Tutto perfetto. Posizione, professionalità di tutto il personale, ottima colazione e stanze confortevoli e pulitissime. Ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo.

Posizione ottima, ad un passo dal centro storico e dalla stazione dei bus. Personale cortese e attento. Ottima pulizia della camera. I giardini pubblici limitrofi, pur non essendo brutti, dovrebbero essere curati meglio, ma non è certo responsabilità dell'albergo.

Bellissimo.....peccato che è durato poco. Esprimo un giudizio complessivamente positivo. Il personale sempre disponibile e cortese. Il villaggio è molto accogliente anche se alcune parti della struttura andrebbe ristrutturata. Di ottimo livello lo staff dell'animazione...difficile da annoiarsi. La ristorazione di buon livello e abbondante. Tutto buono.

L'edificio è nuovo e facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada per chi viaggia in auto. Sconsigliabile invece per chi si muovesse in treno. La connessione wifi è gratuita, ma il segnale è piuttosto scarso (non ci si poteva connettere dalla camera, ma soltanto nella hall). Colazione a buffet con una ampia scelta di dolci, forse un po' scarsa per quanto riguarda il salato (uova con pancetta, prosciutto cotto, formaggio a fette).

Ottima pasizione per girare siracusa e dintorni come Noto,ortigia,gestiti dai proprietari direi molto gentili e cordiali,le camere tenute ordinate io te lo conziglio per chi piace girare quelle zone ,prezzo ottimo in altastagione,insomma la piscina non era gran che pero ci siamo divertiti.

"Wonderful hotel in Ortegia"
The Roma is will located, has nice amenities, and offered a comfortable and beautiful room. The breakfast was wonderful and staff was helpful and supportive. Parking cost 10 Euro's per night, but is well worth it, given the scarcity of parking in Ortegia.

The hotel was great. Nice service and a perfect location. The bathroom needed a little updating, and our spacious room on the roof didn't have a view unless you climbed the ladder. But other than that we enjoyed ourselves. Lovely breakfast too.

This hotel is modern, clean and also comfortable with very very central location. Parking may be a problem here and the hotel charges Euros10 to park your car in their garage which is a short distance walk. So please keep in mind when you are booking this hotel.

NOT A BAD HOTEL, BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. OUR ROOM, THE JR. SUITE WAS LARGE BUT IT WAS DATED AND LOUD. THE CORRIDOR THE RAN ACROSS THE FRONT WAS USED BY MAINTENANCE STAFF SO ID PROBABLY NOT OPT TO SPEND MORE FOR A LOUDER ROOM. LOCATION IS GOOD, TV AND INTERNET WERE PERFECT WHICH WAS A REFRESHING CHANGE

Very nicely located immaculate 4 star hotel close to the cathedral. And close to the FREE shuttle (in Piazza Archimède) which goes to and from the Bus Terminal/Central Station. This comfortable hotel is very clean and has style. The bedroom and bathroom were of a high standard and were very pleasant to come back to after a day’s sightseeing. Free Wifi […] was available on a hotel computer in the lounge area. Guests were offered a Welcome drink at the Bar on their first evening. The breakfast buffet was adequate but not perhaps up to the standard of the hotel. There were juices, cereals, cakes jams, hard boiled eggs, cheese, ham etc. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and were the same on subsequent mornings even after complaints. Cappuccini were available. "Hotel Roma in Syracuse - a great location"
The hotel is on the island of Ortygia, in centre of old town, close to the Cathedral and within walking distance of museums and historic buildings. Bars, cafes and excellent restaurants nearby and in the hotel itself.

The Hotel Roma was quite nice and although the most expensive hotel of our trip, we found it worth it.. My friend and I spend 3 nights there during our trip around Sicily and overall we were very satisfied. The location for this hotel was perfect! It's directly around the corner from the town square in the old section of town called Ortigia. **Make […] sure if you're traveling to Siracusa you stay in this section of town as the main section is quite noisy and dumpy.** We were able to walk down all the narrow, twisty-turny streets to get to shopping, restaurants, or to get a drink. The typical continental breakfast was served until 9am or 10 am and was a nice way to start the day. One other aspect of this hotel that was nice is we requested two beds. Not only did we get two beds but the beds were divided in two seperate rooms with the bathroom in the middle. One room had a full king sized bed while the other had a single day bed. Would work out perfectly fine if you were traveling as three people. I was just relieved I didn't have to listed to my buddy snore all night! The staff were efficient but not overly friendly. This is a fairly large hotel and the personal touch I felt at staying in some of the smaller boutique hotels--esp in Taormina--wasn't there. "Wonderful surprise"
We were in Ortigia for a wedding and so compared notes with friends staying in other hotels. We certainly felt we'd made the best choice. Perfect location, right by the Cathedral. And something we hadn't been aware of: parking is impossible in Otigia, but the Roma has a garage for 10 Euros a night.

Wonderful hotel, excellent staff, rooms, breakfast, etc. The manager, Anna, was a delight! Knowledgeable, experienced, helpful - all things leading up to superb service and a very very pleasant stay. One tip: while 'free parking' was advertised under the hotel amenities section when we signed up, it definitely is not free - it costs 10-Euros/day. Still […] a bargain when you consider what it costs to park elsewhere in Ortigia/Siracusa but this should be corrected as it was misleading to us & to everyone we encountered at the hotel who likewise drove in. "Great Hotel - Perfect Location and Wonderful Staff"
Hotel Roma was a wonderful experience during our honeymoon. We arrived late afternoon after having a nightmare flight with Alitalia. They lost our bags on the connection from Rome to Catania, so we were left with nothing upon arrival in Sicily. The hotel staff was very understanding and helped us speak Italian to the airline staff over the phone. They […] upgraded our room (at no extra cost) since it was our honeymoon. And they brought up prosecco, strawberries, and robes the first night to make us feel comfortable without our bags and clothes. A wonderful trip overall and a great hotel. "Hotel liegt zentral und inmitten der Altstadt.."
Grosser Komfort.Wunderbare Lage.Konnte draußen frühstücken.Klimanlage konnte man selbst im Zimmer nicht regulieren.Es war zu kalt, was aber in den südlichen Ländern üblich ist.Wir haben reklamiert und das Hotel hat für das Zimmer eine andere Regulierung vorgenommen.Sonst alles bestens!!!!

Hôtel agréable, personnel généreux et à l'écoute des clients. Juste un point négatif a relever concernant le bruit matinal (6H30) engendré par chariot venant récupérer le linge de l'hôtel sur les chambres donnant côté rue étroite et pavée. Dommage... Pour le reste, bravo.
