Ottimo il servizio, così come il soggiorno e il personale. Numerosi i vantaggi offerti dalla struttura, come la carta per i trasporti pubblici compresa nel prezzo e altri vantaggi utili per l'ambientazione. Consigliabile a chiunque, visto anche il prezzo molto ragionevole.

This hotel is in a great location, right in Geneva, which is a very walkable city. We walked all over town from here. The comfort of the room and the amenities are standard for European hotels, but I'll confess my bias for large American hotel beds and nice shower heads, neither of which this hotel has. No WiFi in the room, only in the reception area. Warm and nice room. Convenient location for public transport, close to the rout of the airport bus no. 10. Breakfast was good but extremely expensive. Alternatives found in nice cafes in the neighborhood.

Was not in the nicest of areas--all that was open to eat at night was a mcdonalds. Desk was not very friendly when we arrived at night or when we left in the morning. Our room was small. Supposedly newly renevated but that was almost 10 years ago! Pillow menu was non-existent--we only had ONE pillow and had difficulty retrieving another one. We left […] pressed for time, and directions to bus stop were incorrect (well, it was a bus stop, but for the wrong bus--ended up having to take a taxi). I was a little hesitant about this hotel because of patchy reviews but I needn't have worried. I really liked it - lovely room, the reception was stunning and ultra helpful and polite staff. My room was on the first floor at the front of the hotel on the main road so I was slightly worried about noise from the road but no such problem - there was absolute […] silence. Ok the area isn't the nicest but it perfectly located from a public transport (bus direct to the airport/UN and trams to the old town) and supermarket point of view and as a lone female I didn't at any time feel unsafe. I would encourage you to give this hotel a go, it is about the cheapest in Geneva but this was in no way refelected by the hotel itself. Continua a leggere

Stayed on New Years Day 2012. The receptionist was not prepared to deal with the hotel guests. He was rude and not able to answer properly the questions asked. Information about the hotel facilities needed to be constantly asked in order to get information needed. It was not a behavior expected in a 4 start hotel.

The man at reception couldn't have been more helpful. Then to make things even better he gave us a a free upgrade!

Comfortable, warm and friendly. Not in a brilliant location, but only a short tram ride from the centre. We didn't eat at all at the hotel, so I can't comment on that.

Hotel room looked, old and shabby, with various things not working and they did not get fixed. Staff were friendly, but some members of staff were unapproachable. The hotel needs some money spent on it as the tired rooms let it down. Menu needs to cater for vegetarians.

The staff could not have been more helpful. They were cheery and informative and gave us a tremendous amount of care. the hotel needs work. Wallpaper falling off walls, carpets dirty in rooms, paint pealing on ceilings and walls. Hotel is not convenient to train or airport really.

On arrival the person on reception was very helpful and provided us with all the information we required. We stayed in a very confortable and nicely decorated room. The overall feel of the hotel is good. It is well located, within easy access of the town centre, especially if you take the tram which has a stop just round the corner from the hotel.

Small but well-cared for hotel is close to the downtown area and UN. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If not included (ours wasn't) the breakfast is very expensive but there are good options nearby. The wireless internet options from Swisscom were ridiculously unhelpful but worked ok.

I found this hotel to be in a great location with friendly staff. The beds are not the most comfortable in the world but were better than some others I've had to sleep in. The staff was great as answering transportation questions and was accommodating with all other requests also. Near train station and airport by bus system.

Stayed here on a short trip to Geneva. Room was huge and bright, with a view over the courtyard. Everything clean and comfortable. Only real downside was the lack of free wi-fi. There is a PC and printer with free internet in the lobby, though. Stair carpet to 1st floor is worn and shabby, but everything else was lovely. If breakfast is not included […] (mine was not), you can get good coffee and croissants at the TriGal cafe 50m down the street. Tout etait parfait, sauf au déjeuner la receptionniste parlait très mal le français et nous pas du tout l'anglais...

La encargada de la limpieza se olvida de dejar el Nescafe, azucar, etc.para poder usar la cafetera eléctrica y hay que perseguirla para que lo traiqan todos los dias, el jaboncito del baño es microscópico y la ducha tiene poca potencia, aun asi el baño es lujoso y pulcro, al igual que las tohallas. Las llamadas por TE son pagas y no lo in forman por […] escrito, y caras, aun dentro de la ciudad de Ginebra, abstenerse de usarlo. Eso si te informan que las llamadas de cuarto a cuarto son gratis!!! !Lo bueno es que te brindan un pase de bus gratis a tu nombre por la duracion de los dias de estadía. Esta situado a dos cuadras de una avenida por la que pasan los bus y tranvias que en pocos minutos te dejan en el centro. Si se resolvieran estos mínimos detalles es un hotel recomendable. La ubicación del hotel excelente, cercano a facilidades de transporte, de hecho la ruta 11 pasa al frente y a doscientos metros se ubica una estación en donde circulan varias rutas del tranvía. El trato del personal del hotel de lo mejor. Personal de recepción sumamente afable y ascequible.

Dette hotellet kan vi anbefale ved besøk i Geneve. Store rom, god service og god beliggenhet.

Excelente calidad de la habitación y del hotel, su personal nos ayudo para saber movernos en el transporte publico y sacarle ventaja a nuestra visita a Ginebra, Suiza.
