non mi aspettavo un gran che. e invece ,con mia sorpresa ho trovato personale gentile,camera spaziosa,pulita.certo andrebbe un po' rinnovato.

L'hotel dista circa 50 chilometri dall'aeroporto di Sydney, e circa 55 dal centro città. Pensavo che questa distanza fosse un problema, ma mi sbagliavo: in circa 40 minuti di automobile eravamo nel centro di Sydney, e non avevamo tutti i problemi che una sistemazione più centrale (ad esempio, il Ridges Hotel situato in North Sydney) avrebbe comportato. Se dovessi andare ancora a Sydney, tornerei sicuramente al Ridges di Campbelltown! E poi l'hotel è nuovo, moderno, pulito e col personale (24 ore su 24!) sempre gentile e pronto ad ogni bisogno. Inoltre il prezzo pagato è molto meno di quanto mi sarei aspettato, con un rapporto prezzo/prestazioni favorevolissimo. Quasi incredibile! Sono soddisfattissimo.

è un hotel molto bello con camere molto grandi e ben curate naturalmente non è in centro sydney ma è possibile col treno arrivarci in una quarantina di minuti

Excellent room and excellent service. Easy Parking and an easy drive to the CBD. Would gladly recommend to my friends. Lovely meal in the restaurant.

"Rydges Parramatta - Everything you need"
My partner and I stayed at the Rydges Parramatta as we were seeing a concert in the area. The hotel was well presented, rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The bar and restaurant had excellent staff, they were so helpful at feeding us quickly to get to the concert on time! The hotel provided a shuttle (at a reasonable price) to and from […] the concert which was fast and easy. Would recommend to anyone going to Acer Arena from there. It was exactly what we needed, not overly new or fancy but it was clean and comfortable with a very nice bed and large bathroom... Would definately stay again. Continua a leggere
"The Rydges Hotel, Parramatta, Sydney"
The hotel rooms lacked drawers for storage. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was good. No air conditioning in corridors and noisy AC in the rooms. The cost of internet was the highest I have ever paid at around $A30 a day, this is what I pay for a month in the UK. Went to Sydney for a major concert. I don't believe this hotel is 4.5 Star material. Maybe 3 to 3.5 Star. I stayed on the 4th Floor in an upgraded room with King Bed. The bed was joined in the middle which you could feel, may have well stayed in 2 x singles. The room was tired and quite old. it really needed to be renovated. Well located & easy to find, all main attractions inside 30 min drive time but also excellent locally. staff very freindly and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Rydges Parramatta. Staff were more than helpful and very efficient. We only had one issue which was bought to the attention of the staff and that was that the spa was not clean. The water had things floating in it and the tiles around the spa had lots of dirty scum which you could scratch off if you touched it. We notified […] the staff immediately. "Rydges Paramatta in Sydney - beautiful but far"
our room was lovely and very clean. the bed in particular was fantastic. the only let down was the location. there was no bus directly outside the hotel and the nearest train station was 30minutes walk away. The pool was good but the spa pool was tempramental with only one half of the jets working and these appeared to be too strong causing a lot of […] the water to flow over the edge. also it was only warm on the first day in the spa pool, The next 2 days we found it cold. The sauna and steam room were great. the gym was a little small with not much equipment. Overall, I really liked the hotel. i have highlighted the few things we found wrong but apart from that it was a really lovely room where the bed was perfect. the general hotel was all in very good condition. Hotel tries to act as luxury establishment but doesnt quite meet the standard. The hotel seems to live only for the racecourse events. As an occasional tourist I feeled that hotel personnel paid as little attention as possible towards me . My door keys went out of order and I had to request them reactivated. "Altes abgewohntes Hotel"
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, direkt neben der Zentral-Station. Dies ist aber schon der einzige Vorteil. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, aber sehr abgewohnt und einfach. So richtig wohlfühlen tut man sich hier nicht. Da kommt man fast besser wenn man in ein Hostel geht. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Hotel sein Geld nicht wert.
La chasse d'eau deffectueuse, la tringle a rideau qui est tombée, et la clim qui marche que lorsque vous faites une savante combinaison entre le thermostat et les 2 interupteurs... Le personnel a éte tres sympa et faosait son possible face a un hotel vieillissant.
