buon hotel,posizione ottima per passeggiate, un po' meno per la spiaggia che è pubblica, e in realtà non offre un servizio ai clienti dell'hotel. La camera vista mare è in realtà laterale.. Il taxi è indispensabile per raggiungere i vari golf, che distano dai 15,20 minuti ai 40 e più.
Posizione
Al Murooj Rotana - Dubai sorge nel cuore di Dubai. Non lontano da questo hotel nei pressi dell'aeroporto si trovano i seguenti luoghi di interesse: Centro commerciale di Dubai, Centro finanziario internazionale di Dubai e Centro fieristico e congressi internazionale di Dubai.

After traveling by plane for over 16 hours, we were disappointed to have to wait a further hour for our room to be ready at the hotel despite being 2 hours after check in time. We expressed our annoyance and as a result, they upgraded us to a beautiful room with a massive private balcony complete with spa, dining area and views to the world's tallest […] building. They also provided us with a complimentary trip to the airport. Service and cleanliness were exceptional, however, the walls are quite thin and you can easily hear other hotel guests at night. Overall a pleasant hotel that is extremely convenient to many of Dubai's popular locations, such as The Dubai Mall and World's tallest building. Inexpensive taxi ride to airport and Beach. the check in girl on l4th was very helpful and charming as could be. Breakfast on l4tth was fine, and location is great. A fine hotel.

"Standard not 5-star"
We have previously stayed at other 5-star hotels in Dubai, and this did not match them at all. The pool area, shower areas and sunbeds are outdated and in need of repair/update. The hotel is in a compund where the bigger pools actually belong to a residential part, so the pool belonging to the hotel is very small.
"Excellent hotel and service"
This was my fifth trip to Dubai and I have to say this is the best hotel iv stayed in .. The staff were amazing they were always smiling and just so helpful.. Concierge hermant was great for advice and ringing around for restaurants etc.. Would definitely stay here again
"Lukewarm water for shower/bathing"
Disappointing that water in both rooms was lukewarm in the morning. Hotel needs to improve or retifiy their hot water system. Other than that it was good.
service was good and frendly. the head door man was very good and helpful. I have no problem returning for another stay.
"Best mid-range hotel in Dubai"
I couldn't afford to stay at the mega properties like the Burj al Arab or the Atlantis, but for those on a more normal budget, you can't beat the Al Murooj Rotana Hotel. The hotel is across the street from the largest shopping mall in Dubai. It's also an easy walk to the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa. The front desk staff was so efficient […] and so attentive, I actually wrote an email to the manager to compliment them after my stay (a first!). "Great!!!"
The staff were very polite and everything was above our expectation! We were given a room upon arrival at 6am. The location is great( opposite the dubal mall) and taxis are easy to get. Pretty much central to most places of interest.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. You can't really get a view of the tallest buiding in the world from your room, but the view they gave us was spectabular nonetheless. The service was pretty good, however we were made to wait 30 minutes after check in for our room to be made ready. The staff was cordial […] about it and even comped us some free WiFi during the wait that actually lasted for the rest of the day. The room was great but standard for a 5 star hotel and the gym and pool were very nice. The spa had good facilties and the staff was helpful. The restaraunt in the lobby which serves as their all day dining I would avoid unless you eat the buffet. Menu food is sub par and takes forever to prepare. The buffet looked pretty good but was quite pricy and we weren't very hungry. Continua a leggere

"Hotel Al Murooj"
El hotel muy bueno, pero la sorpresa fuè, que tuvimos q pagar un extra de 180 d`lares porque la habitación que habíamos tomado por Hoteles.com decía que era para 4 personas, y al llegar nos dicen que la misma tenía 1 cama king, por lo cual mis hijos no tenían donde dormir. Así que tuvimos que abonar la cama extra. El resto todo ok.

ｶｳﾝﾄﾀﾞｳﾝ花火を見るために、ドバイモール近辺で部屋を探していましたが、近くは全て満室で・・・仕方なく取った。という感じでした。 でも心配していたモールまでの道も、目の前に信号はあり、信号の向うにはブルジュカリファが見えるので、写真を撮りながらだと、あっという間の距離でした。朝食もつき、この金額はとてもお得だと思いました。 エキストラベットは確約ではなかったのが気になり、途中でホテルを変えてしまったのですが、結局最終日はドバイモールに戻ってきたので、変えなければよかったと後悔した位です。（結局エキストラベッドは入りました。）

"Erstklassiger Service"
Das Hotel liegt downtown, d.h. in der fußläufigen-Nähe der Dubai Mall und des Burj Khalifa. Obgleich äußerst günstig nur mit Frühstück gebucht, hatten wir Zugang zur Business Lounge und damit inkludiert freie PC-Benutzung, High Tea und abendliches Buffet.

Real 5-star hotel, absolutely nothing to complain. Only location is not the best (few kilometers from beach but Dubai Mall just 300 meters...), but that was already known before we made booking. I really don't know what more I could demand from hotel.
Allt var trevligt; servicen, rummet, läget, hur nära det var till dubai mall, om det inte hade varit så varmt hade man faktiskt kunnat gå dit, knappt 300m. Den enda nackdelen med hotellet var att rummet inte hade gratis wifi, vilket borde vara ett måste 5-stjärnigt hotell, och att rummet inte hade något kallt vatten, vilket kan bero att det var nästan […] 50 grader ute.
