L'hotel si trova a soli 100 mt. dalla stazione centrale e tuttavia non è quasi influenzato, in termini di sicurezza, dalla varia umanità che popola di solito questi luoghi. Devo segnalare la disponibilità della ragazza alla reception nel dare indicazioni e la possibilità fornita dall'hotel di lasciare senza problema i bagagli dopo il check-out. Ci sono già stato altre volte, ma ci ritorno semre molto volentieri. Per quello che è il prezzo pagato la ritengo una delle migliori scelte possibili. Ci sono anche stanze da 4 posti se ci si vuole stare con l'intera famiglia. Si trova in una zona comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti della città (la Stazione), anche se di sera io preferisco ritirarmi […] presto essendo di notte, come molte stazioni, una zona non del tutto tranquilla. In vacanza con moglie ho trascorso una settimana presso l'hotel per visitare Napoli. Mi sono trovato molto bene sia per la cordialita del personale che per la posizione centrale vicino alle stazioni ferrovia , metro e circunvesuviana. Anche la posizione dell'hotel leggermente defilata rispetto a piazza Garibaldi è positiva. Da non dimenticare il ristorante […] dove abbiamo cenato molto bene e con varieta di piatti. Ottimo hotel.. nuovo, pulitissimo, personale disponibile.. ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo se prenotato su internet.. unica nota ci e' stata assegnata alla reception una camera non pronta ma nell'attesa ci hanno accmpagnato al bar e offerto un wellcome drink.

The hotel is very clean by Italian standards. But there is no internet as promised. Also, I was robbed at gun-point right outside the hotel. My friend's bag was taken the next day. Another woman at the hotel said that she had also been robbed on the street near the hotel the day before. My advice is, do NOT stay at this hotel or at any other hotel […] near Napoli Centrale (train station) or Garibaldi Plaza (the name of the area outside the station). We were on our way from Sorrento to Milan via train when the transportation strike happened in December. We didn't make it very far (since Naples was only a short ride from Sorrento) and needed to find a room very quickly. Hotels.com was great and so was the hotel grand europa. Breakfast in the morning at the hotel was also tasty and plentiful. The […] bed was comfy, the little balcony was a nice touch, and the bathroom was clean and quite large. But if you must, don't stay here. But really, why are you going to Naples? If you want to catch the ferry to Capri, stay in Sorrento. Cheaper/shorter ferry, and nicer and cheaper (surprisingly) hotels. There is nothing to see in Naples, and it is very dangerous. Sorrento is so much nicer. If visiting Pompei, stay in a hotel there for the night. It's […] really convenient to stay at the Hotel Forum (right across the street from one of the entrances to the site) and you will want to rest after roaming the site all day. Hotel is a 5 min. walk to the train station and close to shopping. Older place but well maintained with large triple rooms and comfortable beds. Front desk and staff was friendly and accommodating. We changed rooms from 2 single beds to 2 double beds with no problems. Buffet breakfast was very good with many choices. Also, the hotel restaurant is a […] good choice for dinner. This hotel is super close to the train station and great value for money it's a shame the surrounding area is dodgy/unsafe - wouldn't recommend going out after dark.

When my taxi first stopped in front of the hotel, I was so scared out of my mind, I was ready for the taxi driver to take me somewhere else. The neighbourhood is extremely scary and it is not recommended to walk alone- especially for ladies and especially at night. Trash everywhere on the streets, but that's Naples government issues for you. However, […] to my surpirse the staff at the hotel was great, their service to the best of their level was great. The restaurant they have is not recommended however, did not enjoy the meal at all. Location is great, because it is very close to Port of Naples where you can catch the ferry to Capri. Naples coastline is amazing, viewed from Capri and drive to Amafli. Train station is highly dangerous as well, totally recommend not being alone at all. Rooms was clean, and this was only of two only big bathrooms I came across Italy. It's designed old fashion so do not go on the decor at ALL. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are not going to be spending time inside the hotel room. I was part of a three girl group and we only came to hotel to sleep and change. We knew that the hotel was accross the street from the train station but we were not prepared to see the trash or so many people loitering around on the sidewalk. It made us feel vulnerable and not safe. But the idea that the hotel was across the street was the deciding factor in choosing it. The place was loud with kids running everywhere and yelling, (had a bus of them). The beds had plastic on them so not comfortable. Location, seedy.

Great location - you can walk (even with luggage) from the train station. It is literally around the corner. Central to get to Naples sites and if you are planning on visiting Pompeii or the Herculaeum you need to go to the train station which, again, is walkable. Naples is kind of a zoo - think Tijuiana. So, there is that, but the hotel was quite nice. […] The room was really cute and very clean. The bathroom smelled a little moldy but was clean and huge by European standards. The breakfast was European so basic, but good. Front desk was a tad annoying. They took our passports upon coming in and wanted to keep them for hours to make copies. This is, of course, unacceptable and we had to get in an argument to get them back. Also, room service didn't work out. No one spoke any English and they apparently didn't sell the items on the menu, only a set menu that wasn't on our room service menu. We called the front desk (who did speak English) to get assistance in placing an order and were told "no." Other than that, very smooth and they do have an elevator for getting bags up and down. The hotel was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. The neighborhood was not that pleasant. Very noisy and crowded on the streets. Lots of street vendors. The trash was the worst I have seen in a major city. The AC was nice since the heat and humidity were a bit much for my family. Have sunscreen and some sort of shade device; umbrella or hat when […] out venturing. My boys were happy to see a McDonald's in front of the train station, which is just around the corner. The breakfast was your typical european breakfast. Room was simple but clean, for a family of four we had two double beds and all but dad slept comfortably. The water is hard and I do recommend you have bottled water to drink in the room. I loved that it was down the street from the main train station and a quick ride to the airport, can't take train to airport. Hotel will help you book a taxi. We walked in this hotel and the receptionist is very unfriendly.After the check in process, he handed us 3 sets of keys without explanation.And when we asked he sounded like we should just figure it out.The airconditioning did not work in the room,we asked to be moved which they did, even then the airconditioning was still poor.The bathroom is tiny […] and dirty. There's mold in the shower curtain,and you have to stand in 2 inches of water while showering---poor plumbing.The neighboring area is scary.We did not feel safe walking around at night.The streets are full of trash and smells really bad. 駅に非常に近いので、多少夜遅くになっても人通りは多く、またフロントも明るく安全な雰囲気です。 フロントは英語が通じ、その他従業員の方々も愛想が良く好印象でした。 部屋はかわいらしく、バスルームも清潔、バスタブもあったのでお湯を溜めることもできました。 朝食ビュッフェはパン類、ハム類、チーズなどからヨーグルト、飲み物は二種類のジュースにコーヒーやエスプレッソなどがありました。 他の部屋を見ていないので総合的なことは言えませんが、ナポリを歩き回って疲れたあと、帰ってくるのが楽しみなホテルでした。

Hotellet var rigtig fint og indeni kunne man slet ikke se at man befandt sig i den ellers ret beskidte by, Napoli. Vi vidste i forvejen at Napoli ville være beskidt og at kvarteret hvor hotellet ligger, ville være en smule skummelt. Så vi blev ikke voldsomt overraskede over det vi så da vi ankom. Hotellet ligger lige ved hovedbanegården, og var derfor […] et godt udgangspunkt for ture ud af byen til Pompeji, Vesuv, Sorrento, Rom og Amalfikysten. Ligeledes ligger hotellet i gåafstand til de hyggelige gader og vigtige steder i Napoli, samt havnen hvorfra der sejler færger til bl.a. Capri. Morgenmaden på hotellet var okay, med flere forskellige ting at vælge imellem. Dog var der ikke nogle sunde eller grove alternativer til sødmælksyoghurten, det lyse brød og crossainterne. Positanóból érkeztünk Nápolyba, ezért 1 éjszakát itt kellett töltenünk a repülőjárat miatt. A szálloda jó elhelyezkedése miatt választottuk, mert közvetlenül a Gaibaldi tér mellett van. Azonban sajnos a mérhetetlen szemét - ami egész Nápolyt sajnos ellepi - nagyon zavaró volt, viszont a szálloda személyzete kedves. Kamer is voldoende gezellig aangekleed. Kamer en toilet/badkamer zijn netjes en schoon. douchecabine krap , o.a. door douche gordijn. basis ontbijt met beperkte keus. dineren: met de tv aan dineren is niet mijn keuze. diner eetgelegenheid niet voldoende sfeervol. In de buurt zijn voldoende pizzeria's

Rent och hemtrevligt hotell med gångavstånd till tågstation/tunnebana samt till shoppinggatorna. Kan varmt rekommenderas. Mycket prisvärt.

Für uns war die Nähe zum Bahnhof wichtig, da wir täglich Ausflüge unternahmen (Pompej, Herkulaneum, Vesuv ect.) Bahnhofsviertel und die angrenzende Altstadt allerdings sehr schmutzig und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir selbst machten jedoch, obwohl wir diese Gegenden täglich durchliefen, keinerlei schlechte Erfahrungen.
