The front desk clerk seemed more interested in assisting someone on phone rather than to our needs as we stood in front of them. I went up for assist & was 'dismissed'-when my husband showed up-it was all BUSINESS-!!!! Morning clerk a little more into her computer than having coffee ready for morning guests....breakfast not much on fresh fruit-all had […] bruises or were rotting already!! I booked the room for Mr. Maurier and his comment was that it was no better than say Super 8 or Motel 6. You might want to check for updates that could make your place more inviting

We arrived and even though there was only one person in front of us, it took almost 20 minutes to check in. No big deal, except in the room we found a dirty washrag hanging from the shower curtain rod as well as other unmentionable hairs in the tub. For 24 hours, there was a bedspread in the hall by our door...why? I don't know. I assume it was dirty, […] but why wasn't it taken away? Kinda gross. Breakfast consisted of few edible items, not as advertised. I usually love the fun waffle machines in hotels, but their waffle mix was lumpy and then watery...waffles didn't work. There wasn't much else for breakfast, except breads and gravy. I ended up going across the street to Safeway to get breakfast. Overall, pretty disappointing. Continua a leggere

Rooms were clean...refer was not cold when we arrived. TV was old; should be a flat screen by now. The clerk was very helpful however, when we needed some food in the evening in order to take medication.

A couple of the staff were very helpful when our room didn't get cleaned and we needed transportation help. The General Manager is flighty.

No ice machine on the third floor. Sub par breakfast. The pillows are sub par. A clean room. The front office person was friendly, but overwhelmed, being the only staff on duty. Needs up grading.

Lobby and entry were clean, halls narrow and dated. Carpet dingy. Room was adequate but furniture and carpet were stained. Bathroom small. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Location was 5 miles from major interstate but near some places to eat and shopping.

An older property overdue for renovation. Bed, furniture, TV, and bath were old and well used. The breakfast was minimul. Hallways were dark and not very inviting.

the skirting around the box springs was really dirty. someone spilled something between the night stand and the bed that wasn’t cleaned up, it was pretty disgusting. the comforters had hair on them. yuk. the rooms were small and your counter help(one guy), although polite was trying to answer 3 phones and run the counter so there was a pretty long wait […] to get checked in. my key cards stopped working after the first day so i had to stand in line again to get them reissued and the pop machine was empty. It was a room with a bed (not very comfortable). Lots of confusion at check in, and no one available to check out even after waiting, using the call phone...seems odd that noone there to check you out when its "check out time"! Probably would not stay here again.

Hotel was decent all-around but the Breakfast bar was sub-par.

Better attention to the breakfast would have been appreciated. Someone left a waffle to burn in the waffle maker and staff just bypassed it as they took care of everything else. It was taken care of by the next morning, but no one else was able to use the maker that day. It was very unfortunate since there are limited options.

The lady that chcked me in was very rude!!!! I was early and told her that I wold come back later but she said it was o.k. Then the rudeness started, she first said that the credit card was declined. I started to explain to her that I had already paid and she started yelling saying not my card but the one for hotels.com. I said o.k but don't yell at […] me. She then said that she needs to get paid. I told her that was her problem not mine all I wanted was my room. She then huffed a few times and I ask if there was a problem? While huffing and looking away from she said NO. If I hadn't already paid for this room I would have left. She then told me about the hot breakfast that will be served in the morning including biscuits and gravy. Well, we went down for breakfast and there was no biscuits and gravy. My sheets were either not changed before my arrival OR stained, either way I asked them to be changed which they did, promptly, but it had already left a yechy taste in my mouth. I needed a small safety pin or sewing kit and was shocked that the front desk has neither. Coffee cups were not replenished when my room was cleaned. All that being said, it […] was comfortable, the shower was hot, and I was able to sleep at night. The daily breakfast was nothing to get excited about - some fresh fruit and a yogurt option would have been nice - we don't all want bread and pancakes! The hotel wasn't great, but it wasn't bad, either. It wasn't top of the line, but it was ok, it had a good bed, the shower was ok, and I had a place to sleep for the evening.

As we drove up, I noticed that the hotel didn't look as nice as the pictures, but it was still nice. The room was clean and well kept, the staff was friendly, and the family enjoyed the breakfast.

the breakfast room was rather filthy both mornings, and the pillows were really small (don't forget your own pillow). But the beds were awesome. The location is very convenient and near shopping, food and fort missoula.

My spouse and I stayed there only one night and cannot really say much, but our room was clean, the receptionist was friendly and we didn't have any problems with checking in or checking out. Although we didn't find anything interesting around the hotel, but it depends. E.g., there are a couple of casinos, so you might like it. We would recommend that […] hotel to others. There was no double bed rooms so we had to have people sleeping on the floor. Staff was good about getting cots but rooms were not really big enough to put them up.

The hotel was fine as long as you don't need to be near downtown or the campus. It was rather difficult to find as the street names seem to change when you exit the freeway and cross the river. Print out a good map or get detailed directions. Lot's of typical mall junk in the nearby area. There are decent restaurants within walking distance.

They were wonderful, especially for a Holiday weekend...we stayed for 6 nights and they made sure we had everything we could possibly need/want each morning. If i could change anything, it would be that the car wash next door would not open until after 10am. But as it was, no one really was there before 8am and we were already getting up. This hotel was not dirty, but for the price it was not worth it. I should have paid a bit more and stayed at a nicer place. There was no pool/hot tub which was disappointing as well.
