Come tutti i super 8 un bel hotel anche se un pò anonimo e decentrato

Before arriving there was weather that permitted us from arriving to the hotel on the day we had booked. The hotel staff was very accommodating and merely shifted our entire reservation by one day. Once we arrived there was a light out in the bathroom. Unfortunately it was after hours, and there was no way to fix the light until the next day (it needed […] a new fixture). The staff member working (Rob) was wonderful. He offered to move us to a different room but the only one he had left was in a queen suite (not king). Since this was only an inconvenience for one night, we chose to stay in the suite we already had. But Rob was great, he absolutely would have done anything to try to remedy the situation but it just wasn't possible at the time. The hotel in general was very nice. The suite was spacious enough and the bed was super cozy. They had a continental breakfast each morning which was pretty decent. "The Homewood Suites in Jackson, WY"
I had a short one day stay here but it was a memorable one. The Hotel is just off the main road in Jackson which gives you access to just about everything in Jackson Hole. The room was quite and private while to Hotel atmosphere added to the majestic surroundings. It will make it a future family spot to stay while vacationing in Jackson and running […] the wide rapids! "wonderful place to stay"
This hotel was clean, conveniently located, and the front desk staff was helpful in finding great places to dine (and we are very picky!) I worked in the hotel industry for 5 years and consider myself hard to please but this place does a great job.

"Unexpected fee at Homewood Suites in Jackson"
Upon arrival, we were advised that a non-refundable fee of $100 per stay was required for our pet. Our understanding from Hotels.com was that a "deposit" was required, to be refunded upon departure if room was ok. The Hotel desk manager agreed to forego $50 of this fee. Even this charge was offensive but, as the hour was late, we agreed to pay. Upon […] departure, no charge had occurred and it appears the entire fee was waived. I applaud this action--but I criticize Hotels.com for not being more accurate with hotel info. This $100 charge is clearly expressed on the Homewood Suites website. However, we were pleased that the hotel removed the charge. The room was very nice but quite small--full size bed, not queen. We enjoyed our stay there. Continua a leggere
"Great for Family"
This is such a great place to stay for family's! The kitchenette, free washer and dryer and private bedroom couldn't have been more perfect for my husband and I traveling with our 6 month old. The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable on the park. Breakfast was much better than most continental breakfasts.
