Il soggiorno ha superato ogni migliore aspettativa. Lo staff è cordiale, disponibile e preparato. La posizione dell'hotel è centrale e il ristorante convenzionato è ottimo. La terrazza panoramica dedicata alla colazione vale il soggiorno e il cibo è vario e di qualità. Segnalo la torta fatta in casa, deliziosa! Le camere sono graziose. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Concludendo: assolutamente consigliato.

L'Hotel si trova immerso in un panorama suggetivo. Tra mare e montagna e a pochissima distanza da San VIto Lo Capo. Immerso nel verde, gode di uno splendido paesaggio. Noi siamo stati li durante il Cous Cous Festival e la posizione ci ha tranquillamente permesso di raggiungere in macchina velocemente (5 minuti) il paese. Il mare che si trova di fronte all'Hotel è fantastico. L'unica cosa che lascia un pò a desiderare è la troppa presenza di gatti durante la colazione, la poca varietà di scelta a colazione e la presenza di api. Per il resto è bellissimo. Lo consiglierei a tutti

"FIne property, good location"
Comfy room. , 1st rate washroom, however except for the shower head that is directly overhead, so even if you do NOT wnat to get your hair wet, you will. Quite room, with soundproof windows. Complete breakfast, in a pleasant natural light dining room. Good location as well, seemingly very safe for walking at night. Pleasant and helpful staff.

"Crystal Hotel - great location, spacious & clean"
We stayed here in September for one night before we caught a very early flight back to Ireland from Trapani (airport is ~20 min by taxi). The hotel is very conveniently located around the corner from the bus/railway station, which is ideal if, like us, you are relying on public transport. It's also only a 3 minute walk to the old town. The only downside […] was that our shower was poor - plenty of hot water but barely any pressure. The pressure would vary during the shower from bad to barely a trickle of water. The room was huge and very clean and comfortable. There is 24 hour reception and the staff were friendly and had excellent english. This hotel is great value for money, and well worth considering. We would definitely stay here again. Trapani is a very clean city and I would definitely return to spend more time there. Continua a leggere

The room had no coffee or sugar, the staff were extremely unfriendly and knew hardly any English. I don't recomend staying here because it is not worth the money spent.

Hotel is very dowdy, and dosen't warrant the four stars. Rooms are very boring, and businesslike. If you want a bed near the train and bus station, this is fine, but there is nothing romantic, or nice about this hotel...so avoid if possible

"We'd go there again"
We were welcomed by helpful and friendly staff, and found our room very quiet, large, clean and comfortable, although the air conditioning struggled a bit. Lovely breakfast - nothing was too much trouble. This hotel was well located for our needs - handy for bus, train or boat trips, as we had no car. We would stay there again.

Hyvä hotelli mutta aamupalalla oli 90%:sti vaan pullaa ja makeita leivonnaisia. Jäimme kaipaamaan vihanneksia ja enemmän suolaista tarjottavaa.

Hyvä hotelli. Aamupala ulkomaiseen tapaan vähän vaatimaton, kun on tottunut suomalaisiin hotelleihin.

Hotellet hade god standard. Rent och bekvämt. Bra frukost. Tillmötesgående personal. Bra läge för att ta sig runt i Trapani samt till olika närliggande sevärdheter och platser.
"Hotell med høy grad av service"
Etter nøye vurderinger falt vårt valg av hotell for en ukes opphold i Trapani på Crystal Hotel, et valg vi ikke fikk grunn til å angre på. Hotellet lå greit plassert, området rundt var kanskje ikke veldig idyllisk men det var rolig og veldig sentralt. Kun en kort spasertur ned til hovedgaten eller stranden og med togstasjon noen meter unna og flere […] restauranter i området. Personalet i resepsjonen var veldig behjelpelige fra første stund med alt fra sykkelleie og billeie, til anbefaling av restauranter osv. Man følte seg veldig velkommen på dette hotellet og ble gjenkjent fra første stund. De snakker godt engelsk på hotellet men man bør være oppmerksom på at det gjør de ikke andre steder i denne byen. Rommene var nyoppussede med store flotte bad, litt harde senger men det er det overalt der. Det var veldig rent og pent og rommene ble grundig rengjort hver eneste dag. Frokosten var et kapittel for seg, der de åpenbart hadde satt seg fore at den skulle være helt fylt opp hele tiden. Det så aldri ut som noen andre hadde rørt den før oss, og så fort vi hadde forsynt oss var de og fylte opp med nytt. Det var brød og rundstykker, varm mat og pålegg, frukt, kaker og frokostblanding samt flere forskjellige typer drikke. Alt i alt var vi veldig fornøyde med oppholdet og reiser gjerne tilbake hit. "Crystal Hotell, Trapani (Scicilia) - sentrumsnært."
I denne lille byen Trapani lå hotellet perfekt til for en spasertur på 10 minutter til sentrumskjernen og et par minutter til tog/buss-stasjonen. Når vi var der var det en temperatur på ca. 27 grader og det var i overkant av hva air condition anlegget klarte å takle, for det var for varmt på rommet og tok alt for lang tid å kjøle ned til sove temperatur. Der var manglende, eller slet ingen, service. Der var ingen orientering om hotellet, på værelset. Baren var lukket. Vinduerne i værelset trængte til pudsning.

Dejligt hotel, der er renoveret i 2011. Dejligt stort værelse med kæmpe badeværelse. Lækkert indrettet. Det meste af personalet taler engelsk og kan også vejlede én, hvad og hvor man kan gå hen og se noget. Hotellet ligger 5 min gang fra en lækker strand samt 5 gang fra den gamle og hyggelige bydel, hvor en stor del af cafélivet og restauranterne ligger. […] Endvidere er der kun 5 min gang til havnen, hvorfra man kan tage med både ud til de nærliggende øer. Bjergbyen Erice er helt klart et besøg værd..Det tager ca. 30 min at gå hen til kabelbanen, hvor man bliver ført op med gondol. Oppe fra Erice, er der udsigt ud over Trapani, klart anbefalelsesværdigt. Endvidere er der byen museum, som også kan anbefales. Ikke stort men det giver et indblik i byens historie. Man skal ikke forvente det store natteliv med diskoteker og natklubber, jeg så ikke noget til det, men cafémiljøet og vinbarene udgør lige så godt en hyggelig aften. Hotellet ligger over for byens banegård, men man høre ikke noget til larm. Herfra kan man tage toget til Palermo, hvis man vil se storby. Palermo ligger omkring 80 km fra Trapani. Byen er perfekt til en forlænget weekend eller som udgangspunkt til resten af Sicilien. Continua a leggere
"Se devela el misterio-Pedir habitación renovada"
Mi esposa y yo estuvimos del 20 al 23 de Mayo 2011. Fuimos con mucha prevención por algunas horribles críticas en TripAdvisor. Nos encontramos con una habitación perfecta, moderna, bien equipada. Consulté en la recepción respecto a críticas TAN negativas y con honestidad me respondieron que ALGUNAS habitaciones NO están renovadas y son la fuente de […] las críticas. It is quite old and could use a "facelift", but the room was clean (daily cleaning/towel change etc.) and the staff was friendly (although we could have used a little more help/information about where to eat, shuttle bus to the airport etc. - they were not very informative). "Såg fint ut till ytan."
Hotellet var jättefint utanför och i receptionen var det också supermysigt. Vi hade bokat ett rum som var rökfritt, det fick vi inte. Rummet i sig var skabbigt för att vara på ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. Rummet liknade mer ett rum på ett hostel. Dessutom ville såklar han i receptionen lura oss att hyra en plats i garget förr 400 kr natten, det behövs verkligen […] inte, finns gott om ställen att parkera på runt hotellet. Alla parkerar utomhus och är man mitt i stan så rör ingen bilen. Kort och gott, det ser ut att vara mer än det är! När vi bokade så var det hyfsat billigt så ska man bara passera trapani så går det gott att sova en natt, men inte mer. Continua a leggere

"OK hotel located outside of the old town"
The hotel is located very close to the train and bus stations, which means 5-10 minutes walk to the old town. The four stars that the hotel's supposed to have seems overrated, but we had a spacious and quite room. The toilet in our room didn't work properly even though the staff fixed it twice during our stay, but we might have been unlucky. The price […] was quite good, and breakfast was included. "HOTEL CRYSTAL TRAPANI"
Well located: 50m from train/bus station. Room with nice appearence and clean. I was there only for one night. If you want to stay there after arriving in trapani (birgi) airport i would recommend this hotel.

"Price vs Quality = Excellent choise"
The Hotel has a perfect location. Just next to the train stations and very close to some of the beaches (3-5 minutes walk). Standard rooms are quite spacious and clean and have a nice bathroom as well. Breakfast buffet is great with lots of food to choose from. However, come early if you want scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. After 9 o'clock it seems […] like the staff will not provide more "hot breakfast"......but good tasty bread and lots of cheese, ham, salami, jam, cakes...etc, etc. Very helpfull staff at the frontdesk....guides you to more or less everything. Hotel położony jest blisko starego centrum miasta, co było plusem. Niestety wyposażenie hotelu oraz sam hotel wymaga odnowienia. Po załączeniu klimatyzacji w pokoju utrzymywał się nieprzyjemny zapach. Śniadania jak na hotel 4-gwiazdkowy skromne i monotonne. Obsługa hotelu bez zastrzeżeń.
