bello e caratteristico l'ingresso, inadeguate le camere, in particolare segnalo le dimensioni insufficienti in particolare del letto.

great position! (close to the Alamo). The room was small but comfortable even if the air conditioned was noisy. Good and funny Texas shaped waffles for breakfast.

Ottima posizione, essendo circa 10 minuti a piedi lontano da downtown. Camera piuttosto confortevole, pulizia accettabile, personale alquanto gentile e disponibile. La colazione fin troppo spartana, ma accettabile. Tutto sommato, consiglio a tutti di scegliere questo hotel per il prezzo davvero basso rispetto agli standards degli hotel americani (very expensive!) e la qualità dei servizi e della camera che si sono dimostrati essere più che buoni.

Excellent location, everything in easy walking distance. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms very spacious, decorated and furnished in style and comfortable, although I did have a little issue with the shower. I wouldn't hesitate going back or to recommending this hotel.

"Great value"
We have stayed at other hotels in San Antonio that are closer to downtown and the Riverwalk, but they were much costlier than this one. The room was large and comfortable and the complementary breakfast was excellent. A real bargain for the $$$$
"Good Place"
Good room; Heater was broken and were switched rooms immediately. At check out there was a dog in the lobby: weird. Other than that, I recommend this place.

"GOOD HOTEL"
This hotel was clean and was good. At first it looked kind of run down. We entered the room turned on A/C and once the room cooled down it was good. It doesnt have fancy sheets on the bed like most real good hotels have but they were clean and pillow shams were clean. The carpet felt clean too. The bathroom was clean and the shower was ok. The location […] was good too. I would recommend this hotel again if someone wants a not so fancy hotel. The breakfast was really good. Eggs were delicious, sausages were delicious also and so were the waffles. There was many more to choose from as well. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Continua a leggere
"Front Desk Clerk"
While this wasn't the nicest hotel I probably could have stayed at in Houston, its location suited me well. It was clean and pretty much a standard hotel/room. But what made the difference to me is the attendants, especially those at the front desk. I truly believed I left my watch behind in the room and whomever I talked to on the phone certainly seemed […] to appreciate my situation. He comforted me on the phone and made certain that he would do what ever it takes to find that watch. Well, I ended up finding it in my car, and called him back to let him know and he sounded so relieved to not have to deliver the unfortunate message. "Excellent short stay"
Stayed for a short time but still was very comfortable and my family agrees. We were able to access all of the freeways to downtown and and any other site. Most of all, the staff was very helpful and courteous.
"Very satisfied"
We only stayed one night but it was a perfect ending to our very busy day. We were exhausted and came in to a clean and comfy room.
We had a very nice and comfortable stay at this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hallways are smell full of smoke but other than that everything was okay. Our room was nice and cleaned.
"nice place, bad service."
desk clerk on night shift (8pm) was rude. Room, facilities, location and breakfast all good. overall good place for the money-it ain't the ritz, but its good.
Only complaint I have is that smoking and non smoking rooms are on the same floor. We were blasted with the smell of old cigarette smoke as we exited the elevator to our floor. Noticed the smoking rooms were right at the elevator lobby on our floor.

"Average"
The room was large, beds were comfortable with exceptionally soft sheets. (The sheets were the best part of the room.) IIt was a clean place to sleep for one night.
"Great Hotel"
This Hotel was great. The room was and smelled clean. The gentlemen at the front desk was polite and well mannered. I would return to this hotel.
