Ottima la posizione (nel quartiere ebraico dove si possono visitare le sinagoghe), a 2 passi dal castello ed a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza del mercato che è il cuore di Cracovia. Confortevole la camera. Un po' sbadata la signora delle pulizie nel cambiare gli asciugamani senza mettere quelli puliti, ma il personale ha subito rimediato con molta gentilezza. Buona la colazione all'italiana. Molto abbondante la colazione salata. Giudizio complessivamente più che positivo. Da consigliare.

Struttura molto buona, il servizio del beauty center è soddisfacente, unico problema riscontrato in questa struttura la piscina troppo fredda, decisamente non accogliente, comunque ottimo Hotel consigliato per questo primo aspetto. Posizione non ottimale per visitare la città specialmente se fuori fa -15°, probabilmente molto meno importante il fatto che sia più lontano nel periodo più caldo.

Hotel molto bello e pulito. Il personale è molto disponibile e cortese. La camera 108 è ampia, anche se il bagno non è immenso come sembrerebbe dalle foto. L'arredamento è molto scuro e può piacere o no. Inoltre è proprio di fronte alla porta della spa con ciclette e sauna liberamente fruibili. La colazione è abbondante e c'è un buon assortimento del salato. Un po' limitata la parte dolce, ma il tutto è molto buono. La sala colazione è molto suggestiva. Uniche note negative, ma di scarso rilievo: limitata la fornitura di the e caffè per il bollitore in camera e il locale ubicato di fronte all'albergo che è effettivamente un po' chiassoso, ma che a noi non ha creato disagi.
Posizione
Best Western Krakow Old Town si trova a Cracovia (Città vecchia), a breve distanza dai seguenti luoghi di interesse: Holy Trinity Church, Castello del Wawel e Piazza del mercato principale. Nella stessa area sono inoltre presenti: Basilica di Santa Maria e Sala dei panni.

"Good location but poky room"
When we arrived they said they were upgrading us to a superior room but when we got to the room it was a single not the booked double with king kize bed. In any case we thought the decor of the so called superior room was awful, black and mauve! We were then given a standard room with a king size bed but the bed hardly fitted in the room and one person […] had to clamber over the other to get out! "Best Western Krakow Old Town"
Location Excellent Comfort - fantastic bed and pillows!! Great shower Excellent room service Stayed in the JAZZ section - very stylish and modern. But I would not stay in the standard part of the hotel...looks dated and old. There was a lack of storage in the room considering it's size. There is no lift to the Jazz section which was extremely inconvenient […] carrying a few bags up 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast was only average, loads of choices of cheeses but not much else. Disappointed in this. But I would stay here again and only in the Jazz section of the hotel. And also, the location is excellent. Close to the square market. Tram across the road Continua a leggere
"Hotel RT Monopol Krakow"
I have stayed in this hotel many times as it is only a few minutes walk from the Main Market Square and the other tourist sites in and around the Old Town. But most importantly all the staff are always very freindly and helpful and make their guests feel very welcome. Highly recommended.
The rooms need air conditioning. Do not accept room 214. There are nosiy fans directly outside the windows that keep you awake all night long. Location was very central. We asked for an adapter and we were allowed to keep it all week. Did not find the staff friendly, but polite.
"Great Location"
This hotel boasts a great location, only 3 blocks town centre square. Free buffet breakfast and great customer service. The only downside was the twin room I booked was very tight but clean. Overall I would def. recommend this hotel.
"Great hotel, Perfect location"
I loved this hotel, really comfortable a nice place to stay. Off the main square but a really short walk. This was particularly great as this was a present for my mum who has had a knee replacement. However the location of the hotel meant that she could walk to town with no trouble. Also great location for hotel picks for trips to the salt mines, Auschwitz […] and Pope John Paul II's home (all are must sees) Staff were great too no request was any trouble. Continua a leggere
"Great hotel, shame about the clients"
Unfortunately for us, two of our 3 nights staying at this hotel were blighted by a coachload of French teenagers rampaging up and down the corridors, talking loudly at 2 a.m., with the accompanying slamming of doors, ringing of telephones, shouting of teachers, etc. I don't blame the hotel staff in any way, they couldn't have been sorrier for the disturbances […] suffered, and in fact, the night before we arrived, they had apparently threatened to involve the police. Just unfortunate that this sort of teenage rowdiness can ruin a city break such as this, and leave a sour taste. Continua a leggere
"RT Monopol krakow"
We stayed here for the Easter weekend. The staff on the front desk were very helpful with arranging tickets and tours for us. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The room we had was small and had a small shower. When you were having a shower the water went down the drain and out on to the floor of the bathroom. You came out of the shower on to a wet […] and cold floor. The carpet in the bedroom smelled of damp as a result. We complained and as it wasn't repaired we were offered another room for our second and third nights. Guess what? when taking a shower the water leaked out onto the floor again! Continua a leggere

"Very nice hotel"
The hotel is very nice, the Jazz rooms are very pleasant and well equiped. The food is very good, especially breakfast, amazing choice. The only downside is the parking - very expensive.

We booked with this hotel on the recommendation of a friend of ours in our home town. His recommendation was very sound. The hotel is extremely conveniently situated, no more than 15 minutes walk from Krakow Glowny (main railway station) and a few minutes walk from the historic town centre. Although our room was situated on the second floor fronting […] onto Sw Gertrudy we were never disturbed by nighttime traffic noise. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Hotels.com were also very helpful in communicating to the hotel that, due to disruption of train services between Breclav and Katowice because of extensive flooding, we expected to arrive much later than expected at some indeterminate time after midnight. "small room but central location"
We found this hotel central to Main Square and Jewish Quarter, on the edge of the Planty so good location. Our room was quite small but clean and a decent shower. The weather was lovely so the room got a bit hot but when the window was left open all night the trams below were very noisy so had to close the window and had to have the fan going all night. […] It wasn't expensive so we were reasonably happy with it. There is a bar but not manned all the time so we had to go to reception for them to alert the bar person but they came pretty quickly. "Well situated"
This hotel is set in a excellent position and in easy reach of the main square with its bars and restaurants, the train and bus stations and the modern Galeria Krakowska shopping mall . The hotel room we had was small but adequate but really the decor and carpets are well overdue for replacement.

good location near the old town, BUT: dirty/nasty-looking carpet, shower smaller than a phone booth, tiny room with horribky hard and uncomfortable beds, no ac, room fills with bugs from the park across the street, loud trams on the street below, rude and unhelpful staff, no fridge or air conditioning, hotel couldn't provide ice during a heat wave, […] lousy airline-like breakfast, hotel ran out of soap one day, overpriced considering the poor quality of service. "Perfect location"
Perfectly situated within 5 mins walk of main square and wawel castle. 10 mins to Kazimiez. Excellent staff on reception. Helpful and informative and spoke very good English. Restaurant food was superb and very well priced. Would reccommend thishotel to any of my friends.

Hotellet hold en god standard og betjeningen var hyggelig (om enn litt tregt i baren) Frokosten var utrolig bra og det er gangavatand til "alt". Det som trekker ned er støy fra trikken i gata rett utenfor.

Hadde bestilt superior rom, men fikk bare vanlig dobbeltrom. Fikk penger tilbake fra Hotels.com. Rommet jeg fikk var veldig mørkt og dystert med svart tapet og interiør. Rant vann på badegulvet uten å forstå fra hvor. Super beliggenhet ift gamlebyen og slottet.

Hyggelig atmosfære, profesjonelt og hyggelig betjening. Grei frokost. Litt uvant med mørke ganger, men lyset kom på etter hvert - energisparing er fornuftig.

"Best western Krakow, perfecte locatie"
Prima hotel, uitstekend ontbijt, aardig personeel, goede service. Een dag voor vertrek was er nog een wijziging aan te brengen in de reservering, zonder dat ze daar kosten voor in rekening brachten. Personeel spreekt goed engels, wat ook echt een pré is in Polen.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 3 дня! понравилось расположнение - до главного рынка идти макс 5 минут. Персонал дружелюбен и все вопросы решал максимально быстро что очень порадовало. номера чистые. в целом все очень понравилось

"Ideaali sijainti Krakovan vanhankaupungin kupeessa"
Hotellissa erittäin ystävällinen palvelu sekä erinomainen aamiainen. Huone oli pieni, mutta siisti ja hiljainen. Langaton Wi-Fi toimi hyvin ja kuului huoneen hintaan. Auton sai turvalliseen parkkiin hotellin sisäpihalle. Hotelli sijaitsi aivan vanhan Krakovan kupeessa jonne voi kävellä 5 minuutissa. Suosittelemme lämpimästi.

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, vom Bahnhof gut erreichbar, am Rande der Altstadt und des Grüngürtels, leider lärmig, da Strassenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel
"Hotell RT Monopol i Krakow"
Hotellet låg svært sentralt. Kort vei til marketsplassen og aktivitetane rundt den. Personale var hyggelege og hjeplsome. Frukosten var bra. Rommet var ikkje stort,men til berre å sova på, greitt nok. Badet var ok. Me sakna eit kjøleskap på rommet. Trikken og parken rundt gml.byen gav ein del støy sein kveld/natt.

Forholdsvis nytt og moderne hotell med god lokalisering like ved parken som omkranser hele gamlebyen. Hotellstandarden er jevn og god. Frokosten holder god kvalitet med både varme og kalde retter. Oppmerksomme og vennlige folk både i resepsjon og i restauranten/baren. Minus er støy fra trikken. Selv om frekvensen går ned på kveld/natt, er trikken godt […] hørbar. Jeg vurderer den som sjenerende men godt innenfor akseptabelt. Ellers var det bare en utenlandsk TV-kanal (BBC World News) selv om det i følge brosjyren skal være flere (Euronews etc.). Hadde vært fint med et kjøleskap. Konklusjon er et godt, moderne hotell med fin standard, sentral beliggenhet og imøtekommende ansatte. Trikkestøy trekker ned, men jeg anbefaler hotellet og vurderer å bo der igjen ved neste Krakowbesøk. Continua a leggere

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the staff where very helpful, hotel was great well located in the centre, rooms lovely and staff great. Would denfinately stay again
"Muy bien situado, pero las habitaciones incómodas"
El hotel está muy bien situado para visitar Cracovia, a 5 minutos andando del casco histórico. Sin embargo, las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas, no hay televisión en español y hace bastante calor. Por el contrario el comedor es muy bueno, amplio, cómodo y sirven un buen desayuno.

"Nær beliggenhet til det vi ønsket å få med oss."
Jeg har bodd på dette hotellet en gang før,var da veldig fornøyd og valgte det derfor på nytt.Frokosten var bedre og utvalget større,om det var noe vi skulle si som negativt,var det at juicen ikke var kald.Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening.Hotellet ligger veldigt sentralt i forh. til mange serverdigheter.Kan etter min mening trygt annbefales.

Flott beliggenhet, billige rom, veldig blid og hjelpsom betjening. Kort veg til sentrum av gamlebyen, og masse restauranter og butikker rett rundt hotellet.

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt i forhold til gamle byen, jødekvartalet og jernbanestasjonen. Det var bråk på veien rett utenfor hotellet nesten hele døgnet, men det ble vi vant med. Veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Kan anbefales.
"Pluss og minus"
Pluss for hyggelig betjening og pluss for beliggenhet (Rett utenfor Planty). Men der stoppet dessverre plussene for vår del: Minus for frokost av veldig mye dårligere standard enn det vi er vant til i Norge. (Varm melk, tørt brød, gamle egg etc., dette kan heldigvis løses ved at en kjøper en bedre frokost på en av Krakows mange restauranter og kaféer […] - ca 20 zł = 40 kr.). Minus for at hotellet ikke hadde air condition på rommene (Ble omtrent ulevelig for oss da temperaturen stort sett var 30 grader da vi var i Krakow). Minus for pågående byggearbeid i bakgården, og vi skulle jo selvsagt få rom vendt mot dette. Og vi hadde jo ikke sjans til å ha igjen vinduet. Heldigvis ikke permanent dog. Alt i alt et ok hotell med litt under ok standard men med perfekt beliggenhet. Continua a leggere
"R T Monopol"
Hotellvistelsen gav oss mycket bra valuta för pengarna. Vi hade dock hoppats på lite bättre frukost men rummen och personalen var helt ok. Ett perfekt läge med gångavstånd till sevärdheter och matställen med mycket prisvärda rätter gör det lätt att rekommendera Krakow och hotellet. Vi var fyra personer (50-60 år) som stannade i fem dagar och vi är alla […] mycket nöjda med vår vistelse. Continua a leggere
