Lo abbiamo utilizzato come punto di arrivo dall'aeroporto, con una macchina a noleggio, solo per una notte. Per quello che ci è servito siamo abbastanza soddisfatti.

ho prenotato una singola e mi hanno dato una tripla (!!!) ad un prezzo ridicolo. trattamento mezza pensione con colazione e cena... i piatti non sono eccezionali ma se non siete particolarmente esigenti e raffinati non avrete problemi!! unica pecca: no aria condizionata in camera, quindi caldo!!! comunque lo consiglierei!!

ottimo servizio e personale gentile e molto disponibile. posto tranquillo e rilassante, ci tornerò senz'altro e posso senz'altro raccomandarlo anche agli amici
"Definitely Not A Four-Star Hotel"
This hotel does not live up to the four star rating it touts. We stayed in the deluxe sea-side view room and were appalled by not only the lack of amenities but also by the lack of cleanliness in the room. It was literally a bed, bathroom, and a balcony.... The furniture was approximately 20 years old and well-worn. No iron, coffee maker, or even an […] alarm clock were in the room. The TV was 14". The telephone was a standard phone and to call the hotel operator, you had to read the binder in the room to find the number. To borrow an iron requires a 20 Euro deposit and the hotel does not have an ironing board (receptionist told me to iron on the bed). We found 6"x4" of mold under the soap dish holder in the bathtub and the vents were caked with dust. Housekeeping did not refill the soap dispensers during our 3-night stay. There is no room service nor bellhop. There are no jetted tubs in the rooms as advertised. The hot water in the shower constantly fluctuated between searing hot and ice-cold. The indoor pool is not heated. We were woken up every morning at 8am by housekeepers dragging carts down the stairs. Things that were good at the hotel: Location on the bus route (stops at entrance of the hotel), friendliness of most of the desk staff, and the buffet breakfast and dinners were VERY well done. Also, the flamenco dancers during the evening show were very entertaining. Overall, this looks like it was a magnificent hotel about 20-30 years ago but it has not been updated in a very long time. If you are looking for a cheap place that is quiet with a great view on a bus line you will be happy. If you are looking for a hotel with good service and comfortable rooms this is not the hotel for you. Continua a leggere

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! To start, we we received a warm welcome from the reception staff, who were always eagerly available to assist, provide information or answer questions. The hotel was designed to maximize views from every vantage point, with decor that gave it an authentic Mallorcan/Spanish feel. "Awsome Views"
WE loved this hotel even though there were some problems with service and things working in the room. 1st of all Benito at the front desk was very unhelpful and when we went back to ask someone else for help he was making comments in Spainsh, thinking that we didn´t understand, that were rude about us already asking for help. However, Barbara, was extraordanary, […] so very helpful. We loved her. The views from the apartments was spectacular. One of our rooms didn´t have a working stove, the beds are hard, and the sanua didn´t work. However, sunning oneself from the pool deck looking over the sea was increadable. "Location! Location! Location!"
If you want to be on the water, the location is excellent. However, if you are looking for an updated hotel with a nicer room, you may want to look elsewhere. If you want to get a chair by the pool, expect to be out on a chair at 7am or leave your towel on a chair like so many people did. The hotel charges for the use of the safe. "Hotel Roc Illetas"
Overall this hotel was good. The room was very large and spacious with a nice, large bathroom, I also had a balcony. It is not in the centre of the city, but would suit people that want to be away from the centre. You can get a nice view of Palma in the distance. The room had a good little TV. There is a very good local bus service to the city from […] outside the hotel that goes every 10 minutes and is cheap, it goes till late. The hotel food was quite good. Stuck by volcanic ash and moved to this hotel expecting it to be just that. Turned out they had beautiful apartments as well overlooking the sea - absolutely idyllic! We were allocated one of these apartments - it was spacious and very very well equipped. Had a kitchen will all the equipment you could need and fridge. large living area with sofa and […] dining room table and chairs (with spare sofa bed). Nice bedroom with lots of wardrobe space. There was a balcony with table and chairs and pull out washing line. The view was fabulous (the King of Spain's house just across the bay). The staff were friendly, spoke good English and were very helpful. The only set back was the location as it was a little way out of Palma and there were no real shopping areas or much choice for restaurants although the hotel has its own cafe and restaurant. Bonne impression générale, jolie situation, très belle vue, personnel aimable et disponible. Buffet correct, problème d'insonorisation dans la chambre, la salle de bain mériterait un rafraichissement.

We booked an apartment with seawiev, and the wiev was amazing! We were told, that the hotel was fully booked but it was very quiet and peacefull. Beautiful hotel and very charming. Though strange system at the breakfast - we waited up to 15 min to get seated even though there were plenty of empty tables. It seemed very un-organized. We also had to fill […] the bathtup with boiled water because there wasn't any hot water. Finally we had truble sleeping the first nights because of the extremely hard beds! Anyway there is a perfect distance to Palma, and the bus leaves just outside the hotel - very easy! I recommend the hotel and it is also great for couples without kids! Hotellet ligger 25minutter fra byen, det går buss vært 10minutt inn til byen, rommene er noe slitt, men er romslige og fine, fin utsikt utover sjøen, egen uteplass med leker for unga, Anbefaler hotellet for barnefamilier, vi var 2 voksne og 3 barn (4, 1,5, 0år) ringte på forhånd og det var barneseng på rommet ved ankomst, kan anbefale dette hotellet […] da det er enkelt og komme seg til og fra her med buss, samtidig som det ligger stille og rolige stykke fra byen. "Nära Palma nära Golf de Bendinat"
Ett bra hotell med närhet till havet. Nära Palma och nära till Golf (Bendinat). Stora bra rum med 2 badrum. Området runt hotellet är lite otillgängligt, få restauranger och inget direkt att se, så det är transport på kvällar som gäller.

Läget framstår som det klart bästa. Nära vattnet om man tycker det är OK att kliva i från kanten (som i en pool), dvs ingen sandstrand (finns dock 5 minuter bort). Nära till Palma - 2,5 euro på bussen, som tar ca 30 min och avgår precis utanför hotellet. 2st OK restauranger inom 5 minuters promenad. Ytterligare två väldigt fina restauranger ca 20 minuters […] promenad. Frukosten OK, men inget speciellt. Lunchutbud på hotellet helt OK. Service OK. Dock ingen möjlighet till sen utcheckning eller kompensation för en AC som var trasig två nätter. Sammantaget bra och välfigt lugnt och skönt för en avkopplande week-end för två 40-åringar utan barn. Extremt slitet gammalt hotell med dålig städning och lyhört. Sprickor i kaklet i badrummet där det kröp ut blodröda larver varje dag. Efter 4 dagar fick vi byta rum men där fick vi nya husdjur i form av kackerlackor. Hotellets läge mycket bra men i stort sett endast ryssar som bokade solstolarna redan vid sju tiden på morgonen. Mycket bra frukost […] buffé. Max ett 2 stjärnigt hotell som tar överpris för vistelse. Allt kostar - tillgång till internet samt att man måste hyra pool handukar. Continua a leggere

Hotellet ligger tæt ved en lækker lille strand med gode restauranter. Fin morgenbuffet. Venlig betjening overalt. Mange muligheder for at sidde og ligge ude. Dog skulle man være kvik for at få en solseng.
"God beliggenhed, alt andet er 2-3 stjerner værd"
God beliggenhed, og let adgang til bustransport til Palma. Der er mulighed for halvpension på stedet, men jeg vil anbefale at nøjes med morgenmaden, der er okay til prisen uden at imponere. Aftenbuffeten er lidt som en kantine/cafeteria, med frosne råvarer som omdrejningspunkt, og en stor pande, hvor alt kød ender med at smage af det samme, dog med […] små nuancer. Krav om lange benklæder til herrerne ved aftensbuffet. Det giver en forventning om, at der er noget stort i vente i restauranten, og det bliver bestemt ikke indfriet. Vi fik et nedslidt værelse, hvor der var to gennemtæringer i badekarret, et brusehoved, der var flækket og stoppet til, og dermed uanvendeligt. Bundene i flere af skufferne på værelset var flækket, og i velkomstmappen var alle sider tegnet over af tidligere hotelgæsters initiativrige børn. Poolen er en legeplads for børn, så drop en romantisk svømmetur med din udkårne. Bruseren ved poolen er uvirksom. Hotellet lavede en brugerundersøgelse mens vi havde ophold, og brusehovedet blev skiftet ud et par dage efter, og køkkenet udviste lidt mere opfindsomhed derefter. Det efterlader dog indtrykket af, at de enkelte værelsers vedligeholdelse beror på gæsters tilbagemeldinger og ikke udfra en egentlig gennemgang af værelserne. Bra läge i området och en välplanerad lägenhet. Helt Ok frukost , bra lunchrestaurang och bar med musikunderhållning på kvällarna. Minus för underhåll av solstolar/parasoiler. En hel del trasigt och ingen synlig personal som sköter om. Solstolar "bokas" med handduk och är man inte nere före ca 08.30 och markerar revir är allt "uppbokat" . The hotel works in overall terms pretty well. The staff is generally very nice, and the food is pretty ok as well. One thing that stands out is the staff in the reception. You always feel that you're disturbing them, and more than once the reactions was disrespectful way past what would have been acceptable in any other 4 star hotel. Hotellet har en super beliggenhed fredeligt og tæt på Palma. Busforbindelse hver 10. minut til Palma lige udenfor døren.. Pool og have er meget vedligeholdt og med flere forskellige terasser for unge og ældre. Utroligt venligt og kompetent personale i restauranten. Hyggelig aftenunderholdning. Maden er et kapitel for sig super morgenbrunch med cava […] og mindst 50 retter på aftenbuffet, altid med grillet kød og fisk samt lokale specialiteter. Baren serverer lette retter til lunch og hyggelig underholdning om aftenen bl.a. på en tilhørende terasse samt poolbar Kommer du i egen/lejet bil kan parkering være lidt problematisk. Poolområdet ligger i skygge sidst på eftermiddagen i hvert fald i ydersæsonen. Værelserne ligger meget forskelligt. Så ønskes havudsigt skal det bestilles. "DEJLIGT DEJLIGT"
Hotel Roc Illetas Playa er et fantastisk dejligt Hotel. Beliggenheden kan ikke være bedre. Det ligger helt ned til vandet med en fantastisk udsigt. Der er mange solterasser, så man kan sidde ude og spise morgenmad eller ligge og dase helt ned til vandet. Der er ikke langt til Palma ca. 6 km eller det store indkøbscenter Porto Pi ca. 4 km. Du skal bare […] hoppe på bus nr.3 som kører i rutefart hvert 15. min. På den anden side af gaden ligger der to restauranter som serverer super mad. Der er en fantastisk ro i hele kvarteret, så man virkelig kommer i "ferie-mode". Vi vil helt sikkert tilbage til Roc Illetas Playa. Continua a leggere

Het was een prima hotel, de service was goed. Het ontbijtbuffet en dinerbuffet waren geweldig. De ligging van het hotel was prachtig. Een echte aanrader ! Wij zouden er zo weer naar toe gaan.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and was very satisfied. It's outside Palma, and it takes 30-40 minutes by the local bus to get to the center. The bus stops at the hotel and leaves every 7th-10th minute. There si a beutiful little beach two minutes walk from the hotel with white sand and a cool restaurant serving both lunch and dinner. Besides that, […] theres a club "inside the rock" - it was closed at this time of year, but it looked interessting! We brought two small children, and for a family this was perfect. There was no noise, we had our own apartment and it was easy to go anywhere because of the local bus stopping right outside the hotel. "Bra hotell i flotte omgivelser i Illteas"
Rommene er noe slitt jeg hadde nok gitt det 3+ ikke 4 stjerner. Det er lytt ut mot gangen så vi ble vekket hverdag rundt 08.00 av folk som skulle til frokost. Det er kun et lite supermarked rett over veien ellers må man gå ca 10-15 min om man skal ha noe annet. Det er 2 dyre og gode restuaranter ved stranden som kan anbefales. Ellers er det restauranter […] på alle hottellene bortover i varierende pris. Området er flott, nydelig utsikt. Men det er "kamp" om solsengene, så vær veldig tidlig ute om du har tenkt å bruke hotellets senger. Det er en flott strand ca 5 min unna, den er ikke så stor men her er det klasse og stil på området. Bussen til Palma koster 1,5 EUR og går utenfor resepsjonen tar 20-25 min inn til byen. Continua a leggere
"En fantasktisk beliggenhed"
Vi var en familie på 4 og havde taget en af de store appartements. Vores beliggenhed var helt super med en flot udsigt over vandet, samt en dejlig terrasse. Der er mange trapper, så du skal ikke være gangbesværet. Ellers gode faciliteter med en dejlig strand i nær tilknytning. Hotellet er delt op i nyt og lidt ældre. "Roc Playa"
Hotellets läge är kanon, jätte fräscht på utsidan, men insidan eller servicen håller ej samma kvalitet, enligt mitt tycke borde inte detta hotell inte vara 4 stjärnigt, utan 3 eller 3+. Frukost buffén var klart godkänd, men kvälls buffén tröttnar man rätt fort på. Kanon förbindelse in till Palma, bussar går var tionde minut, hållplatsen ligger precis […] framför hotellet. Det är väldigt kuperat i Illetas, har man problem att gå bör man välja en annan ort. Kanon fina stränder ca 700-900 meter från hotellet, det går att bada i havet vid hotellet också, men då får man använda stege för att gå i vattnet, det är klart värt att offra tiden att gå till de små mysiga stränderna istället. Jag kan klart rekommendera hotellet, men se det som ett 3 stjärnigt hotell, så blir man inte besviken. Continua a leggere

Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette hotel, der var venlig betjenning, og en skøn udsigt fra værelset. Man skal dog være heldig med udsigten, da der ikke er udsigt fra alle værelser. Hotellet ligger i et rigtig hyggeligt område, der ikke er for overrendt af turister.

Mycket fin standard och rent. Dock liten pool och ingen egen strand, var inte på hotellet någon dag, så dyrt i förhållande till tiden vi utnyttjade på hotellet. Public beach var superfin som fanns i närheten.

Great hotel with a great location! When we checked in, we got a room with no sea-view - but we talked to the reception, and after a few min. we were sent up to the top floor and got a great room! The only thing to say about our room was that the beds were to hard.....but that is just details! Great food, nice staff, GREAT views, nice pool(s), and a […] short walk to a nice beach!!
