L'hotel Crown Inn comprende anche un ristorante al 1° piano ed un bar al piano terra. Non tutte le stanze sono dotate di aria condizionata, solo quelle posizionate neel'area nuova dove si trova una zona relax con divanetti.L'hotel è collocato a soli 300mt. dalla stazione centrale ( treni e pullman) ed a 400 mt. dalla zona pedonale ricca di negozi nel […] pomeriggio (orari 10.00-17.00) e di locali pomeridiani e serali (orari 11.00-02.00). Ideally situated in the city centre with all kinds of amenities nearby (for a single late twentysomething), good clean hotel with typically very helpful staff who always have a happy face for you (unless that's just the receptionists). There were however more than a few downsides. The toilet flush sounds more like a knackered old car trying to rev […] itself crazy in neutral and even occasionally barks at you at all hours for no apparent reason. Add on top of that the fact that each and every morning without fail at around 4am there was constantly someone on the floor below noisily rearranging furniture (it sounded like), banging doors/ items etc loudly. It all meant that getting a solid undisturbed night's sleep was very unlikely especially once the kitchen staff added their weight around 6 or 7 am. I'd managed to avoid having a room facing the busy square and all it's bars so had expected a relatively quiet room only to find myself above the restaurant adjoining the kitchen. Continua a leggere

I stayed here 3 nights. On 2 of these I was not able to get a good nights rest. One night I was woken up at 2am by the XXX of the people in the room next door. The following night (a Friday night) both neighboring rooms were rented out to people who were partying until 3am yelling, making noise, slamming doors. When I called the front desk around 12am […] to complain, a guy answered who said the people were just checking in and the noise should subside shortly. Not so, and the door slamming and screaming went on until after 3am. Additionally, the hotel was old, the room did not have a very clean appearance, had very low/dim light (maybe to hide the cleanliness), and there were windows but no light could come in through those because they were facing a brick wall! I am typically not that picky about the place I stay when I am traveling on business as all I do in the room is sleep, but in this case I had to get my frustrations off my chest!! I will never stay there again and would not recommend anyone to stay there (unless you are planing a bad joke on them). The only reason I didn't give it a lower rating is because I feel those are reserved for hotels you rent by the hour. The only positive the hotel had was it's location which is right in the City Center. Continua a leggere

Nice room, nicely furnished, very close to the main railway station and city center, but very noisy - if you stay during weekends, and if your room has a view on the main street, you'll hear loud music from surrounding bars till 4am and people speaking in the street after 9am.

Das Hotel liegt günstig gelegen am Marktplatz, fußläufig 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ein Teil der Zimmer sind vermutlich als Umbau von Wohnungen entstanden und sind über einige verwinkelte Treppen zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist in einem tadellosen Zustand, allerdings gealtert. Möbel, Teppich und Badamaturen sind 20 bis 30 Jahre alt. Der Fernseher […] dagegen war neu und die Matratze wahrscheinlich auch. Also ein erträglicher Kompromiss. Ideal if you just need a place to sleep before further travelling. Literally, only 5 minutes walk to the train station. Could, however, imaging some activity on the street during the weekends, but I had no problems with noise disturbance on a week night even though my room was right to the street.

What you see is what you get. Bed was iets te zacht, perfecte lokatie, lage prijs.

points positifs : calme, propre, lumineux, la réceptionniste parle français, en plein centre ville (tout à disposition) points négatifs : taxe de séjour à payer à l'arrivée, wifi payant, pas de parking (parking 13€/jour à proximité), déco un peu "vieillotte", un peu cher

Der Crown Inn am Marktplatz von Eindhoven liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und 15 Gehminuten von der Universität. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältns stimmt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein allerdings ein wenig dürftig.

Hôtel très bien situé. A proximité de tout. Chambre confortable et personnel très symphatique.

This hotel is very suited for sleeping, dont go there for anything else! We had a room which didn't even have a window in it.

Mon séjour à l'hôtel Crow Inn restera inoubliable. J'ai bénéficié d'une vue imprenable sur le centre ville d'Eindhoven et notamment un charmant manège d'autrefois. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil réservé au client, à commencer par le petit déjeuner du matin, fort agréable. J'ai passé une merveilleuse soirée dans le restaurant au 1er étage. La nourriture […] y est bonne, le service et la déco parfaits, sans oublier le fond musical. Le seul bémol, c'est le lit dans la chambre : le sommier est un peu trop souple à mon goût. Mais pour un journaliste de passage à Eindhoven lors d'un reportage, comme moi, c'est l'hôtel idéal, bien situé près de la gare, du centre ville et du stade. J'étais un peu éloigné de la piscine Pieter Van Den Hoogenband à Tongelreep, mais les taxis sont proches, à la gare. Continua a leggere
