"You get what you pay for!~"
Not happy at all. Booked on hotels.com, the description did not match hotel description at all. "ocean view" meant "across the street....with no view at all. Room was dirty, floor dirty not swept or cleaned. Bathroom very old and falling apart. Efficiency kitchen lacking the efficiency part. Lots of noisy college kids and property unkept. Even cig butts […] on ground around pools. Pool towels only available at front desk. Room key didn't work on 3 different occasions. Don't leave hotel after dark, area not safe. Continua a leggere

Beware this hotel has "villas" that they don't tell you are across the street, not on the beach and they consider them "oceanview". Floor had not been swept, kept having to wash our feet because the floor was gross. Pool towels not available, only at front desk... Cig butts in indoor pool area. Not much staff ever on duty, constant problems with room […] key not working. Would not stay here again it is very run down. Continua a leggere

rooms were small if more then two people or kids are staying i would not recommend it . hotel service was good but a hidden 30$ hotel charge extra when you get there . if you get a roll away be it bareley gives you any room in the hotel rooms to move around when folded out . does have nice pools and spa's which was a plus .
My family had a wonderful time staying in the hotel, because it was only feets away from the beach and it had 6 pools. I truly recomend this hotel.
"Blue Water"
Black mold in bathroom and in air conditioners. Had to ask repeatedly for towels, sheets. Room was not cleaned in 1 week. Only had sheets on bed. Was told there were no blankets. Balcony furniture was cracked and broken. Lazy river and restaurant were closed.

When I arrived, They had sold my room and did not have any more that fit the criteria. They offered two separate rooms that I reluctantly took. The rooms were nasty and moldy. When we complained, they said that they would give us half off the second night. When I checked out. "THE HOTEL AT MYRTLE BEACH-ANGLE VIEW"
1.CEILING WAS PEELING IN THREE PLACES. 2.WENT TO USE IRON-BROKE, OLD AND SURFACE WAS SCORCHED. 3. BEDSPREAD AND SHEETS WERE NOT CLEAN-FELT LIKE SAND WAS ON AND IN THE BED. 4. FOUND HAIR IN THE FRIG. 5. TRYING TO FIND THE LOCATION, CALLED AND THE GENTLEMEN AT THE FRONT DESK-HUNG UP ON ME BEFORE I COULD ASK HIM ANOTHER QUESTION. A COLLEAGUE RECOMMENDED […] THE HOTEL. DO TO MY EXPERIENCE THERE, I WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. ALSO WE COULD NOT USE THE LAMP UNLESS WE MOVED IT TO AN OUTLET ( IT WAS THERE FOR DECORATION ) THEREFORE THE LAMP WAS PLUGGED IN,BUT SAT ON THE FLOOR. STATED THIS WAS OCEAN VIEW-SIDE VIEW.
