Had problems with the bath tub not draining after showering and complained to the manager. Was told that it could not be corrected until Monday (we arrived Friday and checked out Sunday). They did compensate us $20 for the inconvience.

Great service and location. Box spring top was gone but minor issue. Good stay overall.

"Americas Best Value Inn in Centralia Il."
The Hotel was standard fair. Room was clean. Location was central to our needs, Breakfast was nicely laid out , including biscuits and gravey. The pool was unusable.... not heated and icey cold.
"Nice motel for small town"
The motel is located in a good neighborhood and reasonably priced. I would like to have been offered more on the continental breakfast and would like to have seen the breakfast offered later than it was. Overall experience was good and will return.

"Good location needs renovation"
Nothing fancy at this hotel as it is a little dated. I must say for what it is, it is kept fairly clean which is the most important thing to me. The shower water pressure could have been higher and the shower was a bit small as was the bathroom overall. Clerk at the desk was very nice and helpful. Went out of his way to make sure my son got a paper printed for his boyscout class the next day at Kaskaskia College.
