mistake. One small tip, if you join the Marriots reward programme you get free wifi, which is a great reward. Continua a leggere
"needs update"
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I must say this hotel is fine but it needs some updating. For the competition around India from other hotel chains ( i.e. the Leela Palace) The Marriott offers no grand service for the price it charges. It's not dirty it's just worn out.. "Hilton in Saket in Delhi"
I found the hotel stay very pleasant.Staff were extra helpful and the free internet service was awesome.Food was excellent. The only drawback was that I was charged for 2 dinners in one night and did not realise until later. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi.

This is a great hotel. It is an oasis in the busy city of Mumbai. Great facilities and the Spa is the best I have experienced. The staff were great and extremely helpful.
