Hotel room was very clean and staff was friendly. Price of room could not be beat. I was leery of booking a room at a Super 8 due to past experiences, but was pleasantly surprised. The only thing that would have made the room better would have been an in room refrigerator and the blanket did have cigarette burns in it, but I cannot complain.

This was our first time at this hotel and would recommend it to a friend. The breakfast had everything you need to get you going including amazing waffles.

"simple for an over nite stay"
you pay for what you want. We want a convient location to prisque isle casino . A clean room. Nice staff, we are not about whisltes and bells. Summer you can use quality inn's pool. We stay here often

Very friendly customer service. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms. Extra bedding was sufficient. The staff gave us water for the road. I would definitely stay again.

"Wouldn"t use again"
The breakfast was the only thing going for this hotel. For the amount we paid a night I expected a hotel that had sufficient towels in the room and that did not smell like lord knows what. But our room had a terrible odor and there were no other rooms to change to...Would not go here again, would continue driving until I reached my final destination […] several hours away. The customer service at this hotel was outstanding. Check-in was quick and check-out was pleasant. The woman at the desk even gave us cold bottled water for the trip home and a newspaper.

"very friendly staff"
great location and very friendly staff. We used the shuttle to the casino and that was a great feature, didn't have to waste time fighting traffic of finding a parking spot. Our shuttle driver offered a suggestion on where to eat, "thanks Jim". There were no towels at the pool and none ever showed up after asking for some, 2 hours later, so plan on […] taking a towel if you are planning to use the pool. Continua a leggere
"Easy to find"
The staff were very friendly! The room was clean. The only real complaint was the upkeep of the hotel; air conditoners dripped, so when you walk out of the hotel you may get wet. There was mold on the caulking around the windows. The free breakfast was decent, kids enjoyed making their own waffles in the morning. A bit high in price, but it is prime […] season so it was worth the money. You share a pool with the quailty inn, but it was very clean and a short walk. We were very pleased with this hotel. Beds were comfortable, room large enough, bathroom was clean and lots of counterspace. Room was very clean, staff very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is bagels, waffles, cereal, etc, plus juice, coffee- it is adequate for single person or family. Pool is convenient- across parking lot at hotel next door- […] it is a very nice outdoor pool. Location is great, a few feet from I-90 at an exit. "Near the city but not in the city."
I liked the fact that the hotel is not right in the city. If you like to go to the mall all day but do not want to spend the night in town, it is perfect. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They even go out of their way to talk chat with the visitors. The room was very clean and comfortable I will go there again.

"bathroom and smell"
this hotel is in good location but it smell bad and bath tub drain didn't work when I was taking a shower.
Hotel was better than the ratings; however, we thought it was odd that while a pool is shared with the Quality Inn, the full breaklfast was not; both hotels were the same price, so next time, we'd just stay at the Quality Inn for the better breakfast.

Older hotel still in great shape. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is ideal just seconds from casino and interstate. Will stay there again...
A major drawback of our room was the blanket had holes in it, it was worn or being eaten by bugs???? The tv was placed in such a low position that you had to strain your neck to even view it from the bed. These two negatives were bad, considering the price we paid.

We stayed here because it was close to casino. They offer shuttle service, $7 vouchers (each) for the casino and free continental breakfast with plenty of variety. The hotel is older, but clean and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. They share the pool with another hotel, but it looked nice - did not have a chance to use it. "leaking roof"
The weather had been very rainy and as we were going through the purchases that we had made while shopping the ceiling started to leak over the bed and dresser in one of the rooms. When I called down to the desk she asked if we would like to move ...dah . She didnt seem surprised and we did move but to a much smaller room that didnt have a fridge.....the […] whole hotel smelled of stale cigarette smoke even though it said it was smoke free. "Worth it"
We stayed to shop in the area. The only real complaint was the beds were way too hard. We stayed 4 nights so by night 4 we were dreading going to bed, could use some new mattresses. Hotel was clean, staff were great and continental breakfast was good but needed yogurt. Price was right.

we were very pleased with our stay..the carpet in the room was a little dirty but that is par with most hotels. we were pleased with the voucher's we received through the hotel for the casino down the street as well the breakfast was very good. overall a good stay would recommend to couples..not family with children as there is no pool on premises...however […] not far from the splash pad off of the peach street exit. Just a basic room. No hot water one day, and no info other than "We are working on it" The "Casino Shuttle" bus had duct tape holding the seats together and it was registered in Ohio where there is no safety inspection. Rattles all over Every employee was friendly and helpful but you could tell they were doing the best they could with what upper management/owners […] allowed them to do. To enter the property you have to drive through a gas station and another Hotel's parking lot. Basic TV package, 3 out 4 network stations, no NBC but alot of paid programming. In my opinion, if the employees were to run this Hotel it would be a place to stay, but after 4 days there I will never stay there again. Continua a leggere
