Hotel Torre Cambiaso Genova

Luogo suggestivo anche se non facile da raggiungere. Unico appunto: un quattro stelle non può avere un bagno privo di bidet. Colazione nella media.

Piscina non agibile nonostante il bel tempo. Strada per accedere all'Hotel scomoda. Personale freddo ma cortese. Hotel molto carino ma nel complesso non pari alle aspettative.

sono stato deluso dal mio soggiorno in primis dalla possibilita di prendere sole e usare la piscina chiesto la cena in camera menu molto scarso con poca variera un quattro stelle solo sulla carta molto mal tenuto e una colazione ridicola per il prezzo pagato un esperienza di certo da non ripetere cordiali saluti.

This is an old castle type structure - extremely bad location (safe) - but far from anything and difficult to find and get to. Not very friendly staff. Dinner was a joke - waiter was the bar tender, waiter, and cook. Do not book this hotel. We visited this hotel as part of a tour of the south of France and Italy. We booked this hotel for firstly its pool and four star rating (I think not). Upon arrival, it was virtually closed, we had to search around to find a member of staff so we could check in. The staff were very unhelpful, we could not find any information […] on meals, they were not interested at all, it was as if it was closed. The pool was closed and full of algae, the rooms were very small with oversized furniture, and the air conditioning did not work. There was a fridge in the room with just water and no prices. We had to drink plenty due to the temperature in the room. Upon check out we got a nasty surprise of been charged 2 Euro's a 0.4litre bottle, and we had used quite a lot as usually they are complimentary. We arrived very late (couldn't find the hotel) but when we did check in, all services were closed. We were hungry and tired. The front desk assistant was good enough to have four sandwiches made and offered a selection of wine. We sat down near the pool with our food and wine and just fell in love with the place. Next morning we came upon the "Grotte" […] gardens. What a fantastic find. It was well worth the effort. Wonderful place for a wedding. On a hill top overlooking the bay and the port. I would not recommend this Hotel. Their focus was on nightly group partys and convention guests. I asked to get a beer on the pool patio at about 4:00 in the afternoon (I went to the reception because there was no waiter on duty), I was told the bar did not open until 7:00 but the receptionist brought me a beer, she made sure I knew the bar didn't open […] until 7:00. The pool was closed, not broken, no lounge chairs, no food or drink service during the day, no internet. Hotel is a long way from town. Room was tiny and air conditioning was not cool. tout très bien chemin d'accès étroit mais peu fréquenté

L'acces a l'hotel est aussi dangeureux que compliqué, une seule voie pour un double en sens en cote raide !!! Les 4 etoiles ne sont pas du tout justifié je lui donnerais 2 etoiles max !

Pięknie usytuowany na wzgórzu hotel. Jest to XVI-to wieczna budowla, odremontowana, niestety w kiepskim stylu- przez co traci. Pokoje i korytarze umeblowane w antycznych meblach, co nadaje niepowtarzalny klimat. Jednak pokoje sa bardzo małe! a w łazience są problemy z ciepłą wodą. Mimo, że hotel jest w mieście, to z okien rozpościera się przepiekny […] widok na wzgórze, winnice i stary kościół. Wielka zleta hotelu, która nie jest nigdzie opisywana to przepiękny ogród. Schodzi się do niego tuż za basenem. Można tu znaleść grotę, oczko wodne z łabędziami a na samym końcu przepiękną stylową altanę z rzeźbami i fontaną. Wszystko to wybudowane zostało w tym samym okresie co zamek, z pozostałościami starych kolumn i murowanych ławek, otocznone bujną zielenią, dziką i nie do końca zadbaną co sprawia wrażenine " Tajemniczego Ogrodu". - das Restaurant ist gerade mal OK, nichts besonderes - Am Sonntag war eine Hochzeit und dadurch war die ganze Anlage mit Pool gesperrt, schade für die übrigen Gäste - unser Zimmer hatte keinerlei Aussicht

Der Preis war zwar nicht hoch, deshalb habe ich mich aber nur weniger geärgert. Für ein 4-Stern Hotel erwarte ich einfach viel mehr. Das Zimmer war ok, aber eben nur ok. Das Zimmer war sehr laut, die halbe Nacht lief die Umwälzpumpe vom Pool. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für ein 4-Stern Hotel mager. Die Bilder täuschen und verleiten. We had a one night stay here. Perched on the top of a hill just 4 km west of Genova. There is plenty of signs leading up to the hotel so it was very accessable despite being outside the town. General standard very good, staff very accomodating and friendly. We had dinner on the terrace in the restaurant. Food very good and with among others wine produced […] from the hotel grounds. The price of the room and the evening meal was very satisfactory. The only drawback was the bed was very hard and unfortunately there was a dog in a nearby farm which kept us awake for a long time at night. We would highly recommend the hotel. Continua a leggere

Die Architektur des Hotels ist zwar schön, aber die Lage sehr abseits. Der Service im Restaurant war mäßig. Die Gläser standen teilw. schmutzig auf dem Tisch und mußten nachdrücklich beanstandet werden. Die Bar ist nicht erwähnenswert.

Bel Hotel, difficile d'accès (sans GPS) car Gêne est une ville où la circulation est compliquée ! arrivé un samedi avec un mariage remplissant les lieux pour le dîner...donc personnel un peu débordé et délaissant les passagers ! surtout dans la salle de restaurant mais rien de grave et tous aimables

Vi ankom til hotellet lørdag eftermiddag, og havde regnet med et lækkert hotel tæt på vandet, som vist på billederne. Vi blev dog slemt skuffet da vi kom frem, og fandt ud af at det lå på toppen af et bjerg i et industri/ havneområde, som var meget hærget, og bestemt ikke charmerende. Da vi kom til receptionen blev man mødt af receptionister, som mest […] af alt så ud som om at de var trætte af deres job. Samtidig var der bryllup og konferencer på hotellet alle 4 dage vi var der, så når man "bare" var feriegæst følte man sig klart nedprioriteret af personalet. Ved ankomsten stod der to flasker kildevand i køleskabet på værelset. Da der ikke var andet end det i køleskabet, og ingen prisliste på minibar, gik vi ud fra at vandet ikke kostede noget. DET GJORDE DET. Da vi diskuterede det med receptionisten ved udcheckning, var hun meget flabet, og fortalte os at vi bare kunne have booket et større værelse hvis vi ville have haft flere ting i minibaren. ( De snakker i øvrigt meget dårligt engelsk) Hotellet var meget flot invendigt og udvendigt, og morgenmaden var ok, men alt i alt et meget dårligt indtryk, og bestemt IKKE noget vi vil anbefale. Situation géographique : au sud, l'hôtel surplombe une zone portuaire non touristique ; à l'ouest, au pied de l'hôtel, une citerne et divers objets recèlent de l'eau stagnante, au loin la côte, seul point agréable avec l'est d'où l'on peut voir les oliviers. Hébèrgement : nous étions dans une dépendance de l'hôtel d'où le wifi n'est pas accessible, […] absence de climatisation dans la chambre où la chaleur est très importante. Piscine fermée en plein mois de juillet, par 34°C, sans explications... Sinon le lieu est calme. Accueil : Personnel relativement peu aimable (nous avons eu affaire à 6 personnes, 2 neutres, 2 désagréables, 2 agréables). Restaurant : Seul bon point, car le cadre y est agréable, le service rapide et soigné, le menu très bon. En quelques mots : très déçus par cet hôtel qui semblait être très bien sur le papier. très joli hôtel situé à un endroit calme avec place de parc juste devant, très propre, pas très loin de l autoroute et de la mer. la route pour y parvenir est un peu petite, difficile de croiser et les chambres un peu mal isolé.

excellent service, accueil parfait et cadre exceptionnel

Hotellet fremstår som et imponerende bygg. Stor hage som inkluderer grotte, svanedam og påfugler. Servicen var upåklagelig, personalet hjelpsomt og alle vi snakket med behersket engelsk.Rommet var rent badet hadde høy standard, men dog med en dusj der temp. på vannet skiftet voldsomt og ukontrollert. Hotellets utearealer var nydelige. Svanedammen og […] grotten gjorde en spasertur til en opplevelse. Eneste minuset vi opplevde var restauranten.Så lite mat for så mye penger har jeg ikke opplevd før. Mulig det var jeg som var spesielt uheldig, men det ble med ett måltid.
