Nice quiet hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are small and shabby but for a short stay, it did the trick.

2 double beds prefect!

Unfortunate that my booking had not been recorded properly and I had to 'prove' that I had already paid. Information recorded on your website was totally inaccurate, including a totally fictitious card number which I have never had. I have to say however that your receptionist whose name was Kelly, dealt with everything with efficiency and charm - and […] didn't make me feel like a criminal! There was an extremely noisy engine of some kind - maybe air conditioning - going non-stop throughout the night. Maybe room 10 is not the place to be if you're a light sleeper. Good apart from that.. The hotel was of a good standard overall and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only criticism we have is that it was confusing to find on sat nav due to a new Days having been built very close by, however once we got to the one we had booked all was very good. Reception was staffed by a very helpful lady who put us into a non smoking room […] which we had overlooked in our haste to book. We would certainly use this hotel again. Continua a leggere

The rooms were fantastic. They were big and very comfortable and spotless. Plenty of TV channels on the LCD TV. The hotel is a bit far from the town than I imagined but its fine if you only need a place to sleep before an early flight. Would def stay there again

I stay here often on business and it is a great affordable hotel with Wifi, foodcourt, parking and all the amenities I need. I made an incorrect booking recently and the staff were very obliging in rectifying the error for me. I will stay there again no doubt.

This hotel is probably the worst I've ever stayed in! No hot water in the height of winter! Internet connection didn't work, tiny room, the customer service was awful and breakfast didn't start until 08.00hrs. As a regular business traveller I really must say the whole experience was very, very below what I've experienced anywhere else.

comfy bed, clean room and a powerful shower; the room had everything that a tired traveller needs. The staff are friendly and helpful; even the airport shuttle driver was pleasant! My only criticism is the amount of noise that can be heard from the rooms on the floor above; thankfully I had earplugs!

The hotel and room were fine - we just wanted somewhere to stay the night before flying out of Stansted. However, be careful of reception, as when we arrived they said the room had not been paid for, and that even though I had a confirmation number apparently my credit card had been declined... I challenged this and they then wanted me to pay to use […] their internet to check my internet banking. I declined and called my bank instead, who confirmed the transaction and gave me a phone number for them to call to chase this up. How glad we were to be able to stay at Days Inn Stansted after our holiday abroad. At last ... a bath, shower with gel, a comfy double bed, soft towels, hairdrier, kettle and nice clean toilet. The hotel smelt fragrant. The staff were welcoming. Everything ran smoothly, including the curtains. Even able to see car from room window.

Excellent value one night stopover for Stansted airport - close to M11 and Long Stay car parks for the airport. Facilities very good - clean and all you need. Only slight downside was that the non-smoking room had obviously been smoked in although the odour was not too bad. Seems there are still some inconsiderate smokers out there.

Really reasonably priced, room was clean, had tea and coffee facilities and tv in room, all needed for overnight stay really

Free shuttle bus from Stansted Airport. Around 10 mins from Stansted to Hotel. We are allocated to a 4 ppl room. It's big and clean with cheap price! It's because we need to catch the flight on 6:30am, 4 pounds for each person for the shuttle bus. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those who want to stay near Stansted Airport

Olimme Lontoossa lomailemassa ja lentomme takaisin Suomeen lähti maanantaiaamuna klo 7.35. Hotellin sijainti oli täydellinen, koska se oli vain parin kilometrin päässä Stanstedin lentokentästä, joten varasimme sieltä huoneen viimeiseksi yöksi ja tulimme edeltävänä iltana Lontoon keskustasta Stanstediin. Liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen. Personal sehr freundlich, für diesen Preis wirklich in Ordnung

Fantastisk service!! Litt ekkelt med røyklukt i rommmet - ellers var alt supert!

I have only good things to say about the service at the hotel and the room I got. But I was told (only a week before my departure by email) there was a shuttlebus service from the airport (at Bay 37/38) to the hotel. When I got to bay 37/38 there was a sign, saying there was no shuttlebus service, and that I had to contact CheckerCars - a taxi service. Well, […] it costed me a total of 20 pounds to get to/from the hotel, because I didn't have anyone to share the taxi with. That was "a bit" more than I had expected, since I thought there was a shuttlebus. I've written an email to the hotel manager asking them to update their hotel staff members. If someone in the future asks about transportation to/from the hotel, I hope they are honest and say that you have to take a taxi. I had expected a quick reply to my email from the manager, but I haven't heard anything yet. I'm disappointed, not having heard back from her. Continua a leggere

good shuttle service to and from airport good and friendly service at hotel

Vi kom fra Stansted med taxi (11,-£) kl. 23.30 og reiste igjen med shuttelbussen fra hotellet kl. 4:30. Svært grei løsning kun 10 min fra Stansted! Ryddig hotel og vennlig personale! Føhn, Strykejern, te/kakao/kaffe på rommet og det til en svært lav pris!

Rimelig motorveihotell. Spaseravstand til Bishop's Stortford. Greie rom. Frokost kan kjøpes i nabohotellet 50 m unna. Ideelt for en todagers tur for shopping i Bishop's Stortford, eller med en day-return på toget til London.

As a whole it is ok. We were unlucky to get a smokers room. Don't rely on the nearby restuarants (only junkfood)

Hotellet låg en bit från flygplatsen men hotellet hade shuttlebus fick jag reda på när jag skulle boka taxi. Stand 1-3. Han som körde var hur hjälpsam som helst och han tog £4 t.o.r. Åkte till hotellet ca. 22 och tillbaka till flygplatsen 04.30. Trevlig personal på hotellet. Stort rum med badkar och två stora dubbelsängar. Ingen a/c på rummet så det […] var rejält varmt. Hotellet ligger precis vid ett större mackområde med diverse restauranger. Finns även ett hotell till av samma kedja ett par hundra meter bort. Continua a leggere

Bra läge vid flygplatsen. Saknar tillgång till resaturang endast hamburjekjedjor inom gångavstånd. vill man ha ett glas vin/öl måste någon köra
