The staff was not friendly at all and they were speaking badly about the guests in front of us, the room looked run down, they make you go through a lot of extra stuff when you check in and charge additional "resort fees" though the place was not a resort at all. I paid almost $35 more for the room on this website than their advertised price when I […] got there. Only 2 jets worked in the jacuzzi. The only good thing about the place was the oceanfront view from the balcony. They advertised for a "furnished balcony" and instead ours only had 1 chair on it that had mildew. The room was ok but i have a couple of things to say about it. When i got to the beach my resavations were all messed up. The only had me staying for one night and it was suppose to be 3 nights. The room i was in a first was a bad room, it had a smell to it and it was terrible. They moved me from that room to another which smelled like mildew. The floor […] was wet and the water ran in the shower all night long. It wouldnt cut off. Some of the lights in the room wouldnt even turn on. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN! COMPLETELY NASTY!

This hotel was a mess. They were in the process of doing renovations. I choose this location in hopes of available golfing for my husband; in which there was none. I felt like I had wasted my money; I was very dissatisfied.

the hotel was cool but could have had a little better maintanace on the doors, got stuck in the room but for the most part it was ok. Love the ocean view, close to the downtown strip and markets.

I must say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was afraid to take my shoes off in the room! I am glad it was only for one night.

This hotel is low budget and the customer service sucks real bad. And what hotel you know makes the person stayin in the room do inventory? I would not recommend this hotel to nobody.

Could not even sleep on the sheets it was so nasty, It was the most dirtiest place ever. You cant even say you get what you pay for because you can get better (super 8)

there were security deposits and an extra money a night per room that we were not informed about until check in. not pleasant info at the last second. otherwise, great price for ocean front. not very close to the strip though

This is a great example of you get what you pay for. If all you are looking for is a place to sleep go ahead and take a chance. I will not be going back though...

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect spot over looking the beach! The room was clean and had all the extras! I would definitely stay there again!

The water pressure in the room was very little. They didn't change out the dirty sheets every morning. No clean towels after the first morning. Not enough handicapped parking spaces.

To start off with, there were the hidden fees even after we booked the room. We got there, and trying to find our room was a pain. Next, the hallways stunk so bad it was like you didn't even want to walk or breath in the stink! The pictures they have posted on here of the rooms-IS NOTHING BUT A LIE!! THESE ROOMS DO NOT LOOK LIKE THIS AT ALL. MOLD EVERYWHERE, […] THE CARPET IS NOT TACKED DOWN LIKE IT SHOULD BE, THE DOORS DO NOT FIT, YOU CAN SEE LIGHT FROM THE OUTSIDE COMING THROUGH, THERE IS ANOTHER DOOR IN THE ROOM, AND YOU CAN HEAR THE PEOPLE NEXT TO YOU WATCHING TV, OR THE CONVERSATIONS BECAUSE OF THE GAPS. THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR WOULD GET STUCK WHEN YOU WENT OUT ON THE BALCONY, AND YOU HAD TO FIGHT TO GET IT TO CLOSE. THE ELEVATORS ARE SO OLD, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED, AND THE LAST INSPECTION OF THEM WAS IN AUGUST 2010, IN WHICH THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE INSPECTED EVERY YEAR. YOU CAN FEEL THE CABLES JERK WHEN YOU ARE IN THEM. PARKING GARAGE WAS JUST AS NASTY, TRASH EVERYWHERE, NASTY COUCHES SITTING IN THEM. You get what you pay for! Great Price...Bad Hotel! They had bed bugs in some of the rooms but not ours, and the dumpster where they threw away the bad bedding was under our window! We were assured the bugs had been killed before the bedding was disposed of by the front desk clerk...Our room contained two rooms, three beds and ONE TV! No couch or place […] to sit! Coffee pots provided but not coffee! The elevator must have been powered by a small person in the basement running a rusty winch...because it squeeked by our head of the bed all the time. The fourth floor down button on the elevator never worked the whole time we were there. We had to take the stairs or wait until someone going up could send it back down so my 81 year old dad didn't have to keep climbing the 4 stories. Beach and Golf Resort my foot! This was no Resort...no golf or mention of it any where close...no wi-fi or internet at all for that matter. BASIC Cable, no HBO and the only TV in the room was centered in front of one of the beds, so if you weren't laying on it...you couldn't see it! The only closet was 12" wide, the full kitchen was a joke, the burners on the stove were so rusty I was afraid to use them, the bathroom was awful, I bought cleaner and scrubbed it before we used it, the toilet had to be filled in the tank by water from the trash can we had in the bathroom in order to flush and all the furniture was crumbling apart at the bottoms and edges. We had a wonderful side view of the ocean from our 4th floor room, which included the view of the dumpsters below us, the water in the pool and hot tub was dirty so we didn't use it. This hotel prompted us to walk the strip and write down the names of the clean hotels. We know who NOT to stay with now! I don't know where hotels.com got the photos of the rooms, but it sure wasn't our room! Or any of our neighbor's either...their rooms looked the same....we checked! When my best friend and I pulled up to finally check in I was like yikes I am so sorry if I had known i would have gotten a different hotel. Yet when we got in our room it was breathe taken, the room was clean, it had a full kitchen, and the view was amazing. Not enough towels but staff was real friendly, our cable didnt work but while we were out looking […] at the sites and eating when we came back it was working. Maybe some new carpet and update the elevators an it will be perfect. When my cousin and I go back next month we are planning on staying here. Oh an the hot tub is my favorite place to hange out, the indoor pool was good but if they had left that area open all night I would have stayed in that hot tub all year long. This Hotel was very dirty, Mold growing up the walls behind headboards and on table legs,pictures were Very deceiving, this was not a Hotel I would recommend for anyone,

I was not pleases at all with this hotel. The room was dirty, the upkeep of the overall hotel was poor. The front desk clerk was very helpful.

I have never wrote a review for a hotel before but this one deserves one. It was by FAR the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It's not a resort and I would say it's not even a hotel. The only good thing was they were nice at the front desk. It was disgusting! This place should be condemned. Really!! Read the other reviews...because they are right. […] I wish I had. The place is old and need to be torn down. The halls smell like a bathroom and the elevator is a death trap wait to happen. And the only nice thing is house keeping. Will never go there again.

This place has no WiFi and the hotel itself is not in good condition. It had nice beach access and was close to fun attractions. I wasn't satisfied overall though.

I really thought this was a decent hotel, granted they have some things that might need slight upgrading, but the room was clean, it was a great location, and the price i got on hotels.com was unbeatable..this is my 2nd time staying , and would go back again..

Honestly this might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The front desk ladies were rude and the maids did nothing except maybe bring you a towel if you were lucky enough. I ended up with bug bites from my room and I didn't feel clean even after a shower. The shower either blew your head off or you were standing in a foot of water. you pay for what you get... its not the nicest hotel but its right on the beach which is perfect. if you plan on going out every night and going to the beach everyday this hotel is perfect. All I needed the hotel for was a place to sleep.

the entire room from top to bottom had mold on walls, smells extremly bad. they do not have wi-fi (who doesnt have wi-fi now days), the staff are the rudest girls you ever will encounter. i was told they had hair dryers but they needed to keep your actual license and not a copy if you wanted one along with a $20.00 deposit, i went to the dollar tree […] and bought one for $10 bucks, who can drive around without thier license??? my husband cut his finger on the sharp edges of the door jam, unsafe as heck! it also says golf package, but they have ZERO, it was cheaper to call golf course on your own. This hotel was very nasty,bad odor ,theroom was too small to fit 4 adults and 1 child. The elevators had a bad odor that youhad to hold your breath . if your there to party not bad but dont bring kids very dirty rooms

This facility is pretty old and it shows, but for the price with beachfront location, a balcony overlooking the ocean and limited but free parking its fine. The maintenance staff had to come to our room 4 times, once to fix the TV remote and 3 times to fix the drain in the tub, but they were very nice and very professional. SOME OF THE PROBLEMS, T.V WAS OUT DATED AND ALL THE STATIONS WAS STATIC, ELEVATOR LOOKED UNSAFE AND HAD AN INSPECTION PERMIT IN IT THAT HAS BEEN PENDING SINCE 2005, THE SET UP OF THE TWO BED ROOM WE RESERVED WAS UNBELIEVABLE, I KILLED 3 ROACHES, ONE THAT WAS PREGNANT, I CAN SMELL MOLD FROM THE WALLS AND CARPET, COULD NOT TAKE A BATH BECUASE WE HAD NO STOPPER, WE THUOGHT WE HAD A BEACH VEIW BUT COULD ONLY SEE A VERY SMALL PORTION THUOGH A UP STAIRS PARKING LOT AS WE LOOKED OUT OF OUR WINDOW. We had mold in our bathroom the bathroom door wouldn'g close and our room wasn't cleaned every day. Why pay full price and to clean your own room? Also we couldn't understand the maids and they couldn't understand us. Was not impressed with the hotel.

The room was clean but it was musty smelly, the bathroom is small and the tub backs up, linoleum on the floor loose and fan noisy. Halls floor are very dirty, and hot tub dirty tiles. BEFORE I LEFT, I READ A LOT OF REVIEWS THAT SCARED ME, BUT ONCE WE GOT THERE, IT WASN'T NEARLY AS BAD AS I THOUGHT. IT'S DEFINITELY NOT THE RITZ, BUT FOR ANYONE ON A BUDGET THIS HOTEL IS COOL. I would never stay there again. We did not get in until about midnight, we had babies with us, No Bell Boy or anyone to help us to our room with stairs...We would have left if it was not so late.
